Not even a ONE if I could. I totally agree with all the other complaints with this company! A gentleman came to our house and reduced the cost of the first treatment, never mentioning this is a contract I was signing the conditions of the contract. You never see it until you sign the agreement. The salesman had me to believe that he was charging me to spray the yard as I had fire ants and not ants in the house! Instead, the sprayed 2 ft around the house and never went in the house. We sold the house and notified the company what we were doing, they wanted proof of where we were relocating to which we provided but due to paperwork we did not have permanent address. I sent them all the documents as to where we were but because we were ONE day from the 30-day ***** we still had to pay another month on a home we didn't even live in and not even in the state!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL HOUND YOU TO DEATH!!!!! Even after being relocated 3 months, I received an email stating I owed $199. I was able to speak with **** who said he was going to drop the charges. This has taught me a very valuable ******* don't ever trust salespeople who talk like you need their services!!!

Im not one to post often but last month hawk pest control showed up at our door as Im sure he came to yall as well. The salesmen *********************** asked if we wanted services done because one of our trees had termites initially we said no but he was persistent and we said we would allow a ONE time service for $65. We tried to pay him cash but he said he needed a card on file. We reluctantly agreed and we got the service and we thought that was the end. Now a month later we noticed that we got charged an additional $65 with no service. We called the company to say we never agreed to a reoccurring charge and was told that we signed up for 12 month service and if we wanted to cancel it was going to be $200. NEVER was this explained to us and they were not willing to refund our $65 and still made us pay $200 to cancel the service. In my eyes it was bad business and we were lied to and scammed. Never will I ever agreed to any solicitors coming to my door.Hawx Services, LLC

I would not recommend this company to others. I signed up for this service in May. In July, I had to have 2 resprays. Retreating is being marketed by the company that it is in addition to and in between scheduled maintenance services. Based on my signed contract, my last scheduled service was supposed to take place in August and then again in November. There hasn't been a single person contact me for a technician to come out. It is now November 1 and I sat on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to a customer service rep to cancel my service based on Hawx failure to provide service. When the Account Manager, **** did answer, he stated he wasnt there to discuss the legality of the contract and was only offering the continuation of the service or I could pay the $199 for termination. I asked for someone else that I could speak to and was told he was the only one and there was nobody above him. Based on the termination clause within the contract, this was a breach of contract and failure to provide service from Hawx and I should not be charged the $199. I completed my part of the contact that was signed between myself and Hawx and paid $55.99 monthly for 6 months. After many minutes of me trying to explain that this was a failure of the company, the Account Manager would only repeat that I had 2 options. Continue service with a one time monthly credit or pay the $199 cancellation fee. He refused to discuss the Termination clause within the contract and at one point told me that he wasnt an attorney. After I told him to just cancel my contract he stated that he would be charging the cancellation fee and hung up on me.Hawx Services, LLC

Absolute worst company ever unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and robbed. He was talked into getting a ONE time treatment for $59.00 and simply cancel. There is nothing simple. I tried to canceling get this, the woman told me I was not ALLOWED to do so. But they have no problem taking my money!!! What the heck is that?? my husband tried to cancel with no luck. In order to cancel get this!!! we were forced to pay $457.87 !! A $59.00 charge turned out to cost us $755.87. mind you we still have ants, mosquitos, spiders and wasp nests everywhere. I am completely disgusted with this company and how it operates. By the way. the 1 star rating is there because you cannot have a 0Hawx Services, LLC

If I could give negative stars I would give **** stars. This company is a complete joke. First lied about how much they were going to charge. Then never showed up for their month treatments. Trying to call customer service always took over an hour and everyone is incredibly rude. Ever since switching to their company our big problem has gotten 100 times worse. Finally cancelled today for 200 freaking dollars. This company is a joke and should be closed down foreverHawx Services, LLC

We were taught how to lie to potential customers in order to get them to sign up by being dishonest about our services, dishonest about who in their community used our services, and dishonest about the effectiveness of the product. I ultimately quit this position and they refused to pay me. They are still withholding earned wages from me and I am at a loss as to how to proceed.Review fromAntigone M

If I can give a zero, I would. I had their normal pest service, which I haven't had much issue. So I figured I would get their mosquito treatments. They came once...then didn't come again for 3 months. When i called they refused to refund me my money, but gave 2 months credit...that one month...nothing. so they stuck 3 treatments within a month period of time to "make up" for lost time. After that they never came again. So out of the 7 treatments I was supposed to have, I had 4 and out of those 4, 2 of them were in the same month to "fix a wrong". I cancelled because they weren't meeting their contractual obligations. They took 2 months to process it...still charging me...and then charged me $199 cancellation fee. So the first service was great, i was so excited to have a good quality pest control service. However, they've been charging me 60 per month. They've never come out on a quarterly basis as they said they would. They never did spray inside the house as they mentioned.You continue to bill me even though your doing no more work. Then you had the nerve to cancel my account, still taking my money. But not allow service.Screw you all I've blocked payment to that card. Good luck. For those considering this company I'd advise against it. BTW the spiders are back.Hawx Services, LLC

I was set up on automatic payment on a bi monthly service with charges coming out monthly. I stopped receiving service in February yet continue to have payments taken out of my account. When I spoke to supervisor ********* was very rude. Told me there was nothing he could do, and would not credit my account back as it was my problem not his. He also confirmed that the monthly charges should have only been coming out on the month of service, but yet still continued to deny my request for reimbursement.Hawx Services, LLC

Please think twice about contacting Hawx for pest control. They do not honor their end of the service contract and canceling is a word they obviously do not understand. They stopped coming to my home to do the pest control monthly (but didn't fail to bill me), but when I told them to cancel by email, as the site says and via phone call, they continue to bill me. Yet I received a confirmation email that I had been cancelled. They are not to be trusted. They do not understand NO and refuse to listen to their customers.Hawx Services, LLC
