NO WORDS TO EXPRESS HOW BAD THIS BUSINESS IS. A SCAM ARTIST DISGUISED AS A PEST CONTROL COMPANY. I SIGN UP FOR A 1 YEAR TRIAL INTRODUCTORY OFFER FOR 39.99/MONTH FOR 1 YEAR ONLY 1 OF THE 4 QUARTERLY SERVICE IS ACCEPTABLE THE REST OF THE 3 WAS A SCAM LEAVING WITH INCOMPETENT JOB. I TOLD THEM THAT IM NOT RENEWING THIS JUNE ANYMORE BUT THEY STILL CONTINUE TO BILL ME AND HARASS ME WITH EMAILS AND TEXT MSG. WITH BILLS. THEY DONT REPLY TO CALLS AND WILL HAVE YOU WAIT FOR HOURS. YELP REVIEW WAS VERY BAD ONLY 1 STAR AND THE COMPLAIN IS ALSO THE SAME AS MY EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE A CON ARTIST SO PLS WARN ALL OTHER COSTUMERS ABOUT THEIR TACTIC. I PAID THEM $ 480 FOR A 1 YEAR QUARTERLY SERVICE THAT IS INCOMPLETE AND REALLY BAD SERVICE. I WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE REVIEWS TO THIS BAD COMPANY WHEREVER I CAN JUST TO WARN THE PUBLIC.

Unbelievable. I got on here to file my first ever complaint about a business only to find that many others are experiencing the same thing! I am trying to cancel my account and when you say on the automated line that you want to cancel your account, they direct you to a line and it just rings out until you give up!I gave the chat a try and this is how the conversation went:Me: I want to cancel my account because I've moved and no longer require service.Agent: Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel your account. But I am able to add you to the cancellation list.Me: What does that mean?Agent: Meaning that it could take **** business days for someone to call you back.Me: Please tell me you hear how crazy that sounds? I've never heard of customer support like this. It will take me **** business days to talk to someone there?Agent: I'm so sorry to hear we haven't been able to speak with you about your account yet. Unfortunately we're experiencing extremely high call volume at this time.Me: how can a company have such a high call volume that it takes that long to answer a call? I'm sure Apple, Amazon, Target, and even other major pest control companies like Terminix and Cooks answer their customers faster than this, and I bet they get many more calls. Is there a time of day you get the least amount of calls?Agent: Unfortunately, I am not sure when the least busy time of day is.Me: This is incredible.Agent: Again, it might be easier to wait for a callback Me: Just to be clear, there is nothing easy about waiting **** business days for a call back. Nor have I ever heard of that being a common practice in any business The agent stopped responding to me after this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them!! I've told my bank to stop all payments to them. I had Hawks come out for an initial spray for ants. A week later and our entire backyard was covered in Ants. I tried for two weeks to get someone out to re-spray and ****** informed me someone was coming out July 1st, never happened. A month later I was charged $69 for NO reason. The salesman at the door told us one thing - and were billed something completely different. I have tried for weeks to get ahold of Hawks. Calls, emails, the crappy 'chat' option. How can you not get ahold of ANYONE in this company? Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I need to get ahold of someone ASAP.Hawx Services, LLC

This company preys/discriminates against the elderly with promises of senior discounts to accommodate their fixed income and then does the bait and switch. When you attempt to contact the company to lodge a complaint, they put you on hold with a recording. This company is fraudulent and they do not care about our elderly citizens, just meeting quotas.Hawx Services, LLC

I am appalled that a company like this is in business, lying to everyone, pushy sales reps, poor customer service. I too sign up was promised add ons that woyld be included in my package, which was not. After calling and on hold for hours tried for over a week to cancel, told there would be a cancelation fee. I should not have to be responsible for paying any cancelation fee, after I was told I would receive services that was not in my package. How can anyone cancel within the 72 hour period when you call 7am in the morning till they close and all you get is a recording. This company needs to be looked into for their poor business practices, and possibly lawsuits need to be started against this company, because I am sure the *** and his minons not worried about anything but to profit off of their company providing poor service if any at all.Hawx Services, LLC

A door-to-door salesman came to our house today. I was outside with my pit who doesnt like people he doesnt know walking into his yard. I asked the salesman to walk away from the fence so I could put my dog up. He said no, multiple times of me asking. At first I was willing to talk to him but once he wouldnt back up, I was not so willing. After 6 mins of first asking, then pleading then warning to call the cops, he finally left. After being HARASSED like that, I will NEVER do business with them nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. I tried to call his supervisor, couldnt get anyone on the line after being on hold for just over 15 mins. I then asked for his supervisors phone number by chat, they wouldnt provide it to me saying they wont provide personal info. I said Im not asking for his personal-#, Im asking for his work#. They would not provide it to me. They said they could give him my contact info. They asked what location was **** (door-to-door salesman), I said I bel it ******* ** and I am in ******. No response back to the chat. Basically making it impossible to reach anyone over the phone.Hawx Services, LLC

I would NEVER recommend doing business with Hawx!!!Their contract indicates that the customer is entitled to as many additional treatments as necessary to adequately control the Target Pests. However, in order to receive this service, the customer is placed on lengthy holds often up to an hour; and call back numbers are never returned.After multiple attempts and provider disconnected calls, service was finally scheduled. However, the technician indicated that she was only allowed to spray the foundation of the home. This service doesn't eliminate the Target Pests that continue to come from the ***** of the home or the second story windows. After additional lengthy 30 - 50-minute holds; a second service was scheduled IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE REQUEST the first technician did NOT provide. In order to meet the second technician, it was necessary to take time off work and/or leave early. However, the second technician did NOT SHOW, text, or call to inform me that he/she would NOT be coming. The following morning; I contacted a customer service representative AGAIN (after another lengthy hold); the representative indicated HAWX canceled the service of the second technician; without informing me!I informed the customer service representative that I would like to terminate my contract with HAWX. She told me that she was not authorized to terminate the contract. She forwarded my call to an additional representative. I was on hold an additional hour; and my call was NEVER ANSWERED. I also provided HAWX with a call back number that hasn't been returned.HAWX is quick and efficient collecting your automatic payments; however, customer service is nonexistent.Hawx Services, LLC

I had been on hold for 2hrs and 15mins before the phone disconnected on its on. There were not customer service representative that answered my phone call. I guess once you choose the prompt to cancel service, youre disregarded. I am currently waiting for a phone call back for more that and hour at this point. I would not recommend this company to my enemy. I am moving and cant cancel my service. It wasnt hard for them to auto draft from my account for the last past year but I cant reach a customer service representative. Hope this improves in the future.Hawx Services, LLC

The first visit, almost 1 year ago was great. Tech was thorough and communicative. Since then I have had inconsistent contact, if any, when they are planning to visit. When you leave a callback number they don't call back. After several hours on hold I was able to cancel my contract, but he hung up on me before I could ask if I would be billed for the last month of the contract, and if there were future visits scheduled.Hawx Services, LLC
