      Hawx LLC charged two unauthorized times on my credit card. I have never heard of this business, and so never requested any services. When I called them, I was put on hold forever. Never spoke to an "account specialist". Pure fraud.

      10/21/22 was charged a ****** cancellation fee. We canceled because ************ lied to us. They told us we needed a $2300 termite system because we had a termite problem that needed immediate resolution. We got a second opinion and the inspector said there is no termite issue at all. We no longer trust Hawx and can no longer use them with confidence that they have our best interest. We feel because we were lied to that we shouldnt have to pay the cancellation fee.

      I signed a quarterly pest control agreement on 4/19/21 for five treatments of $99 dollars a treatment. I have been charged the agreement upon and paid the amount of $495 which was on the signed agreement. I continued to get charge monthly for 49.99 after the yearly agreement had expired and I was told repeatedly that there I still had one or two visits remaining on the account or I would be charged and early cancellation fee. I was finally able to convince Hawx that my agreement was up. Put the addition charges of 49.99 after the quarterly pest control price went up to 149 per month. I was charge 6/30/22 for 49.00, 7/30/22 for 49.00, 8/30/22 for 49, and 9/30/22 for 49. The amount I agreed to pay for the yearly contract was $495. The 8/30/22 for 49 and the 9/30/22 for 49 dollars is over the agreed upon amount. I have paid up till the 8/30/22 and the 9/30/22 of $49 is outstanding. I want to be reimbursed the $49 for August and the charges for September to be dropped.

      On 10/21/22 without prior approval or confirmation a technician came out and "performed" a service of which he was unable to reach the backyard which was the agreed upon service area for the house. I observed the technician from my security cameras while at work. I will not be charged for will make payment for that service.

      In all I just want to be refunded the $49 dollars over which I paid for the $495 contract and the additional $49 to be wiped from my account.

      I used this service and I told them I only wanted one treatment was was $99. They wouldn&#**;t take cash so I had to use a credit card. They ended up charging me twice: once for $200 to cancel the agreement and another time for $249 for the treatment.

      They agreed to provide pest control services and had not done them. They then have charged my bank account for said service and when I called to dispute the service they refused to refund my money. I can get the photos from my out door cameras but it will take some time to get them.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have no proof from your company that any service was done to my property. I asked the sales rep who came to my house to have the service done on a Saturday so that someone could be home. His reply was no problem. The tech was scheduled to be there the following Saturday morning at 9 am. He showed up at 12 pm. I waited until **** for him to show, I had a flight to catch and could not wait any longer. When I called to try and resolve this your person was rude and stated we were sent emails and didnt call until we were charged. Thats because the emails went to my wifes spam folder and she doesnt check that folder. Otherwise, I would have called because I was told by the sales rep that my card would not be charged until the service, which I still have no proof that this was done. The only resolution is for a refund. I am not happy with your company I believe you have sketchy business practices.

      I was tricked into a 12 month contract by the door to door salesman who even paid for start up fees with his own money, he sent money to me through zelle and then took it out of my account to sign me up. Now they are taking money out of my account without authorization. They called me several days ago to ask for payment, I told them I could not afford it at this time and then took it out anyways. They took money from a 12 year Old who's birthday is Monday and now I have nothing and am negative in my account. Very crooked company.

      I believe it was during the month of April, 2022 that a sales person with Hawx Services, LLC was in my neighborhood going door to door selling pest control services and eventually knocked on my door. after a lengthy conversation I opt to have Hawx Services, LLC pest control service.The Nature of my dispute:On Oct. 18, 2022, I contacted Hawx Services, LLC by telephone to cancel my pest control plan because of affordability. Upon speaking to ****, a representative of Hawx, he told me that it would cost me $200 to cancel. According to ****, the $45 a month I was paying is the results of a $245 discount of which $200 would have to be paid back before cancellation can occur.

      In June 2022 a sales lady from Hawx approached us for their pest control service. We neither entered into any agreement for services nor promised to use their services. Upon their insistence, we agreed on a single service on cash payment. We were not happy with their service and before leaving our yard told them we do not need further services from them. Since they did once ask the lady how much the single service cost and we paid in cash $ 45.00 to her. A fortnight later we had a message from them saying we owe around $ 45.00 and we called back and there was none to attend. Sent an SMS back explaining there was no commitment and that services done were paid in full by cash. Now we have a mail saying we owe them $ 164.76 for 3 services. We have a door camera and backyard camera as well, my wife was at home all the service days they have shown and therefore, we wonder who came to our yard to do the said services. Moreover, we have not signed any service agreement or provided any payment option. We are surprised to see a single-sided contract made by the representative and Company started billing. We never received any invoice or any mail before. Now a threat saying the account will be closed with a termination fee and another finance charge will be assessed and will be handed over to a collection agency. We do not owe anything to them really nor any further service they have done to our residence. If they are a good company they should be responsible for their business instead of sending door to door some young people. Our community banned them as much as we know since they were soliciting door to door which is not allowed. Since we have no agreement or contract with them, this case should be considered closed in view of us not owing any money to them. Thanks.

      The sales guy came and sold me on their services ... he seemed amazing and honest. He said they do this special fogging thing that really worked out side. He also said it was $40 per month ... turns out the contact actually says $80 a month and they do some weird billing thing where they give you a credit in the beginning. When the technician came, he told me he could not do the inside of the house because that was a special service and i would have to do a special servicing. Ok, so i went w/what he said ... the next month the technician came and i still had bugs, including mosquitos in my garage/home office. So i called for an in between service ... the technician told me he could not do inside the garage because that didn't work for mosquitos ..... still have mosquitos. Now it's the 3rd month and no one showed up, however i was billed. When i called they said that is how it works in winter or something to that affect. WHAT????? Pay for a service they charge for monthly but they don't do it in the winter (btw ... it was 98 degrees yesterday)????? So i decided to cancel because they didn't follow through on any of their promises ... guess what? they charged my card $420 because i didn't use them for the 12 months the contract said ... NOT what the original Sales buy told me ... cancel at any time ... they did not show up to do the monthly service they promised in the contract AND they NEVER even did the inside of my house which is in the contract. THEN debited my credit card for the whole year ...
