      False advertising showed polo by ***** ****** products order four and paid for them. never recieved them. It was on a Face book ad. After recieving confirmation on them. And when you check order status reads store is closed please try later. Same result as view store. Please be aware of this false advertisement and fraud. Should be held responsible for their actions.

      I ordered a comforter and never received it. Then they also never gave me my money back. I called and left messages. They never returned my calls. It was $75.00 dollars and I want it back. That's a lot of money. I don't just give my hard earned money away. Please someone help.

      I have contacted Bed ***************************** about a Counter Height Swivel Stool that we purchased that recently snapped and broke as a guest went to sit down. The leg on the chair was rotten, and that's why it broke. We were lucky that the lady didn't have any serious injuries. We would either like a refund or have the company replace the broken chair. These chairs were used less than two and a half months.

      NEGATIVE STARS. This is the absolute WORST company to ever order anything from. They have no US Based support at all and are trying to be a drop ship company and failing. They should just file bankruptcy and put everyone out of their misery. They don't sell any of their own products and therefore cannot service or support any of their ******************************. I had to call 10 times between 3 different companies over the course of 3 business days spending almost 2 hours with God only knows how many non-native English speaking representatives in order to get an email confirming my item (that was NEVER DELIVERED) would be refunded to my initial form of payment. I tried to cancel this before it shipped because the description on their website is not what the product is and was told they were unauthorized to cancel anything because they were not the seller. Sounds like very fraudulent activity. **** NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with them again. The absolute WORST.

      They advertised Black Friday deals and then dropped the price $80 lower for Cyber Monday and would not allow a price adjustment for items purchased only 3 days earlier. They would not even consider a credit. I find these practices deceptive and misleading and would not recommend this company to others.

      They have this bath and beyond clearance website on instagram thats has products $7.00 and $10. And I ordered merchandise from them in July and still havent received my merchandise and I spent a little over $25 from this company I want my money back I believe it a scM

      Called Bed Bath and Beyond by Overstock on November 24, 2023, concerning my purchase on November 20, 2023, of a Vinsetto Big and Tall Executive Office Chair 400lbs Computer Desk Chair with High Back PU Leather Ergonomic Upholstery that was on sale for the amount $166.39. My purchase order number is #************ and the item number is ********. On November 24, in my email, I saw that same chair was now listed on sale for the amount of $159.99. This is a difference of only $6.40 in the 4 days from my purchase date. I called Bed Bath and Beyond on November 24, 2023, requesting that the difference in the sale price be returned to my ***** card account. I spoke with ***************************** Service Representative **** who told me that her supervisor, ******* would not return the difference but would only give me an in-store credit. This was the only time I have made a purchase from Bed Bath and Beyond and I do not go to or intend to make any other purchases from Bed Bath and Beyond.Respectfully,Forrest M

      I spent money on a product yet to be received. And they will not consider canceling my order or payments till the product is received. I believe this is because they look to gain money even when they falsely claim to have the items advertised. We should not be lied to by these businesses being protected...

      While the Mohawk product may be great, I'd avoid doing any business with Bed, Bath, and Beyond, Build.com, and their shipping company R+L Carriers. I ordered a pallet of flooring for a project and they sent the wrong color/line of carpet. I was not there to sign for or inspect the carpet, so they just dropped it at my front door (2 days before they said it would be arriving). Fortunately, I went by the job site and saw the pallet outside before the rain started. When I noticed it was the wrong item, I called to have them return and pick it up. The Build.com rep ************************* me they haven't had the carpet I ordered in stock for months and do not expect to have it for a couple more. Why in the world would Bed, Bath, and Beyond be selling it then?! They advised they would have to schedule at a later date a return pick-up and I would have to unload and move the entire pallet inside of the building. I moved everything inside and returned a different day to meet with the carrier. I called R+L the morning of the return and they advised they would be to the site between 1pm and 5pm. I gave them my phone number in case of any issues and went to the site to move everything outside and re-pallet it for them per their request. Once 5pm came and no one showed, I called them again and they said their driver tried calling me, but apparently had the wrong number. They then ************************* me they wouldn't be able to come and that I would again have to move the entire pallet back inside. As of right now I have almost 8 hours invested into trying to return their mistakes, as well as a tired back from lifting and moving boxes 3 times for absolutely no reason. Build.com, R+L Carriers, and Bed, Bath, and Beyond have made no attempts to remedy their multiple mistakes. It's one thing to have someone steal your money, but when they begin to rob you of your time....it isn't something you can ever recoup. I'm very disappointed in how they run their operation and will NEVER buy from them again.

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Delivered a sideboard that was damaged. Called FOUR times to get this picked up for a return (it weighs almost 300 lbs), always told "we'll escalate this to our dedicated oversize delivery team, they'll get back to you in 1 to 2 business days," and they have never contacted me. It's been a month, and I still have this damaged piece of furniture.
