Terrible company sent a man to my front porch to scam me in to signing a years contract. He told me it would be a one time test trail and if I enjoyed the service I could extend. They also told me they spray for FLEAS. But after my husband found out inwas bullied into signing he read the contact it only includes ant,roaches,or spider what company charges 80$ a month to spray outside for spiders . My husband and I called with in the 3 day to cancel but with no answer. No I'm begin threaten to be sued or a decrease in my credit if I don't completel the year contract I signed 6/21/23 .

I signed up for a special deal and paid for the initial startup which was spraying around the house and whatnot. The worker came when scheduled and upon his walk around the house said that he couldn't do too much due to all the stuff against our walls and I would have to reschedule a once I removed all of those items, however the worker did spray and some bushes where they look to be some scary funnel lips but that was it. When he went inside the house and saw the type of bug that we had he said that type was not included in the special but they could do it for an extra price even though the first guy originally spoke with and made the deal with said that that bug was covered in the special price. I said oh no never mind I'm going to cancel. I thought this shouldn't be such a big deal due to the fact that I paid for the initial which was the only service I received from this company, and even that wasn't a full service due to the fact I did to remove some items from against my house,and that was it. cancel the day it was supposed to be done. I haven't heard from the company I haven't received any services since last July 2022 yet money was taken out of my account today July ********* with no warning or anything. Since I had canceled a year ago and received no services no collections why all of a sudden was over $300 taking out of my account a year later for services I was not getting? Of course I tried calling but they're closed today due to it being Sunday but I have a feeling when I do get a hold of somebody if I get a hold of somebody I'm going to get some poor excuse as to why they think I owe that for services not rendered. I feel like this company is a scam and they are thieves. Good thing I have attorneys in my family and friends,Hawx Services, LLC

I cant give this company one star!! They make it so difficult to cancel the account, the time spent on hold is horrible, and when you do get someone they cant help with your situation. Please dont fall for the aggressive door t door sale person, they are sending college students out to aggressively sign people up. The service isnt worth your health the aggravation you go through.Hawx Services, LLC

Do not trust this company. Their pushy salesmen lie and then tell you you can cancel anytime which is not remotely true. He also misrepresented how often I would be charged. He did not show me the paperwork for what I was signing on his tablet. ****** learned there for not following up on that but I tend to trust people at their word. HAWX solicitor knocked on my door in spite of TWO signs on it saying "no soliciting". He wore no I.D. except a company logo and hat. When I reminded him about the "NO SOLICITING" signs, he said he saw them but decided to knock anyway. I reminded him of what "NO SOLICITING" means and got mouthy and indignant. When I told him to leave my property, he got mouthy and indignant again. I called his employer and told them about the experience... they said there was nothing they could do. I called Law Enforcement- they are out looking for him and told me to call them again if he comes back and they'll "trespass" them. The online reviews I saw on them are 2 stars or lower. If they "regard" people the way their solicitor regarded me at my residence, I can see why their company ratings are so low.Hawx Services, LLC

Terrible company! Paid upfront but cancelled before they ever came over. Started reading reviews which are all awful! ***** assured me he would refund my 99 dollars. Never did and cant call anybody or chat or have an email returned! Its ridiculous! ***** not answering phone now either!Hawx Services, LLC

A young man named ****** came to my door representing Hawx pest control on May 26, 2023. He told me that the sale was for quarterly bug treatment at $55.00 and I told him I would do it because he made it sound so appealing. They did the first treatment the next day and then received a text message saying that I signed a contract for a year. First of all, I did not sign anything except the check I wrote to Hawx. Someone else signed it agreeing to a year contract and would be charged if i canceled early. Second, I was told it would be a quarterly charge and the next month, a change of $55.00 was taken out of my account without my permission. *** tried to call to resolve this matter and cancel this contact that I didnt sign. Ive been placed on hold for over an hour three times. I do not recommend this company due to false advertising by their employees. I want this contract cancelled ASAP and refund money that was falsely taken out of my account.Hawx Services, LLC

A guy came to front porch and talked with my mom about pest control. She signed up not knowing that they would charge ***** then and not come out when they said they were. The guy was not in a company vehicle and surprising "ran out of business cards" (RED FLAG). My mom believes everyone without thinking and now they have her account information and no service. When trying to contact them, answering service for call back but no call back. Try the chat and you are "Your expected wait time to be serviced by an agent is 17" forever. That number goes down. This buisness has so many RED FLAGS. Reading other reviews, they are having the same issue.Hawx Services, LLC

This is going to be long and arduous but im left woth no other recourse; Hawx neglected to provide service for 2 months (April and May of 2023) but continued to charge $105 each month. When I called to remediate this issue the best they could do was to apply a $30 credit and reduce my monthly bill by $26. My contract was ending the following month and this left me flabbergasted so I declined their offer, canceled my contract (in which you must mail a letter of cancelation 30 days before the contract expires which i was well within), and disputed the claim with my bank. I went as far as to require a signature on receipt to the site that was charging my account (******, **) and their headquarters both of which were returned to me. I finally canceled my contract through an account specialist (noting prior waiting attempts of 57 minutes to 2.5 hours only ending because i was hung up on after their business hours closed). They even submitted my contract to my bank as evidence against one of my two disputes, stating I canceled early for a contract in which they themselves breached by not providing service since 03/27/2023. Based on my lived experience, i would suggest friends, family, and any reader to NOT do business with this company if you value your time, trust in others, and money. My banking dispute is ongoing, and I will now have to submit account portal screenshots with timestamps to ********* my claim that Hawx breached their own contract. Recently signed up with Hawx Pest control PRIMARILY due to their door to door aggressive sales ************ caved in . They did one service on June 30th 2023.I have been calling them to report WASP/Yellow Jacket Issues that I noticed in front yard right outside of the frequently accessed door. I have made several attempts using their online CHAT option as well as Call option, waited for hours on the call but no one has ever picked the call. It's very frustrating, there customer service is present only on papers. I NEED TO CANCEL MY SERVICE WITH NO EARLY TERMINATION FEE DUE TO NON EXISTENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Hawx Services, LLC
