This company does fishy business. I signed up for the General Pest Control. for $249 with a discount of $200. I had a $59.99 payment and $52.00 per month. They deducted $59.99 from my account. They gave me an agreement for 1 year. I told them I only wanted organic chemicals sprayed on my yard. The tech can out and sprayed and left my yard with dead grass in spots. I tried to contact them by email thereafter but was told to call. When I called it was hard to get in touch with anyone. I returned messages stating I do not want your service, please cancel my contract. They kept sending emails which they claim was automatic asking for more payments. When I finally was able to reach someone. They told me in order to cancel I would have to pay $52 more dollars and a fee of $199. I told them that I fired them. They didn't do as I asked. They said that it wasn't that easy to close my account. I had insect coming in my home that has never been in my home. My complaint is for how unfairly they are to customers and the game they are playing. They talked fast at my door and gave me a tablet to sign on that I could hardly see. They are out to get customers no matter what the company does to fulfill their obligation. I don't think I should pay them this cancellation fee. which not my understanding when the rep initially talked to me. I will be careful of solicitors in my neighborhood.

Poor service, they dont answer their phones or call you back when you contact them by email. You have to cancel your credit card to stop paying them. Then they fine you $199 because you canceled them for bad service. I now am being pestered by text messages and phone calls for the money.Hawx Services, LLC

They will not honor their cancellation policy and will continue to charge you until they can contact you. We never received a call to follow up our cancellation request as they claimed to do so. Now they want to take back our termite housings we paid for up front because we dont want to pay for them to upkeep when we can easily find someone else to do so.Hawx Services, LLC

They conned me into singing up, saying i could cancel at anytime. However they will not let me cancel. They keep giving me the run around. I will take this as far as i have to go until my account is canceled. I also asked for their solicitation permit and THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE IT.I HOPE THEY ARE READY FOR A LAWSUIT. ALL over a 200 cancelation fee. JUST CANCEL MY ACOUTN NOW! Super scammers should be ashamed of the business they run. Get ready for a class action lawsuit. We have given this company 4 months to get our pest situation under control and their service is useless. I have more pest in my house than ever before. Like what are we even paying for. Literally nothing. And when I called to try and cancel they want to charge me $199. First of all I believe we are *********** a complete refund (all 4 payments). I was promised thet would eliminate the pests and that was not delivered. As well as we should be able to cancel without being charged additionally because we did not get what we paid for.Hawx Services, LLC

Canceled my service and have continued to be billed. I have received multiple phone calls even after confirming cancelation and I am now being harassed for payment. Additionally service was terrible and did not come out for treatment as scheduled which was the main reason I canceled.Hawx Services, LLC

This company is a scam and is completely dishonest. When the sales person came to my house they stayed it was a one time fee that lasted for a term of 3 months . The following month my card was charged again and when I called to speak to someone the only thing I could do was pay $200 for cancellation fee, which at no point was this ever stated to me. Also they had me signed a paper that my signature was later applied to another document . Which was the contract, i never seen the document before. Im a single mother on maternity leave with no pay and now with an over draft account because of a cancellation fee thats was promised to be billed to me but was charged within an hr of speaking to a supervisor. I really wish this company could be held responsible for their lies.Hawx Services, LLC

I am deeply disappointed with the pest service received, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others. My wife, who was alone at home while I was deployed overseas, was approached by a salesperson from this company. She was sold a service to address our pest issue, and we were assured that it would be carried out professionally. However, the promises made by the salesperson turned out to be empty.Firstly, the service was never completed. Despite our payment, the pest issue remained unresolved, and my wife had to endure the ordeal without any assistance from the company. To make matters worse, when my wife decided to cancel the service due to the company's failure to deliver, they had the audacity to charge us an additional $200 for cancellation. This fee was not only unfair but also unreasonable, especially considering the circumstances.I find it deeply unethical and unprofessional for this company to exploit a situation where my wife was alone and vulnerable due to my deployment. This experience has left us both frustrated and feeling cheated.I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice, as this company's conduct is far from the standards one would expect from a reputable pest service.
