      I have reached out to BBB on their website now that they are represented by Overstock. Apparently they don't answer questions and concerns. I sent them a message about two weeks ago and no response. As you know, they went belly up a few years ago. I had been given two BBB gift cards at the beginning of the pandemic (before we understood the magnitude). Unfortunately, I didn't use them in time (because I simply didn't go into any stores for a long time for obvious COVID reasons). By the time I ventured out, our store had closed. I reached out to them via phone but they "regretted to say they were no longer accepting gift cards". Bummer. But I hung on to them just in case things changed. Which it did. I know they will never honor my gift cards because they have been clever at successfully re-opening through Overstock. My gift cards are $125.00. Not earth shattering but a loss for me (not to mention a waste for the friends who gave them to me). BBB must surely know that my friends and I will never purchase an item from them (nor Overstock in general) again but I am hoping some of you, too, will ponder this misfortune... and the greed of big business. There are way too many other good and honorable sites with excellent ***************************** service to utilize.

      I get a random email stating that my reoccurring rewards payment will be charged to my card in a week. *** never signed up for any rewards ever. I call *** a woman tells me that she thinks I must have signed ** in 2019 and they are just now(2024) implementing the change. Thieves and manipulators and yes, American companies.

      BBB/Overstock sent me an email on February 19th stating my membership would renew in 2 days. Went to cancel it and saw they actually charged me the same day February 19th giving no time to cancel. Appears to be intentional and their auto-renewals are in violation of the ROSCA act as well as many states similar auto-renewal laws.

      I ordered a blanket and feel like they did a bait and switch. The blanket they sent looked nothing like the image and I had to pay the shipping cost for the return and they said it was buyers remorse. Do not purchase anything from them they are horrible with ***************************** service and should have stayed bankrupt. What they sent me was no where near the image they displayed and they should not be able to do that. Buyer beware

      I ordered a Marble Dining Table; the tabletop was damaged (split in half). I asked for a replacement for the damaged part. They couldnt send a replacement part for that. So, then I asked for a refund and that they pickup the damaged table. After 2 weeks of back and force, delays and waiting on the line. I also tried their chatting service it was not that helpful. Finally, they sent me a refund. BUT they refused to send someone to pick up the damaged table. They told me to feel free to dispose it myself or donate it. The table is too big to fit into my car. So now I have to call and pay for someone to haul it away. It's the last time I buy anything from them!

      Bought a table for $1300. They took a min to answer call when purchasing and when I want to return because I bought whole set with chairs cheaper else where, it's been 3 weeks and no resolution. I called spent hrs, texted back and forth for hrs and past 3 weeks. They couldn't get the so called large item **** to send me a label. Finally someone contacts me and wants me to pay $300 for return. What? I didn't even open the box. I tried to cancel my order but their system wouldn't let me. How is this fair as a consumer to not keep the table and pay 23% return fee of a product which is in an unopened box. Consumers loss while win for the corporation. This company needs to be sued.

      I had a Bed ***************************** store card with $600 credit on it when the company tanked. My reward for being on time with every payment through Comenity Bank for this card? My store card got yanked away. My credit score tanked. I was punished for being a good credit consumer. And Overstock offered NOTHING. Not one solution. They jacked up my credit score with the buyout. If I could leave zero stars I would.

      Place is horrible , I had a gift card with $250 dollars that I got as a gift . Turns out that the gift card was not honored by them because I didnt end up using it right away . They claimed its an old gift card and dont have to honor it so pretty much my money on my card is stolen just cause the new investor dont have to . Terrible business, they are not about the people , they only care about their money and not the ***************************** . Its an insane and sad experience. I will not shop at bed ***************************** EVER . If I could provide with a 0 star I would .

      i ordered from them. and never received anything. i have reached out sevceral times and either i am blocked or i get no response. they knowingly took my money without my permission

      Dishonest company that knowingly sold me a defective product then only offers a complicated burdensome return process. I bought a $500 t.v. electronic fireplace console. The fireplace arrived and did not work. After spending a week back and forth to actually reach ***************************** service, I was offered an exchange. Another week goes by they contact me to say they cannot exchange the fireplace piece, but that it is a known problem and offered ways to try to "fix" the fireplace with resetting it, using a different outlet etc. All things I had already tried. Now we are at almost 3 weeks and they told me I have to find a box, disassemble the entire heavy piece of furniture that took my 6 hrs to put together, and arrange for *** pickup. Nobody has contacted me about *** pickup and they said it MUST be shipped by the 30 day return window. As the company clearly acknowledged in email this was a known issue, I should be refunded regardless of return which takes me more effort and work to do to ship back a defective item. I could go on but I've given up.
