1 starNo stars. There was a big problem with my order of a rug from a bridal registry. The email sent said it would arrive two days purchase. They provided tracking . The tracking number was invalid. Bed bath and beyond kept stalling telling me that it had shipped. The company they used to ship the item couldnt be reached. All the ***************************** service reps were foreigners. Once I opened a case every time I called for an update the message would say hi we recognize you and you have an open case then go immediately to a message that said ***************************** service is only opened Monday thru wed from 9 to 4. After this happening several times I decided to call on my landline and the message said they didnt recognize the telephone number and put me thru to customer service. Its a fraud. Do not purchase anything from this corrupt, unprofessional company.Review fromPenny W

1 starEchoing everyones thoughts here, BBB has gone downhill and their ***************************** service has done nothing to help my situation. I purchased a rug described as light blue but is really light green. I started the return process and after six weeks, multiple phone calls to customer service, I never heard from their third party who is suppose to contact me since this is a bulk item. They claimed they escalated the problem but that did nothing.So given it looks like Ill never be able to return this $500 rug, I switched it to our home office and although its not preferred there, its ok. I call ***************************** service back explaining since I never heard from them on how to return the rug, I have no choice to keep it. They offered me a $50 refund to my credit card as a discount. Im still waiting for that after three weeks.Bottom line, no returns accepted and BBB is awful. If you buy anything, make sure you love it and know that it might arrive different in description than what you expected. Not worth it.Review fromLarisa M

1 starI purchased the Coaster Victoria Leather sofa and loveseat. Firstly, BB&B charged me $4193 for the set that is advertised at $3236. They refused to refund the different on the next day of the purchase, then they agreed to the refund of $500. when the furniture arrived without notification and was dropped in the pouring rain in my driveway, I had to ask 2 men to carry the items in the garage. I measured them IN PACKAGE! because they looked smaller and sure enough the width of both sofa and loveseat were off. After removing the packaging, I measured again. Advertised width on sofa 86", but it is hardly measures 82" with rolled arms, at the between legs it is 75", loveseat advertised 64" but it is 61" and in between legs 57" I am 5.5" but I can lay on the sofa without putting my legs on the arm. My head is on one arm, the legs on the other. Ridiculous! I was buying the sofa with the measurements of my old leather coach which is 86" in width and 23" in depth, This is not even close. The depth on new furniture is so narrow that you cannot lay on the back, only on the side. BB&B were giving me hard time since day 1. I called 10 times, spent hours discussing an issue, No resolution. Finally they sent me an email today with 2 options:1. donate to Goodwill and get the receipt in the amount of $4343.88, the receipt should say it was received from BB&B. Goodwill looked at me like I am out of my mind, they said they don't do that. 2. Option second-BB&B will pick up the furniture and withhold from the refund $653. Needless to say that this is a torture to deal with BB&B. They are scammers. Please never buy from them any expensive products. They will wipe your pockets and make your life miserable. I would like to get help from BBB to resolve the case ASAP. Received the furniture on February 28, today is March 14, the company lied to me and didn't take actions for almost 3 weeks and on March 28 the return window closes.Review fromMary H

1 starI am another very dissatisfied ***************************** and echo many of the other reviews. I feel like they want to fail. Do they not hear us all? Their ***************************** service folk are nice and act like they are helping but the system is broken and the must know they are not going to solve the problem. To receive only $13 back on a $40 return is pretty darn evil if you ask me. I had purchased the Welcome Rewards but they could not apply it and give me a free return (not to my cc of course, only an in store credit which I now never even will use I'm so mad). I called 4 times to see how they could please apply the free return promised but because it was accidentally purchased on a second account I had with them, the computer couldn't apply it. OK, I get that but then they could manually credit me and then I would delete one of the 2 accounts (both under my name, address, email and credit card number). They all promised the supervisor would do this but it never happened. I suggest they get out of this business if they can't be ethical. Shop elsewhere is my conclusion!Review fromScott W

