      I set up an appointment when Hawx to come to my house and take care of the bug problem. I went to cancel my appointment/membership with them. First, I went onto their website to chat with a customer service rep. I was told that I had to call a number which I was given. I called the number, was on hold for a while then asked to give a call back number. I left my number and the recording said someone would call me when a representative was available. I never got a call back. I tried again the next day. I got the same thing, gave a call back number and again no call back. All I want to do is cancel with them and get my $300 back. But they have made it impossible to speak to anyone.

      I signed up for this service back in August of 2022 and wanted to cancel my service day one!! I called and called then was told I couldn't cancel until my year term or I would have to pay the $199 that was waived when I started my services. Now here we are a year later and for over 3 months I have been calling their customer service to get my ******************** canceled and have been told in May to call back July 8th to cancel, called back waited on a long hold and was told to call back after August 5th but first you would need to make July's payment as well as August payment then you can cancel. I paid $100 to cancel the service. Today, I was on hold for 45mins for a rep to cancel and was informed no you have to wait until August 31st to cancel which is the end of your service agreement. The rep stated but she could transfer me to that retention department but their wait time is another 25mins right now. I said whatever I'll wait. While waiting the call dropped!!! Luckily the rep that I was talking to actually called me back while I was on hold waiting to speak to someone again and I talked to someone but now that I have to get one last service completed before they can cancel me and in order for me to cancel I have to sign the cancellation document and then mail it or email it to them... This has been just so much of an inconvenience for me! I have paid them for over a year now and not once received service inside my home and have still had to spray ourselves outside and sometimes inside. I do not recommend Hawx to anyone!

      This company is a scam. I wish I had read the reviews. First of all this guy comes to my home on July 4th stating they had a special $1 down $40 a month. My husband asked the guy is there a contract. He clearly said "No" you can cancel at anytime. The first payment was pending in my account for $59. So, I called to see why. Boy, was I given some information I had no clue about. The monthly payment is $59 on top of that I'm in two different contracts. One contract is for the general service that I was told $40 a month. The other contract is for mosquitoes. This guy didn't even mention anything coming out to spray for mosquitoes. Yes, I sign two documents One to authorize the payment to be deducted from my bank card. The other one was for them to do the general pest control service. Now, I'm in two contracts that will cost me $398 to get out of two contracts I didn't know i was in. They trying to offer me a bundle for $88 a month. I don't want that. I believe this guy forged my name on those documents. He read off his iPad the agreement and I signed. My husband and I took his word. It's not fair. He clearly came on my front porch and lied to us. They will not get another dime from me. Please be aware of this company.

      I am writing to express concerns about my recent experience with your services and to provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall service quality. I have encountered challenges when attempting to reach your customer service team through both chat and phone channels, leading to frustration and hindrances in seeking timely assistance.A notable discrepancy exists between the information presented during the initial sales pitch and the functionality of the Virtual Technician application. The prospect of scheduling in-between service appointments was a key factor in my decision to sign up, yet I have been unable to locate this feature within the application, rendering it unavailable.Engaging with your customer service team over the phone also presented difficulties. Despite an extended hold, I eventually reached a representative who couldn't discuss the required services. Despite having the necessary account information for validation, I encountered obstacles in scheduling a free touch-up appointment.I propose two improvements to enhance the customer experience:Implementing a user-friendly scheduling feature within the application would streamline service requests. Allowing the primary account holder to add names or establish a passcode for verification purposes would alleviate communication issues with your customer service team.I appreciate your commitment to a smooth customer experience and hope you consider these suggestions to improve your services.       I've had Hawx Pest Control for over a year now. I was originally told by the representative that sold the service to me it could be billed quarterly, Nope, that was not true. When I wanted to cancel I was informed it would cost me $199 after only receiving one treatment. My fault, I should have read the very fine print. Next, they have missed or rescheduled appointments on several occasions where I've had to follow up. Last week, a representative called to ask about my free termite inspection. I asked instead when they would be out again for my next treatment because they missed my next treatment. Yes, they did in fact skip my treatment. He transferred me to scheduling where I was immediately disconnected. I called back today to cancel my services and explained why I wanted to cancel. I was offered a credit of $276 IF I resigned for another year's contract. I declined as the headache and hassle just isn't worth it. I asked that he cancel my service and give me a credit of $50 for the treatment missed. He said I could get the treatment on Friday and then call in AGAIN to cancel. I asked if he could cancel today and still give me my treatment on Friday. Nope, if I didn't get the treatment on Friday, he could cancel today but I wouldn't get a credit as he couldn't do both. I declined and canceled while never getting the last treatment or a credit. THIS is why I am canceling my service. Please be aware of this before using this service. In the end, it was really just a lot of money and not worth the hassle.

      They sold me saying how amazing it worked and it was different than the stuff I already had and I could alway cancel if I didnt like it. Fine print however says you have 3 days to cancel and that isnt enough time to judge pest control effectiveness. Service works no better than the cheap stuff I get from the box stores and now they want $200 to stop. Absolute scam of a company. You cant even call the local office, it just forwards you to the national call center that doesnt answer the phone. I should have known better when they were sending ***************** at night to sell their worthless service and required a 12 month contract. $200 is money well spent to get away from this horrible company.

      I signed up for services, and when I wanted to cancel my membership/Account. I emailed to cancel, but was then told I had to speak to a representative, After leaving my phone on hold the whole ride home from work (35 minutes) I continued to wait until at an hour and a half I selected the call back option. I missed a call back two days later, so once again I emailed asking could they just end my membership/account to be told again I had to call in. Today I left my phone on hold waiting for a representative while I typed up an inventory at work for 2 hours 27 minutes and 48 seconds. Ridiculous Hawx ******* West

      Worst company with very misleading sales strategy. You will get charged a monthly fee while they only come out once per quarter. When trying to call the customer service line, you are put on hold for long periods of time and when you do try to cancel your service, they transfer you to a line that no one picks up. Stay far and clear from this fraud company. I'm surprised they are still in business.

      Sales guy dropped my neighbors full name stating they are customers, I guess no client privacy for these guys. When I mentioned I have a no soliciting sign up, guy just said those are just signs. (I have a no soliciting sign visible by the door and another smaller one, about an inch above the button of the ****** doorbell.)

      Overall the company is difficult to reach. Person knocked on my door selling product and It didnt even register that he wasnt even in a vehicle or able to show product. Salesman did have a Hawx polo on. Im in the process of cancellation through mail today.
