Agreessibe door to door salespersons, they told me it was $55 quarterly then i receive the contract and its monthly. They came out and did an initial treatment and i have not seen or heard from them since. I have tried calling and waiting on hold for over an hour on multiple occasions and i have tried emailing with no response. Now i have black widow spiders nesting at my house and my family is in danger. This is absolutely despicable business practice.

The customer service is horrible, and they are very deceptive. There was a promotion going on in *** when the salesman came to my house. I signed up with them that *** month end 2023. I was told that every three months theyll charge me a service of $59.99 only to find out that theyre withdrawing $59.99 every month from my account instead. They came *** 27th and sprayed , I dont know what they used but it was not effective cause theyre still a lot of insects crawling all over the place and cob webs.Ive been calling customer service for several days now and no one is answering. Only to get a recording that they are experiencing high call volume, and theyll call me back. I left my number for them to call me back but no one called. I want to cancel this service with immediate effect.Hawx Services, LLC

Their core value of honesty is false. They straight up lied to get a signature to commit to their contract. Lied about cost and duration. Really bad. The door salesman was deceptive, said his tablet 'messed up' and had to resign. Instead, we signed up for two services. They provide zero literature at the same signature, only a signature box. Then called to cancel and they threatened to charge for a year. The service was bad. They text they show up, they don't show. Call their customer service, they 'reschedule' you, and then don't show up again. I called to cancel, was transferred 3 times, took 30 mins ad then was told I had to call back a week later.Hawx Services, LLC

The salesman was not honest with me in terms of the cost and did not explain the cancellation policy. When I finally reached a customer service person they said I had to pay a 199 $ cancellation fee. The original documents I got in an e mail did not have all of the pages attached including the cancellation fee page. This is a terrible company to deal with so please do not do use them for pest control.Hawx Services, LLC

MUST READ: I will never use this company again or recommend it to anybody I know. In fact, Im going to make sure to let everybody I can bring it up to that HAWX Pest Control Services cannot be trusted and steals money from their clients. Moved to the area **** 22 into a year long rental. A salesman came to my door in **** 22 saying they had a year long contract at $40/mo after $50 initial investment. Costs $250 if you wanna cancel anytime. So we agree & services begin. Not many issues with the house but noticed bugs coming back rather quick so wasnt a fan but bigger issue always came to their customer service/payment division. Come to *** ****************************************************************************** ****. After I made payment to this poor company via online portal, I call their customer service to let them know Im canceling services since my move out is in **** & end of contract so services are no longer needed. I was told after a few mins okay no worries come **** my account would be closed. ***be a week later I get a text saying I owe them $40 so confused I call again & give the same speech & get the same response as first time. Then a call comes from them maybe only 3 days later that I owed them $40 for ************************ was perplexed bc I had paid & again said Im canceling services & paid so after some time he said okay theres an issue with the card but I can probably get this fee waved since you guys werent there & moved out so we need proof that you moved & I can get this taken care of. So I emailed over my new mortgage. Heard nothing, so I just paid the $40 **** 25. THEN I get a text that someones going to that house JULY 6th. I said huh, I canceled in *** why you to go there? And service guy replied with sorry, let my boss know and its been canceled! THEN today on July 17, I call customer service AGAIN and the girl said the charge was for the new month?? I said I canceled in *** and was told the $40 was for *** and got hung up on. FoulHawx Services, LLC

I only signed up because the door to door salesperson was pushy and I have a hard time saying no when caught off guard. To avoid the early cancelation fee I kept the services for the full contract. The quoted monthly price was $49, however, I was charged 2x each each bill every month. Pest control was inconsistent. I never knew which day they were coming. The technician would call while I was working. This month they had to reschedule due to rain (technician called while I was at a conference) but since I've canceled my services I'm out $90. I still have issues with outdoor insects and now outdoor insects are coming indoors. I had fewer issues when I treated my yard myself. This company's biggest issue is their customer service department. Retraining is definitely overdue. It took me about 10 minutes to cancel due to extensive wait time and untrained rep. ***** online chat feature is a joke.Hawx Services, LLC

Terrible customer service, year long contract doesnt end, they just keep charging you money with no communication your contract is up. Charged $600 for specialized treatment and they failed to complete the service and then said it would be weeks before someone else could come out. Technician was dispatched with incorrect information and not the right product. When asked if the technician could fix the problem I was informed that they get into huge amounts of trouble if they dont make their appointments.I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Call a local company and support a local company that cares about its clients and its reputation.Hawx Services, LLC

I do not usually write reviews but for this one, I would not let it slide. This ************ are complete frauds. The pest guys are good but the management is really bad. One of the sales rep came to my door step to tell me about the pest service I told him okay and not knowing I was signing for a year contract. I wanted to get out of it and was told that I would be charged about $300 or so. I was also told there is a particular date I would have to call in order for my contract to be terminated. I waited until the date the contract expired and called to cancel my service. I was told it was cancelled and that they will retain my account for an as needed basis. They also said that if I need them, I can call them at any time. I asked the representative over the phone saying "hope I was not going to be charged for the service?". She said NO. Only for me to be charged another monthly fee of $42 for nothing. I never for once called them for a service after I cancelled my service. I called back for a refund and I was told that I would be refunded after couple of business days. I did not receive anything and I had to call back. Now they are saying they would not refund me since I was still using their service which I told them that I was not interested. I told the representative that I wanted to speak with the supervisor and I was told that I would have to be placed on a waiting list and they will call me back in 48-72hrs. This company is a fraud. I want my money back. You cannot keep taking advantage of people.Hawx Services, LLC

If I can give 0 stars, I would. This company is a scam. They are entirely unprofessional, they are liars and all they care about is taking your money. *** specifically asked for them to come on specific days and they show up whenever they want. Their service men are the worst trained men I've ever witnessed. They state they will provide certain promotions and never go through with their word. I request for them to spray the inside and they never even knock on the door to advise they are here. The customer service professionals tell you something different every single time you speak with them. The list goes on. I finally call to cancel my account because I've had enough and they tell me that I have to pay $199. Mind you, I am still waiting for a $100 gift card I was told I was going to receive for signing up again with them. Management provides no help because all they care about is getting their money. I will be gladly be able to pursue further if they don't cancel my account for all their lies and unprofessionalism.Hawx Services, LLC
