This company is terrible! First they knock on my door and tell me they will provide services for $60. Then after they take my money and set my appointment, i go to my phone and check my email to find that they have signed me up on a contract for 12 months with a $200 cancellation fee which they left to leave out when telling me about the service. The guy also signed my name for me on forms he didnt even tell me about nor did i give consent. Then when you try and call and cancel your service they leave you on hold for literally 1 hour and then after you get someone to answer they have to transfer you to another department where you sit on hold for another hour. They have a chat feature on there website which is absolutely ridiculous and serves not help. They tell me on the phone i can leave a call back number and they will call me back in ***** hours. You have my money so you should answer the phone asap. This is terrible customer service and i WOULD NEVER do service with these people. Absolute terrible business.Hawx Services, LLC

I signed up to receive pest control services at the end of May 2023. Our first treatment was cancelled and rescheduled with no notice at all. The following day a technician arrives at our home at 9pm. Shortly after the first encounter we've repeatedly had to have technicians come out and respray our home. Collectively we have had our home treated 3-4 times within the last month. Yesterday morning I decided to sit in my backyard with my Medically fragile 1 year old toddler to get some fresh air, unfortunately that lasted all but 7 mins as we were swarmed and bitten by mosquitoes. I've placed call after call to Hawx customer service line and it results in hour long wait times and after requesting a return call I never received any.Yesterday I was informed by representative ******* that our service should have included Mosquito treatment which I have not been receiving, I was also informed that the information I was given upon signing up was incorrect. I was reassured cancelling at any time was not an issue or hassle. Turns out that was a lie. After trying to be discounted rate after rate we have decided to cancel our service. And now we are instructed we have to pay an early termination fee? For ineffective services as millipedes and mosquitos run rampant in and around our home. ********** and an active toddler do not mix. Untruthful and deceptive sales tactics promising and guaranteeing services that we ultimately did not receive. We are hereby requesting to have our contract terminated and to have cancellation fee waived. All charges shall be halted form this day forward and a written/emailed confirmation shall be provided.Hawx Services, LLC

This place is a scam. They have pulled $120 out every month and never actually show up to spray. I have never had a bug issue when I was using another company but the guy was so convincing and I thought I was upgrading. Who wouldnt when you are paying twice as much. The guy even admitted to me that they had not been out to my home for 6 months when I called to cancel but then said they could not refund my money. Do not waste your money on these people.Hawx Services, LLC

I signed up and paid my initial start up after the second appointment I received a call that the tech had to reschedule and never came back. After waiting a month I started getting harassing phone calls regarding a payment for services you guys never came back to do. I called left a message stating Im canceling my services due to your company not being reliable. I also spoke with a nice lady representative she stated someone was going to call me back to help with my cancellation and never did now here it is a year later you guys fraudulently charged me over $500 for what I called today and have been waiting due to high call volume but you guys are scammers I paid for the only service that you guys have done. You guys are the one who never showed back up so yes breach of contract on your end. Its been a year you guys have no authorization after I left a voicemail and even spoke with a representative from your company telling them I was canceling my contractHawx Services, LLC

The sales man I had could sell me the ***************. I am being over run with ants. Was told Hawx pest control could take care of that problem. That has not happened. When you call for customer service no answer to that call On hold for 45 min to an hour. Time after time. Do not sign up with this company I am so sorry that I did.Hawx Services, LLC

I have called multiple times to cancel my account. I have waited on hold for hours. I attempted to use Hawx chat service, but it was stuck in hyperspace for hours. I have been trying to do this for weeks. Finally on 07/26/2023, **** from the ********** office called me back and I discussed my frustation with the lack of service and success I have had with the overall service. **** suggested that the service I originally signed up for did not include the eradication of ********* ants and tics. I'm like what? ********* ants? I signed up for the ************ May 5th. I was charged a $110.00 setup fee and $58.00 a month for 3 months. Close to $300 for 1 treatment and a subsequent follow up treatment because the ********* ants were still thriving. **** was very unpleasant. He was placing the blame on me. Suggesting the contract you signed didn't include the eradication of these insects. He proceeds to attempt to sell me on another program, which I rejected, and proceeded to share with him that I would like to cancel the service for obvious reasons, he than threatens me with a $200 cancellation fee!!! A $200 cancellation fee, on top of the close to $300 I already have been charged, is close to $500 in fees for 3 months of service. I indicat to **** that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB. ****, becomes cocky and suggests that filing a complaint with the BBB won't amount to anything! He than threatens me with sending my account to a collections agency for refusing to pay the cancellation fee. I asked him who was in a leadership position at his office, and he replys with a smug response; "you can figure it out yourself". I than suggest to him that I would reach out to Hawx UT corporate offices to file a grievance with management. **** suggests to me, "go ahead, you still will have to pay the $200 cancellation fee". At this point, I had had enough with this arrogant **** (CSR) and decided to reach out to the BBB and file this review prior to an official complaint.Hawx Services, LLC

Had a contract with Hawx for a year. Contract was up and they still charged me. Said I had to call and cancel. When you call, no one answers, and when you do the call back option no one calls back! We now have to go to our bank (like we have time for that) and tell them not to let anymore payments through....and still have to fight for our July payment back! I was told via chat that a manager will call my wife within ***** hours....we'll see..... Not to mention that we still have ants in our bathroom and LOTS of spiders in our yard! On multiple occasions, I have encountered aggressive sales tactics and misleading information from your solicitors. As a possible customer, I believe in making informed decisions based on transparent and accurate details about your offerings. However, the tactics employed by your representatives have made it difficult for me to trust the information provided.I kindly request that you address this matter with your solicitors and ensure that they adhere to ethical sales practices. Not even worth ONE star!!! I recently lost my long time (mid 1980's!!) pest company as he retired. Salesman just happened to come to the door not long afterward and ASSURED me I would get the same INDOOR monthly service with just a slight increase in my price. I was NOT told this was a quarterly service nor that there was a cancellation fee!! The fellow came out the next week and cleaned a few cobwebs from my eves and that was it - NOTHING inside. When I said something to him, he told me they don't treat inside with chemicals. THIS WAS NOT WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR!! I'm quite capable of cleaning cobwebs. ******* hills were not treated either. I am so thankful I did NOT give them my creditcard to banking info. As I told the salesman, I would be paying at time of service only. He had no problem with that. No one called or showed ** in May or June, except at the end of June I started getting past due notices and requests for my payments. When I attempted to contact them, I either was on hold for over an hour or if I left a return call request, no one called. I finally sent a CERTIFIED return receipt notice of cancellation to the **** address. I tried unsuccessfully via email or phone calls to various numbers to get any response. The notice of cancellation did get me two phone calls from two different individuals, but telling me it was MY FAULT that I did not understand the contract. Fees were due, but NO SERVICE other than the initial "cobweb" cleaning was done. I will NOT pay for a service I do not get. I was told they could come out on a monthly basis as a warranty visit. NO WAY!!! I am still being billed for the cancelation fee as well as an additional $99+ that I have no clue what it is for! DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THE COMPANY!! They do NOT give you the service they say they will. They DO NOT answer their phones - and I have tried using different numbers and emails and only get past due notices of balance due.Hawx Services, LLC
