I've called several times when I did get someone and I said why am I getting charged $33 and $131 every month. the response was that I was under contract. I want to cancel no you can't you are under contract for a year. I conquered the mice issue myself with glue traps from *********** Not 1 mice was caught with the bait they provided.

Had a representative from your company come by today straight up harassing **. Unacceptable behavior from a company that supposedly has "Honesty" and "attitude" as "core values". Would not leave my wife alone, tried to get her to do things behind my back while I was at work, saying "oh I'm sure he'll be fine with you just setting an appointment! You can convince him!" After she had REPEATEDLY told him no, and that is not how we go about with decisions. He took complete advantage of my wife's kindness and she ended up having to shut the door in his face.I hope you can train your representatives to actually have integrity and practice what your website preaches.-from a disgruntled *********** personHawx Services, LLC

Terrible. They preyed on me and my neighbors, most of us are vets and have signs outside our home stating so, and they hyped up their monthly service and a big discount for military veterans. They signed up all of us, then we were charged the following month , but no one came out to service. Turns out the $64 monthly charge is only for a quarterly spray, ridiculous.I emailed and called about my issue, the customer service is horrendous! I argued that their business method to prey on veterans is ugly, they wanted to charge me $199 for their dishonesty and flat out said no to me when I asked for a supervisor. I told ******* that I want to discuss the termination fee and will email about it since he refused to allow me to speak to his supervisor. I told him Im submitting a BBB complaint and he yelled that he was charging me the fee. I did not authorize the charge.Im starting to suspect that **** makes their money through dishonesty and then make their bottom dollar with the termination fees.I despise when businesses prey on veterans.Hawx Services, LLC

Extremely rude sales people canvasing neighborhoods. Was asked multiple times to leave the property and refused to. Asked me three times what I would do if he didn't leave. He also would stand in the corner or on the other side of the porch to make sure he wasn't on the doorbell camera while refusing to take no for an answer and leave the property. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to cover it. Would never recommend this company.Hawx Services, LLC

SCAM SCAM SCAM...*********************** REP KNOCK ON OUR DOOR AND SAID THEY ARE WORKING IN THE ***** OFFERED TO SERICE FOR ONE-TIME $75 FEE WHICH WE PAID SAME DAY BUT WHEN THEY SENT THE PAYMENT LINK YOU JUST PAY ******BUT READ TO SCAM FIND PRINT...OH GUEST WHAT THIS IS FOR A 12 MONTH CONTRACT MONTHLY.WOW. HE NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT A MONTHLY COMMITMENT.RUN RUN RUN...AND IF YOU CANCEL YOU HALF TO PAY THEM $199 CANCEL FEE...WOW WOW....NEVER SHARED ANY OF THIS WITH US. DONOT RECOMMEND HAWX PEST CONTROL We have to called them always to repeat services, is like there products are diluted some how, have to ask them to take spider and wasp nest down, as they dont do that we had to do it our selves.I have called them months in advanced asking that I dont want the service and Ill try to cancel earlier many times, but no luck what so ever, once they have your money you are stocked with them my contract finally ended just three days ago, and they charged me again for a service they havent even made, they pretty much force me to have that service done, as they stay with the money no matter what, its not about the customer, is about he money. DO NOT RECOMMEND HAWX PEST CONTROLHawx Services, LLC

Hawx, Pest, Control, Company is one of the worst companies that I ever had to deal with. They never did a very good service. All they were worried about is collecting your money and hardly using any chemicals to take care. Of my spiders and ants and all the other creepy ******* bugs they come out and they dont use but just a very little bit of ant poison and pretend like theyre doing a job but theyre not. I guess thats how they get trained to make it look like theyre doing something to save the company money, and potentially put more in their pockets. they also dilute their chemical spray that they put in the sprayer. I would never recommend this company to my worst friend. They took my money and did not give me what I deserved so another words I was basically robbed from the company.Hawx Services, LLC

I gave them 2 stars because their products work. However, you can't get in touch with the company by phone, email or chat. I put in a request to cancel service on the website and got an automated response saying they will try to contact me. Customer service is impossible to reach. My year contract is up and I'm sure I will find another company to provide better service. Also, I told multiple technicians and representatives in person that I need notice before they come out so I can make sure to unlock my back gate and put my dog inside. Past 2 months, techs showed up and said they were ready to spray. No one was home so it had to be rescheduled. I'm asking for a direct number or extension to speak to a local manager.Hawx Services, LLC

This company came to our door selling pest control services. They treated our yard but within 2 weeks of them coming our yard was full of bugs. I called to have them come back and waited on hold for 45 minutes. I was told they would call me right back with a time to come back that same day. They never called or came back. Im currently on hold again for 45 minutes waiting to get through to someone. This is going on 5 days of trying to get something scheduled.Hawx Services, LLC
