      BBB refusing to accept BBB gift cards since it is under new management. This money was part of my wedding registry and the company is unwilling to exchange, refund or provide any assistance with this issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

      Terrible experience since merging together as one company. Ordered $900 table. Waited weeks, came scratched and damaged. Not only did we have to repackage the 350lb item but store it in our home for a week and a half while still waiting for when they will pick it up. All the while, our refund will not post until 5 days AFTER they pick it up! Even after asking for management, no credit or any consolation was provided to make it right. What a joke! Too many other options to ever shop with them again.

      The service was so much better when it was Bed ****************************** Theyre return service is ridiculous and I went through h*** trying to get a refund for a product that they kept telling me was in the warehouse, but not checked in yet only to find out weeks later that they said they never received it. I will stick to Amazon for everything. Paying $28 for a return label is absurd. I also ordered a few runner rugs and they said I needed a different label for each rug. You do the math.

      Ordered battery operated candles 12/31/23. To date never received.Oddly a package came from Amazon with Battery operated candles valued at $20. The BBB/Overstock was $65.No record of either??? What's going on???Is BBB/Overstock purchasing from Amazon and inflating the price????No record of a purchase on my card. I've called, emailed and text.No response. Phone was pointless.AVOID BB&Beyond/Overstock ......they will be on 60 minutes in no time!Db SF Bay **

      Absolute joke of a company. Promised 4-6 week shipping on a chair I purchased it has been months and the order is still processing. They are liars and will not refund me my money.

      We purchased a bed frame from Bed Bath and Beyond via Wayfair. We ordered the frame on 11/25/23 as we were moving and needed it prior to our move on 12/20/23. It was noted delivery would be 12/28/23. We decided that would be ok and would wait until the 28th. The bed frame was actually delivered on 1/5/24. A full week late. We understand holiday delays, but I had to call many times to try and see what was going on. No apologies for being late, nothing but it will be there when it gets there. The Enitial Lab staff were all rude again with no apologies. Though Wayfair is trying to revive Bed Bath and Beyond, we will NEVER buy from them again.

      Since overstock is now bed bath and beyond Im writing a bad review for them. I bought a mirror last year that I set aside for a renovation project, I finally got around to that project and the mirror was completely shattered, I contacted bed bath to see if they could honor the item, unfortunately at no help even though I didnt break the mirror it came out of packaging completely broken they could not honor anything. It was my fault for not checking the packaging right away their fault for sending a broken item.. $126 down the drain

      AVOID this company. Just outright dishonest listings. They has a set of bed sheets listed as **** thread Egyptian cotton. Yeah right. I could almost see through them. Then they want 14 dollars return shipping. AVOID them and save yourself the irritation.

      I've attempted to return an item because I did not like the material and when I initiated the return, I was told that I would be charged $13 for a return label because it was considered "buyers remorse". First of all, since they closed every one of their stores, how am I supposed to know what the product feels like without physically touching it? This is not the fault of the ****************************** and the *********************************************************************************** have to pay for the fact that this company could not keep its doors open due to poor business practices.

      I ordered a product on Black Friday and I still havent received the product. I use the ***** text number to no avail. Said it was waiting on *** to update. Said the product was on its way now the website states waiting for a update.
