This company is a Scam. They came for the first visit and he did very little ( recorded on cameras). I called and waited on the phone to cancel. 3 days passed and I still couldn't get them. Finally git through a month layer and holding for 1 hr 40 minutes. Now they are charging me $199 dollars to cancel. I did that and I will call my credit card company if more charges show up. If they had no stars thats what I would give them.Hawx Services, LLC

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Rating one star is quite generous. We are frustrated that we have not been able to get a hold of someone for days. We have spent hours waiting on hold, calling throughout different hours of the day. We cant even cancel our service because there is no one picking up the phone lines. The door-to-door salesman (*******************) stated we can cancel at anytime and that is a lie! I tried the live chat feature, as well as the callback feature and they are unable to help nor return our calls! How can you rely on a service if they dont even pick up the phones.Hawx Services, LLC

***PLEASE READ***These guys came out and sprayed for bugs. Nothing changed we still had ants spiders millipedes and so forth. They came back out and sprayed again. Same thing. At that time I wanted to cancel but they kept insisting to wait 14 days and come out again. So I agreed. They came out again and sprayed again. I was told to wait another 14 days and if nothing didn't change I can then Cancel. I waited 14 days and contacted them again to cancel since nothing changed. I was then told that I will have to pay a cancellation fee. I DISAGREE with this. Why should I pay for something that yall DIDN"T DO. They didn't resolve anything with our bug issue. I am not happy with this service and I am NOT going to pay anything since I wasn't serviced. That is like going to *********** ordering food and you don't get what you ordered and you decided to go somewhere else and they charge you for leaving. Once it hit this point I was then IGNORED. I thought it was resolved till I got another email from these guys saying hey you need to pay. I replied again wanting to cancel service. Someone responds but says the same thing about the cancellation fee. I disagree again and I get Ignored again. After several emails of the SAME EXACT thing I started replying SUPERVISOR. Every email is ignored at that point.This is a HORRIBLE company and first sign of escalating issues to a supervisor you get ignored.I worked customer service before this company even came to be and this is HORRIBLE customer service.If I could give a negative review I wouldHawx Services, LLC

Made a mistake by signing with this company. Tried going online to cancel the contract the same day and was told to call their contact number which no agents were available. There are other companies with cheaper and better services available. The ***** ********** has multiple bad reviews and it was my fault for not checking first.Hawx Services, LLC

Do not trust this company. They lied that you can request service anytime if you got mosquito bite. I emailed them for another spread because we got all sorts of bugs and mosquitos around the houses. Nobody response. After 20 days, I called them to cancel and they wont' allow you to cancel your account unless you pay them $199 dollars. Be aware their salesman knocked your door and sell you more service while their original service doesn't delivery. Don't trust this company.Hawx Services, LLC

I would give 0 stars if i could. Scam company. ******** told me total bill would be $480. Later when I received my checking statement in total they charged me $535.93 and never cashed my check. I do not understand how they can even take money from my checking account not agreed to in the agreement or get it without my check. Then when I tried to call it took 30 minutes for someone to answer. She said she needed to talk to billing. 40 minutes later still on hold. So I hung up and called my bank to stop any further actions by them as well as file a dispute and to find out how they can draw from my account not suing the check I wrote. Also they came out and did one home service then the next month they did not come again.SCAM< SCAM SCAM> Stay awayHawx Services, LLC

While the first pest control servicing is good, the follow-on services were poor, and they never did their fourth service in June when I really needed it.I could never get a hold of anyone to schedule service or provide special instructions - I spent over an hour on hold on the phone. Also incredibly hard to cancel - tried cancelling via chat (when I couldn't reach them by phone), and was told they could not cancel, but that someone would call back. Never got the call back. I had to get my credit card company to refuse payment to get Hawx to cancel my charges.Hawx Services, LLC

I wish I had read some of these reviews before I signed. It's really hard to give them a star. They're completely incompetent.I've had several services which they send me a text saying service has being completed but no one showed up. Little did they know I have cameras surrounds my home and guess what nobody has been here yet I received text service complete.On the phone yet again saying ihat can't get service if I cancel today. Keep account open so I you can get it'll be even more difficult to cancel.Hawx Services, LLC

First year was ok. Second year of service started with them skipping quarterly service at our residence. There was no call, no re schedule, and when I called hold time was over an hour. We rescheduled a service visit and again no show, but then our quarterly charge was increased without notice. Our noticed was an invoice with the new upcharge scheduled for autopay. Called again, on another long hold, and asked how does a company have the hubris to increase my quarterly charge while not providing quarterly service? Apparently what alerted them that we haven't had an increase in our quarterly charge was my call about not getting quarterly service! After a credit for quarterly service missed I was assured a service manager would cone out to our house and make sure service was taken care- guess who canceled without notified me ?? Yep, you guessed it was the service manager ??. I called again asked why he didn't show or call us to reschedule I was told they didn't know why, don't care why, and immediately canceled my contract and issued a credit. They sign you up, take your money, and then deliver a half a** a service. Based on the manager's behavior and the supervisor lack of interest in why this happened, I'm happy to receive a credit and a canceled contract even before I had decided that's what I wanted. The old saying is so true: attitude reflects leadership. Their leadership is truly lacking. I guess small residence contracts don't mean much to them. I don't think I would have objected to the rate increase IF they actually did their job. They only issued a credit when I pointed out they didn't deliver a service. I wonder if there are others who have not realized they have not had their quarterly service , but were charged for it? Cause people might call that stealing.Hawx Services, LLC

Worst company to do business with. Their new system doesn't allow for appointment booking. A tech calls 15 minutes before showing up and if you are home you are home. We pay for inside and outside services. We work during the day, and the tech only covers the front yard since we have no heads up when they are coming and our gates stay locked. This has happened several times, and the last time the tech made one big circle around my front yard and left. My camera captured it, 18 seconds total. Not worth what we pay for the services. I have been calling for 3 days now to cancel services. I've selected their option for a call back, and NOBODY has called back. I sat on hold for 2 hours and 45 minutes one day, and an hour and 37 minutes the next. I called the *********** inquiry line and when I explained how difficult it has been to contact them, she put me on hold, or so she thought, and I overheard her tell someone "I don't know what his problem is, but he's ******** that he's been calling for 3 days." She then informed me she couldn't help me and put me back on hold. I called and reached someone finally after several hours of being on hold, for them to look up my account and tell me they'd have to transfer me to Account ********************. To which I was put back in the queue and have held for another hour and 20 minutes. Day 3 of sitting on hold from my desk phone and cell phone trying to get someone to answer, or call me back, and still have not reached anyone who can cancel my services.Hawx Services, LLC
