No customer service. No service. I was scammed. I will be changing my bank account information and they will not be able to debit my account. They can bill me all they want but they are not holding up THEIR end of the contract. I have screen shots of everything.

Terrible company. Avoid using this company!!! Sale representative was very misleading, did not share correct payment plan for services. I asked specifically if my card would be changed automatically or after each service, he stated after service. He didnt give an opportunity to read contract before signing. Well, after reading contract sent through email later that day, it turned out to be a $75 automatic fee monthly, not quaterly!!! A week later while trying to cancel service $190 cancelation fee was applied. And they didn't even care that sale representative was not honest from the beginning and did not give me an opportunity to read the contract. Only kept repeating, that i signed the contract. In addition, after initial treatment, the guy just left without saying a work, just sent a text, which I saw 30 min later, all this time garage was wide open and i was thinking he is still working outside. No explanation was provided about treatment and recomendations for letting pets outside. Initial Job was done so poorly that I had to call them right the way for another service. After over an hour on the phone representative made me another appointment. I wanted to make sure i am home so i can recheck their work, but he showed us a day eatlier and i only received text message that job was completed. Will not recomend this company to anyone!!!Hawx Services, LLC

I'm being billed for a service that I did not sign for and they've never serviced my home. I've made a few attempts to contact them and no one answers the phone. Thank goodness I did not sign and agree to their services, this is the worst customer service that I've ever observed.Hawx Services, LLC

A sales person by the name of ****** came to my door on July 14 selling your services. I advised him that I just signed on to another pest control company a month before . I told him the name of the company and I would not change if I had a cancelation fee. He acted like he knew the owners personally over there and said that they don't have termination fees* just month to month contracts and he would call himself to cancel the service. Fast fwd to July 19 I get a text message from the other Pest control company saying I need to provide proof of my move to avoid an early cancelation fee. So ***** with ***** called them and lied* knowing I was in a contract with them and prentend to be me and said I was moving. I've made multiple outreachs to Hawx. I've email ***** spoke to the online rep * bc I was on hold for over an hour each time to speak to someone . Spole with a customer rep who took my infor and said an acct. Manger would call me back . 4 days later non-return call. I called for the 4th time and I finally was transfered to an account manager who I sent all my information to including the text message from the other company . I was told on July 27 that they would like to speak to the sales rep first and his manager at the ********* location and his manager to see if they would allown me to cancel without a early cancelation fee. I was told* I would get a return call that following Tuesday * Aug. 1 and he would put it on his calendar for a follow up call* also he would put my acct. On hold for 30 days. This issue is still not resolved to cancel 2 weeks later and still no return call. This is ridiculous all the lies * misleading information and just flat out deceitful to lie and pretend to be me to the other company to get me out of their contract * that he knew I was in. He thought lying and pretending to be me would get me out their contract.Hawx Services, LLC

Hawx is a huge scam. They offered to do a visit for 50$ (where they are losing money), to do an inside/outside job. They only did the outside spray, did not remove pests, and didn't respond to our calls as we told them we wouldn't be at the house due to work issues. After my fiance called to try to reschedule, they did not answer.Today I called them to tell them I wanted a ********** found out that they baited my fiance into signing a 12 month contract with a 200$ cancellation fee. She was told she was only signing a bill for the first visit. The agent/salesperson kept snide remarks saying that they would charge 200$ and a contract was signed which they happily emailed me showing how they got us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Hawx Services, LLC

A door-to-door salesman came to our door (despite the "no soliciting" sign) and told us that several of our neighbors had signed up for their service (a lie) and since they'd already be in the area they could service our home for a discounted price. We told him we couldn't really afford a pest control service at the time, at which time he told us that they could service our home one time for $20 (another lie). He was very pushy, and ultimately we agreed to the $20 service just to get him to leave. What he didn't tell us, was that by signing the "consent form" we were signing up for an annual contract for over $40 a month after the initial $20 service. We're partly to blame for not reading the "consent form" but this deceitful practice is something that more people should be aware of. I now have a balance of over $200 that continues to grow because, as I previously mentioned, I can't really afford a pest control service right now, just as I couldn't last summer. Now, this completely unnecessary bill for a service that hasn't even been to my home in over seven months has gone against my credit, all because a lying salesman came to my door and quite literally wouldn't take "no" for an answer. Avoid this company at all costs, and if one of their salespeople come to you door, do what I should have done and slam the door in their face.Hawx Services, LLC

This company is a completely a scam. They made you sign a contract with them and do the autopsy. I told them I would pay after each services which I did with the first service. After that they never show up and they are charging me for services that they don't perform. They supposed to come once a month and I told the guy to call or text or email before they come because the gate of the back yard in my house is locked so I can let them in but no one call me or text me . I have cameras and their technicians didn't show up. Now they are charging me for those services via emails.I tried to reach them over the phone but nobody answer.I want to cancel the services, how I am going to pay them for services that they don't do it?.Hawx Services, LLC

AVOID!! Signed up for the year contract. They sprayed my house in the winter, and spread a treatment on the ground in April when there was still snow on the ground and projected snow. That being said, the biggest complaint is trying to cancel my subscription. Got ahold of a representative and was told I could not cancel until after my last payment on July 5th. Tried to online chat yo cancelcouldnt cancel that way. Called phone and no one would answer if you pick the option to cancel (was on the phone for an hour as I was traveling). Hung up and picked the option for service and got an answer after a long hold only to be told they couldnt help despite my protest to the fact that no one answers when you choose the option to cancel. Finally I chose the option to have a representative call me back for termination and no one calls . Will have to cancel my credit card to stop paying. RIDICULOUS customer service.Hawx Services, LLC

I just got charged for service despite being told it was cancelled. Hawx was on contract to do service quarterly but they outright missed one whole service date in May. Additionally, the service that's been provided is little more than useless. They are unreachable by phone, miss appointments, chat through their website is broken and just sits loading, and charge a high price (for what you get) to have the service. I only kept it to avoid the early termination fee.Hawx only sprayed inside twice (first two times), missed an service date altogether (but don't miss payment), and the work they did seemed to have no effect (there are visible bugs, ants and mosquitos). Basically they did nothing, but have tried to upsell services in lieu of doing their job. They tried to sell me on termite treatment for a hefty price (when I already can't trust them as a company), and a technician offered to do it cheaper "off the books". I can only imagine that the company doesn't want this kind of liability, that the employee is unlicensed as an individual to offer such service and they are no doubt willing to be paid in cash, which is Tax Evasion. I brought up the issue with the company directly and they didn't seem to be concerned.Next they offered services for cockroach treatment (again because they failed at their job) for $100 service fee + $600+. I found another company that is not only cheaper but offers a REAL 100% guarantee. Can't say they will be better, but they are already off to a better start and don't seem to have questionable and shady practices.They did not perform the ONE job they were paid for, and their "guarantee" is a joke. Who is held accountable when they fail to honor it?Like other reviews have stated, HAWX is a COMPLETE scam!Hawx Services, LLC
