      I purchased a bed , living room suite , dinning room set , TV ,TV stand with fireplace and a kitchen combo it said 3 to 7 day shipping . I'm still waiting for my orders 4 weeks now and they tell me that my orders are at the post office. I'm like the post office can't deliver my furniture I did advise them that they were in violation of False advertising laws. And that I was going to be calling my bank and filling a complaint as well as the BBB and I'm going to be looking for a attorney as well. I just wish I had seen these reviews before I clicked purchase.

      Company sent me the wrong desk, twice. Now they removed thhe desk I ordered from the website and even replaced the image of the desk on my order to the wrong desk they sent me. Extremely shady company with dishonest practices. They said they would give me a refund when the desk is returned. They said *** would pick up the desk. Well the desk has been sitting in front of my house for over a week and *** has not picked it up. I don't believe they ever will and I don't believe this company ever intends to refund my money.Don't ever order from this company.

      Ordered a set of sheets 8/7/23. Received the wrong set of sheets and sent back and reordered. Received the wrong set of sheets the second time and sent back and reordered. Received the wrong set of sheets the third time. Spent many hours with ***************************** service (***********) and was told I would get a $12 credit if I kept the wrong set which I agreed to because the wrong sheets were less than what I paid for the ones I actually ordered. Never received the credit. Today, 9/25/23, I called again and was cut off twice by their phone system. They really don't know how to handle these problems. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Overstock, take note, you will lose many ******************************. You are not Bed, Bath and Beyond and this should be reported to your CEO,

      ***************************** service does not help with anything - I have asked for a supervisor several times and still nothing. I highly recommend not purchasing anything from Overstock unless you like to ****** with not receiving a quality product. They sent me to the manufacturer Global Pronex and phone number does not work. I asked on another inquiry today for a valid number and they gave same non-working number. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

      Worst customer service experience I have had in YEARS. They are absolutely impossible to get in touch with - you better hope whatever you ordered is problem free. They will tell you constantly that they will resolve the issue in ***** hours. It doesnt get resolved and then you cant get in touch with someone. I ordered a crib for my baby and springs were missing. They would not send me replacement parts.

      I wish zero or negative stars were an opti***********************. I ordered a kitchen table. When I opened the box (8/17) I was quite disappointed in the product. It was filthy and defective. Besides the ****** and scrapes all over it, it looked like there were dirty hand smears in the paint that could not be wiped off. The chairs were also defective. When put together, the pieces did not match up perfectly; they didn't fit into the grooves. I c***********************tacted the company and advised I wanted a refund because of all the flaws and damage. They said the over-sized return department would c***********************tact me in 3-4 days and I sent pictures as requested. I followed ** in 10 days because I hadn't head anything. I was advised it'd be another 2-3 business days. Day 4, I c***********************tacted them again and again was told it'd be 2-3 days but this time a rep gave me a ph***********************e number that previous reps refused to give. I c***********************tacted a rep *********************** 9/1 and again, sent more pictures as requested and was told it'd be 3-4 business days. Because of the holiday, it would actually be l***********************ger. On day 8 (9/8), I called again and again told it would be 2-3 business days. The rep guaranteed me he would follow up and handle this himself since I told him this was unacceptable and I was going to call my bank as well as the BBB (I'm still waiting to hear back from him). On Sept 14, I followed up again and again, I was given the run around. I was told the over-sized return department would follow ** in 3-4 days but that he also would follow up with me and I would hear back from him pers***********************ally. I advised they had until the close of business to get back with me. I still haven't received a text, call, or email from the over-sized department or from the rep. *********************** not buy anything from them! You will ***********************ly get the run around.

      I wish I could give negative stars! Now that Overstock has taken over, Bed Bath and Beyond should put their return policy in bold print on the web page of items that are not returnable. Returns were never an issue in all years before this takeover. I placed an order not knowing anything about this new policy. Had I known, I would have never made said purchase. I wasted $100 on an item that did not work for my space, and this IS NOT the way to conduct a business that wants retuning ******************************!

      Has taken over bed bath and beyond but doesnt have the courtesy to honor their gift cards. They do not care for their ****************************** just for the money. They way overprice their items and then put them on sale to make it look a little cheaper yet still somehow they are expensive. Contacted customer service and wasted 6 hours of my time. They were unprofessional and very slow to respond. I will NEVER do business with them

      This business sold my Mother a gift card for $100 then refused to honor it. This business is a scam.
