      I returned an item I ordered to Bed Bath and Beyond. The item including tax is *****. The amount I received was only *****. This is because the Return Shipping charge is *****. I was not told that the shipping cost will be this much, I would have kept the item had they informed me of this cost. I just like to warn those that is dealing with Bed Bath and Beyond to be aware of this situation. When I called their helpline I was told that it is stated that the buyer will pay for shipping cost which is understandable, but charging their ********************************************************** shipping charge and not telling the ******************************************************** it is not a good way to treat their *****************************. BUYERS BEWARE

      If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered a dresser for my son. They were quick to charge me for my item and over a month later I still have not received it. They can't tell me what the hold up is without getting with their partner company. This has been my first order with them and definitely my last. Horrible customer service and a horrible way to run a business. I never imagined such a large name company would be this terrible.

      I ordered some sheets. Within 1 hour of the order I realized it was the wrong color. I tried to cancel the order. I was told the order had already left the warehouse and could not be stopped. When order arrived 3 days after the time it said it would arrive. I tried to return it via website but site erred. I called ***************************** service before I opened the package. After speaking to the person and being put on hold for a lengthy time. I was told it would cost $13 to return the item. I complained. The person said she could get it lowered to $9. I told I her I was not going to pay to return something I hadn't opened.

      An absolute criminal organization. I ordered an item and when it arrived it was immediately apparent that it was not what was advertised. I returned it with the prepaid shipping label and although the item was not as advertised they said they still could not return the shipping label cost because the it wasn't defective. ***************************** service took forever to respond (Bodhi) and said there was nothing they could do. This should be illegal. I will never buy anything from them again and I hope they are shut down from being the criminal.

      Horrible customer service. They delivered a dining table set I cancelled. Now it's impossible to get the return processed and a return pick up scheduled. They say they can't get ahold of their third party who would handle pick up. ***************************** service leaves you hanging with no follow up and no clarity on how to resolve this issues. Pathetic service. I want this dining set I cancelled returned and my money back.

      Costway 400LBS ********** High Back Adjustable Swivel Leather Office - Black Brand: Costway Sold and Shipped by Costway 0 List Price: $254.93 Save $35.34 (14%)Sale $219.59 I ordered this chair, and it was heavy duty and expensive so I assumed it should be good. The Arms on the chair were secure and tight when assembled and now flop around and seem like they could plop off and be dangerous. The star review site for this chair does not work, probably why there are no reviews on it. I sent a letter to the company and have only received a standard return/refund letter in return. Their return policy is if the product has not been used and is in unused condition. Then you pay return postage and then on top of that pay a return assessment on the product. I have used this chair for a week now and it is assembled and the box destroyed. It is a 400 pound capacity chair and I weigh close to half of that.

      *Buyer beware!* this is definitely NOT THE OLD BB&B that we knew and loved. I believe it is Overstock that took over BB&B. It took me a month to get my order. It showed a white ish background on the rug I purchased; when it finally arrived, the background was def yellow. More importantly, when I returned it- after over ***** emails/texts/phone calls (btw, their ***************************** service is not in the US), they kept telling me they credited my credit card 9/22.. its 10/2 and no credit yet. They told me to CALL MY BANK to ask when I should receive my credit-I called my bank and they laughed at me and said we dont know when they will credit your credit card! I called BB&B and they told me my credit was under consideration and being reviewed in a different ***** I said REVIEW!? I want my Credit and I want it today!I finally got my credit on 10/3. This whole experience has been an anxiety ridden NIGHTMARE.** Buyer beware **

      I ordered a Woolrich Sherpa heated mattress pad and received a hideous 7-piece comforter set instead. Their self-serve feature wasn't working so the only way to report the error and request a return was via email. A day later the ***************************** care team said my request would take 1-2 business days, and that multiple requests would further delay the process. A week later, still no pre-paid return label or update. I had 5 failed chats, some with bots, 3 with live agents and finally got someone on the phone. They emailed me a label but were unable to expedite my shipping or refund. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and no supervisor to speak with, just the old school "There is nothing we can do." Never again.

      I ordered standard size down pillows, they were shrink wrapped, when I opened one, I found that I had been sent king sized pillows. I was advised to return via **** confirmed on line that *** had delivered the package to the ****** dock but status of return in ****** system shows that the return is still in progress.I've called twice and ***************************** service reps have confirmed the return and completed a credit transaction but still no refund and status in their system is still "return in progress". I was cut off once or twice while waiting to "chat" with available representative and then spent an hour on each call. Obviously this was my last ****** order.I

      Ordered an end table and tried to cancel order shortly after ordering. It was shipped before order could be cancelled. Notice that it would be delivered 9/12. Next day received notice that delivery was delayed. Printed out return label in preparation to return unopened box when received. Item was never delivered have made numerous attempts to ask for a refund of $164.23. Absolutely NO response. Filed dispute with PayPal. Terrible ***************************** service and I am out $164.23. Deserve NO stars! Will no longer order from this company.
