      On June 27 a pest control employee came to provide the routine pest control service. He entered the home and took ***** dollars that was placed in the master bathroom sink. When I realized the money was gone I asked the worker to return it to me as I could see it in his pants pocket he denied it and left in a hurry. I have reported it to the business but nobody in any authority has called to ask exactly what happened. I have not received clear answers as to what I can expect other than someone will call me in ***** hours.

      I called to cancel my subscription to the service the year prior - they claim they have no record of that - now an entire year later they charge me for months after cancellation, with late fees on top of it all.Keep in mind that the service they provided was incomplete every time, we couldn't have the interior sprayed because we have pets and that would require that we remove them from the home for at least an hour, we work from home, it's impossible to do that.

      A salesperson from Hawx Pest Control solicited business with my elderly parents today. My mother is significantly impaired due to advanced Alzheimer's and my father is confined to his bed. They are cared for by us, their children. Today, they were briefly left alone and the salesperson approached them. My mother is very obviously mentally impaired. She is barely able to complete a coherent sentence, but this person proceeded to tell her to go get her debit card and to sign his contract. She had no idea what had happened. We immediately called the company to explain this situation, expecting some measure of common decency from the company and requested that the contract be cancelled. We were told not without a power of attorney. We asked for a supervisor, and the woman repeated not without a power of attorney. They repeated this for everything we tried to ask. I am disgusted by this despicable treatment of my vulnerable elderly parents. In a matter of a few hours between the solicitation and our contact, Hawx Pest Control charged my parents and when we tried to ask for help, stated to us that the contract would be upheld, and they would not be changing anything. Shame on you, Hawx Pest Control and whoever in your company has made this type of service your norm. Unfortunately, we will be continuing to pursue this issue, even if we have to contact the media. We are some very angry adult children of two elderly parents who have be preyed upon in this horribly indecent manner. Shame on you!

      Hawk Pest Control contracted to service 4 times annually and charged ***** per month for services. **** continued to bill monthly yet render Zero services in 2024 and only 3 service in 2023. I have requested a refund for services not rendered and breach of contract yet billing will not offer refund (only one month) for in essence 7 months of billing. (3 services call not provided). I have since cancelled services in May 2024 so they would stop billing while not delivering

      I feel like I was just scammed. I am a dependant who was babysitting my brother and was not expecting guests. When I opened the door to this man, the way he was selling to me was very pushy and he almost spoke as if I was already subscribed to the service (I didn't know if we were subscribed to it or not as I am not the head of the household and had said this to him). I was very confused the whole time, asking him clarifying questions about who exactly he was and what he was selling, to which he gave vague and like non confirming or denying answers. It took like 5 minutes to even figure out what company he was with as instead of explaining who he was with and what he was offering he just kept going on about "the payment will be $50". I called my mother who explained we were already subscribed to a service, but seconds before, i had already been charged and he claimed he was unable to refund me the $50 payment even though I had said I didn't want the service. He then claimed he would refund me but do the service anyways, proceeded to move our furniture around, and then left. it was a very confusing situation. Your salespersons tactics felt extremely pushy and confusing, and he should have walked away instead of just pushing for a payment. He didn't even show me the terms of service or anything, like this is insane. I would really like a refund, especially since we didn't even get the service.

      A door to door salesperson visited my home today, June 21, 2024. I have a large sign on my door that says NO SOLICITING. The salesperson still rang my door bell and tried to sell me a pest control service. At first I was polite and said I was not interested, and she then started asking a lot of questions, and would not leave. I pointed to the sign and told her I was not interested in the service, and she still continued to try to sell the product. I do not appreciate being interrupted in my home by a salesperson who continues to try to engage me after telling them I am not interested.

      I should have went with my gut because I never sign up for these types of services. We even have a NO Soliciting sign up at the entrance of our neighborhood for that reason. I received my first service and it seemed to attract more insects. I had a huge increase in ant mounds in my yard. I requested the tech come back out and they treated the second time, however, it did not resolve the issue and other insects began to increasingly show up. I decided I'd be better off treating it myself so I didn't realize I was locked into this subscription. After I didn't resume payment, they continued to bill me monthly as it ballooned to over $500. I was told my account was canceled and I owe this money. I called and customer service told me they could reduce it to $400. I didn't find that to be sufficient considering, I got poor results and continued to be billed monthly for nothing. I even offered to pay half to resolve the issue and was denied. I was willing to meet halfway on this and it was eye opening how customers are treated. My mistake for not following my gut. The customer service rep said they came to my house three times. I paid for the times they came out. It's infuriating they are still trying to get more money from me in these tough economic times. Money I don't have to throw away.

We have a signed 12 month agreement.  Due to not fulfilling the agreement we had to added the early termination fee. All charges are valid.       Hi, on 6/19/2024 a door-to-door salesman came to my house. He said he knew we were already on contract with another pest control company and said several of our neighbors were as well but his offer was the same services at a lower cost. He explained that he was able to call our current company and and get out of the contract. He said they normally waive the early termination fee when he calls, but if for some reason they didnt, then Hawx would pay my cancellation fee with the other company. I checked with the salesman the next day (6/20/2024) and he claims that our contract with the other company has been cancelled. However, I believe him to be lying because I never received any confirmation of the cancellation and there are still scheduled appointments on our account. I want to cancel because this seems incredibly shady, the salesman wasnt being truthful. I am also within my 3 day cancellation period from signing the contract but we I try to call to cancel, I cant get ahold of a person. I dont want to be in a contract with a shady business, I dont want/need to be in contract with TWO pest services, and I dont want to have to pay the early termination fee because no one will answer the phone!!

      I signed up for pest control services with this company and they have been taking $474.16 from my bank account monthly, but I did not authorize these charges. When I call them to inquire about a refund, they hang up on me. I would like a refund for these charges.

We service quarterly and break up the quarterly payments to monthly payments. Your account has been accumulating monthly charges due to not paying the monthly charge. The account was closed and charged the early termination fee due to not fulfilling the agreement. We were able at collect the outstanding balance on June 19th.       Last year Aug, 2023. I signed a contract to get rid of fleas, ************ think mosquitoes. I ended taking my dog to the vet, for ear infection, & so, hey said hot spots. I ended up buying a Saker, machine to shave my dog. Come to find out it was hundreds of fleas, if not thousands. I have called the company, only for them to come out 3 weeks later and sprayed the *************** I called them again about all the ************* all over my dog again. They said they have a sales and they couldn't come out until the 28th. Always, two to three weeks later. My house, my **** **** furniture is cover in fleas. Putting me off only makes matter worse. I have bought flea, spray for my house and stuff for my yard. This is horrible. I put my trust into this company, and told other people about ya'll, Now, Only to tell them different. This is a shame.

      I am rejecting this response because:No, my case was not taken care of. I have so many fleas in my yard and in my house. I have bought two different spray bottles. Sprayed my yard 3 different times. Bought a collar for my dog, gave her chews for fleas, bought her a bag of chews for fleas, bought power for my house, bought flea spray for my house, sprayed my dog with happy **** dip twice. I just want my money back... Please. The fleas, are so bad they will jump on you. I just want a refund. ***************
