This is a total scam! They charged me $200 a month and stopped coming after a month. Then when I called to cancel I had to pay $199 for each service. Who knew I had more than one since they never came. They never removed the wasps, the ants are worse than they have ever been. Total joke.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT SIGN UP! So a salesman showed up at my door over a year ago. I explained that I already had a pest service. He told me that he would give me a low one-time fee for a single treatment for our bushes that were outside of the area the other service treated. I signed up. Then nothing for over a year. A month or so ago, I have a tech arrive at my door and tell me they were there for our regularly-scheduled service. I told them they were mistaken, and that I had another service. They told me to call the office and get it straightened out. Then I get a guy calling, telling me that I had signed up for multiple services, but hadn't had them performed because they were cancelled every month (NOT by me BTW, except for that last one). He argued and argued saying that I had to fulfill the services - even though I didn't need them. He admitted that the fine print states I was contracted for 12 months - which was over. I was working, and had to go but let him know I would not be paying. Last week they charged my card over $300. Absolutely pathetic customer experience; they clearly do not care about their customers, are completely mismanaged, and can't keep track of their own customers and agreements.Hawx Services, LLC

Not only did the salesman not mention the actual underlying price, by being unable to cancel, but they also do NOT provide a way to easily cancel once you're in their system. You have to call them and be transferred, and wait on hold. It's just a method of making it harder to cancel. Well congrats, I'm going to cancel and never use Hawx for services again.Hawx Services, LLC

The Hawx pest control has a client sign a contract. If that client chooses an alternative manner of payment after the *** card has expired/needed canceled for some reason, the billing continues. It comes to the client's email. Regardless if the payment is paid immediately, the services do not happen that month. What happens is it is billed sometime in the middle of the month but the services are assigned sometime before that. I paid for 4 months of service where I go NO treatment. When I tried to figure out the system so I could get back on track it was even more broken. I canceled my services in August, but even before that, I spoke with customer service ON A RECORDED line and said I was cancelling my service. I was still billed and called repeatedly on multiple days and times to get the payment. Now I have paid for 4 month of service of which I did not get service and they can't credit my account. They have told me the billing is valid and the service regardless of receipt or not is due payable. So they have been paid to make the calls stop, but this is to warn all takers of this service, this company has broken systems and will make your life difficult with the constant calls and very snotty people on the other end. The only person I have talked to who treated me like a person with a valid concern was ****** in the billing ***** Do better HAWX! Train more to be compassionate like ****** and get your system fixed. Tech exists so this doesn't happen to others.Hawx Services, LLC

Zero stars. ******** was aggressive and taking pictures of my home before even talking to me. Convinced me to pay for a 1 time service. I asked repeatedly if it was recurring payment, he said no. He said I would get a text and could cancel after the service was completed if I had any concerns. I asked specifically about any charges to cancel, he said none. I saw the paperwork said 12 month service - asked him why I was signing for that and he said that was the only way to do it, but that wouldn't apply in my case because I had only requested a 1 time service.Turns out all my instincts were correct and he was dishonest on all accounts. My credit card was charged monthly and when I called to cancel I had to pay a $185 cancellation fee. The person on the phone basically said I was making up the whole story.This company should be prosecuted for dis-honest business practices. An honest corporation would have at least apologized for the salesman's dishonesty and "made it right" by waiving the cancellation fee - I essentially paid $55 for a one time treatment (which I agreed to) and over $200 and received no additional service.Hawx Services, LLC

They're should be a Zero rating not forced to put in any stars. ************* Shotty service! Lied and tell you their service is just like your previous but better (more often - same cost. what a joke.Terrible company! First, they solicit to your door . They say they will come out monthly to service your house, thats a lie to lure you into signing up. They've been to our house 2x - No change in our insect control which is bad in our area. They also do a terrible job when they do come. And their customer service horrible. They dont answer your calls!! I've tried for 2 months to cancel service with them. No one answered until I put an inquiry in on their website for service. I got a TEXT message asking when a good time to talk was but they don't call back, don't answer their phones!!. I responded back noting I want service cancelled. I never got a phone call or message back! After receiving multiple bills, rude and are still try to make us pay for a service WE did NOT receive and requested to be cancelled. Why are they still allowed to be in BUSINESS!!! This has been the worst experience i've ever had with a company! The service itself does not work and when calling the office the man that answered the phone was extremely rude, unhelpful, and raised his voice at me to give me snotty remarks. It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this company.Hawx Services, LLC

I have was about to file a complaint with BBB and maybe this will get a resolution. I am trying to cancel my contract and all that happens month after month is I leave messages. I want a three month refund. This is unprofessional and frusterating.Hawx Services, LLC

Worst company. Salea people lie about services. They do not tell you for calls a year only. When you cancel they want to. Charge you.DO NOT USE THEM. They. Say we'll unlimited warranty service. We'll come out once a month and be a GOOD COMPANY. NOT SLIME BAGS. I cancelles They took monthly. Salesman was good.Im getting charged monthly and wasnt sent the contract receipt of the terms and conditions.I would never agree to a monthly subscription of services if no service was completed.Over a month now dealing with trying to cancel services they are still trying too charge my credit card.Stay away please.Hawx Services, LLC
