  I called and cancelled my service with this company in August 2023. I've paid the last remaining balance at that time. The person I spoke to stated I had a final visit owed and she sent a pest specialist out on a Saturday. That was suppose to be the last visit. I received an email stating I owed a balance and I can't figure out why. I received a phone call on 10/16/23, I stated that the account was suppose to be closed and the sales lady verified that the account was closed. She sent me an email stating the fact. Today I received a call asking for payment and I'm still trying to figure out why. I was very unhappy with the service I've received because I was being charged for a service every month that I did not receive. My ring cameras tells me so.

  I am apparently just one of many, many complaints against this fraudulent company. I am a widow, on limited income, and must have told the salesman I could not afford more than one treatment. At that time I was told all I had to do was cancel the appointment for treatment before they came to treat my home again. I did exactly that, and guess what? Last week I saw their truck in my drive, and there was a woman getting ready to treat my house. I told her I had cancelled, and she said the home office told her to treat my house. I told her to get off my property or I would call the Town ********, who happens to be a friend of mine. She left, but I am repeated receiving calls from several of their different offices, which I completely ignore. I absolutely refuse to pay these scammers one more cent, especially since they will not be able to get blood out of a turnip. When I told them I had other obligations, they apparently were ignoring me. I refuse to give them any stars, because they do not deserve it. I hope this is a warning to others out there. Do your research before agreeing to sign their contract. *****************************, ***********.

  I would give less stars if I could. I signed up for flea treatment and was told they would treat my house and yard. Every single time I took off of work to meet them at my house, they either never showed up or the person who did could not do the flea treatment. There was a day (after getting them to finally send someone for the fleas) that I took a day off of work and had all my animals and children somewhere else like they asked. They didn't show up so I went ahead and bug bombed myself. After I called and complained they said they could send someone out the next day without understanding how much I went through to make it happen in the first place. I asked them to cancel my service since they never helped me with my fleas abd they told me it would cost 200 to end the contract early. Never sign up for anything from this company.

  I recently moved and called to cancel my service with them since my contract was also up, the guy on the phone who I spoke with the first time, highly pressured me into not canceling we talked for roughly ************************************************************************* the end I caved because he simply wasnt taking no for an answer then by giving me one month free but said I had until the following month to cancel by the 15th, so I just made a note in my calendar to cancel by then and hopefully Id speak with someone else who wasnt so pushy which I did when I called back to cancel again. So on the 11th of the month I called and canceled but still received a bill even though I was told numerous times on the phone call that I had until the 15th to cancel without being charged that was incorrect they stated I had until the 3rd of the month not the 15th, I asked why he would lie to me and all they could tell me was that it was the date my bill was due. Again why didnt he tell me that instead told me the 15th and they still want me to pay for another month even though I had a free month I didnt even have them treat my house that I was moving out of in 10 days. I spoke to someone today, who was not very helpful in hopes of getting my issue resolved, cant say I would recommend them to anyone I know now.

  Hawx ******* north was servicing my home for pest every 3 mos. for about a year until 6/6/2023. I was paying monthly for this service. In Sept 2023 I realized I did not recieve a service when due. Called to schedule a service and was told October 9 2023. No show no message. Called back was scheduled again for October 17 2023 again a no show. I did get a message the next day but decided to cancel my contract. I was told they would not reimbursed me for money I had already paid for service I never recoeved. Not a good way to do business in my book. Be careful if you prepay for service with hawx they don't honor their contracts.

  Was told I would pay an initial fee, once or $109, then $64 every time they came to spray for bugs, quarterly. I was then charged $109 twice initially, and then $64 each month! I called to cancel as that was not what was stated to me and check marks on the contract further went to state when I would be charged. However charging me $109 initial fee invalidates the contract. They now keep emailing me and calling me for $199 early cancellation fee. And I still need to be refunded the double $109 initial charge.

  Awful. Ignored written notification on account closure and continued charging for doing nothing.Phone support is ignorant, can not decide anything. Just talking heads.Completely ignoring email communication, I have to waste my work time to wait till they agree to answer the phone.Expensive. 1 spray every 3 months costs 150$ (2022 - 2023). Does not make sense if you are earning less than $300 per hour.

  I signed up in July I was informed that the inside treatment was included (preventative measures) upon first technician coming out I was informed this company does not do inside cleanings (red flag) so they only did outside I reached out to person who signed me up and advised what happened he informed me he would have another technician come out and do a full interior service when the technician came out he said the same thing. I reached out again to pest control on 09/10/2023 to inform him what happened and got no response so I followed up on 09/11/2023 got no response on 09/16/2023 I sent another message and was informed he had been moving around that week and would have someone come out and afterwards I did not hear from anyone I sent another message 11 DAYS LATER 09/27/2023 and got no response. I reached out to cancel the service and was told I could get a $10 credit!!!! I said that was not good enough and they transferred me and up it to $35 and then finally got it to $55 and I asked to be transferred to cancel then they said they would have a technician come out Saturday to do full service which I was happy about because I wanted to give it once last chance so they stated a tech would reach out when he was en route. Saturday came and no one sent a text that they were en route or that they needed to reschedule so I changed my plans for no reason at all. Upon calling again I was told that the technician daughter broke her leg but no concern for the fact I wasted my whole day and another technician was not sent out in place of him. I told the rep that I had given 3 chances to them and just wanted to cancel the rep informed me that even though I was canceling due to their negligence I would have to pay a $200 EALRY TERMINATION FEE!!!!!! I was not canceling due to something I did so to have to pay because the company did not do what was stated, and the contract is beyond belief. When I asked was there anyone else I could talk to I was told that there was no not.

  I am in the process of canceling. Like the other reviews, the salesperson came to the door, signed us up for ***** and ALSO signed up our neighbor for ***** per month! We have no fiduciary ties to our neighbor. They used my husband's card and telephone number and billed us. A service representative came and was confused as to which house to enter. He alerted me to the issue and called his manager right in front of me to alert his manager. I was on the phone asking for a refund as we did not authorize the treating of our neighbor's yard, and the representative hung up on me as soon as I said the word "refund". I will not recommend this company and will pursue legal options if my refund is not granted. It amounts to $990.00!