1 starCompany is withholding rewards point because I left a negative review of sofa I purchased. During September of 2023 I joined Rewards Program in September of 2023. Purchased a sofa and received points for that purchase. However, the sofa was reconditioned and lacked the consumer label which should have been present upon purchase. Ultimately a second sofa was received and I am happy with it. However, I am not pleased with the sofa manufacturer. My review indicates my displeasure with the manufacturer and I left a rating of one star. According the Bed Bath and Beyond, you can receive double rewards points as well as points for posting images of your purchase, which I did. After submitting my review no rewards have been posted to my account. After speaking with ***************************** service, they indicated that no points can be awarded due my negative review of the item I purchased. This seems 1) counter to providing accurate, unbiased reviews to their client base; 2) extremely misleading by misrepresenting overall client satisfaction; 3) unethical by insisting that rewards can only be awarded for anything more that one or two stars; 4) a gross misrepresentation of the Rewards Program which one is charged for in order to receive double the rewards points.I would like to receive the promised "double points" plus the extra points for posting photos of my purchase. But Bed Bath and Beyond is refusing to honor their advertised promotion. It seems unfair and unethical to charge for a rewards program yet withhold those rewards based upon customer disastisfaction. 1 starI ordered a shower curtain, color Blush. On the website the photo appeared a beige color. When I received the product, it was ***********************, even said *********************** on the shipment paper, not Blush. I contacted customer support and they said the pink was an error, they issued me an rma and reshipped the requested color, blush. 2nd shipment, *********************** again.Both were returned with labels provided to me by BB&B. The refunds were made.A couple weeks later BB&B emailed me saying they did not receive one of the shipments and they were charging **** had the shipment receipt and delivery confirmation to BB&B.I called ***************************** service and the gentleman I spoke with said there was confusion on the shipping labels and in fact BB&B did receive the returns. He stated he needed to have pay process the refund again. He tried to conference call me in with pay. Turns out pay is located in California and would not be in the office until 9AM PST a couple hours away. He said he would follow up and get the refund processed and contact me with the confirmation.A couple weeks later I had not heard from BB&B and had not received my refund so I called again.Same story, she confirmed BB&B received the merchandise and she would get the refund processed. I thanked her and hung up.Two hours later I received an email from BB&B saying a replacement was on its way. WTF?I requested a refund not a replacement. I called again and this time I was told that a replacement was on its way and if I did not want it I would have to request a return and start this cycle again.All this to correct BBB errors.Who is supposed compensate me for packing materials, gas to drive to *** several times, the hours spent on the phone with ***************************** service, preparing, driving to ***.Their response, Thank you for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.HUH?I tried to post this review on BBB site, the review was declined.Frustrated.Review fromKaitlyn C

1 starPurchased two nightstands from the company. The quality is the worst I've ever seen. When I called to start the return process, I was told I purchased it from a third-party vendor. (I had no clue I made a purchase from someone else as that was not obvious.) Because of this, I had to contact that company for the return. They've stated that I'm responsible for the shipping charges to return or they'll just give me 20% back to keep. Two defective nightstands serve no purpose and I shouldn't be responsible for the shipping charges. I'll choose to spend my money elsewhere moving forward.Review fromMarlo P

1 starI ordered a Kitchen Island that said it was made with waterproof rubber wood. The item arrived dirty, damaged, and the waterproof rubber wood was actually cardboard! After we assembled it, I called for a refund or return.Bed Bath and Beyond is deceptive!Bed Bath and Beyond said to package it up and a carrier would pick it up. No one came. I asked to speak with Manager. There is no Manager working and no real ***************************** Service. They finally refunded me all but $6.77, which I have now disputed on my credit card!What they did was a bait and switch. Do not purchase anything from them, they are horrible with ***************************** Service and should have stayed bankrupt. This company needs to be sued. 1 starThey advertised a bed I purchased as black, it came and I paid someone to install it come to find out it is brown. When I called they offered me $40 or I could return it. 1 starI am having the same problem as below being charged for a rewards subscription I don't recall ever signing up for. I last ordered something in 2021 and apparently have *** charged three times since then. I just caught it. They're refunding me the 2024 payment but not the other two (2022 and 2023). I've asked that someone call me back.
