      Bought curtains, didn't receive curtains, was told for two years they were still working on shipping them. Then finally asked for a refund and was told "its too late, there is nothing we can do".

      Brutal from minute one. What started as two duvet sets has morphed into two and a half months of so much time wasted. Still yet to get a refund. First order took 5 weeks to arrive and then arrived missing half of it. So I had to figure out how to get a hold of someone to get a replacement. The replacement duvet set arrived with a huge black ink stain on it so I then had to return via *** which is always a hassle. The return package has been delivered on their end and I cannot get anyone to respond to any emails. Horrendous ***************************** service. S***** product. Super super disappointed. **** never spend a dollar here again. I can't remember the last time I left a negative review but I think people need to know not to spend their money here.

      When will they have BBB stuff? Im satisfied with my order (so far) but it seems like they are trying to grab Bed bath &Beyond customers without adding their merchandise. When will they stop this false advertising and truly become a merged company???

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy from them. Products are now being shipped from overseas I placed an order July 27th. Order supposedly was delivered on 8/23. I reached out to their CS department informing them that I did not receive my order. They offered to send a replacement. I sent several emails requesting that they confirm the shipping address to make sure it was being shipped to the right place. I kept getting the same response with mo confirmation of shipping address or new order being sent. So now I've filed a claim with my bank to recoup my money as I was also told they filed a claim but couldn't refund my Money. BUYERS BEWARE this is not the Bed Bath and Beyond prior to being bought out by Overstock.

      Bed ***************************** are scammers. They will not return any messages or issue credit. They cant even give me a correct tracking number. Been trying to get my order since July 25th. ***************************** service emails saying that I have received the order. But I have not received anything. They guaranteed me I had received it. Offering me a 30% credit which I think is an insult. Will never buy from them ever again. Tell your friends that they are scammers. This company doesnt deserve to be listed in the BBB. Sure Im angry about being ripped off and lied to. This is very poor business management and it needs to be held accountable for their failure!

      DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK! DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK! This item is a piece of junk, it comes in a thousands pieces. This junk came damaged and upon putting it together it is not sturdy. This junk sits low to the ground, a newborn crib is bigger than this bed. This item does not look at all like the picture. Its a piece of cardboard with sheet material stapled around it with metal poles as a frame and **** bolts. The return process is painful, free shipping but to return this product you have to pay an outrageous shipping cost, thus should be free returns. These companies should be BANNED from selling these products.

      1 star is too strong of a rating. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING. Extremely poor service. I placed an order on Aug 5 to be delivered on Aug 14th today is the 21 still no item. Says cleared **************************************************** Aug 17th as its going to ****** from the US. No updates since. My frustration is I emailed BBB overstock and replied to their email with more info. No reply. I emailed again no reply. And again no reply. Today I called was advised that I have an open case but I still have to wait 48 hours for a call back. Where is my product that I paid for 16 days ago?

      When I placed my order items were on sale and showed them actual sales price, after I am looking at invoice, the discount has decreased to much lower price. When I call them to honor the prices that were offered when I placed the order, they refuse to honor the sale price and they do not offer free returns unless the item is damaged. Do not buy from this company, if the merchandise is not what as divertissement or does not fit and th unity I not good, thy do not offer free returns bd it cot you more t return the items. Run, do no waste your money on this company; they false sherries their prices and quality of their merchandise and you are stuck with your purchase. They are a dishonorable company.

      If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I have been dealing with Oerstocks horrific customer service for 2+ months without resolution. I ordered a damaged product, Overstock took over a month to get me a replacement, which I only received because I spent 10+ hours on the phone with them working through the issues. I received an email that I was refunded in full for the vanity, which I was not. I have followed up 3 times via email with no response. I called, asked to speak with someone who has the authority to process refunds, was put on hold for 45 minutes, and when the ***************************** service rep came back, she pretended she could not hear me and said no refund will be issues and hung up on me. I'm disgusted at the lack of "***************************** care". ******************* should really start reviewing all of these recorded phone calls before he loses all his ****************************** due to his employees.
