This company is a fraud company.. my husband was forced to signed up after being promised a window for service. No one showed for the service and they took money from **. After trying to call no one answers the phones. You sit on hold for 45 minutes or longer this company is ridiculous. All we want is to cancel service and our money back for nothing.

Dishonest and shady sales tactics. I was told that termite protection would be included in our services and that their "transfer department" would transfer our services from our previous provider to Hawx without us needing to call and cancel with our old provider. I was also told I was only paying for and signing up for a one-time treatment to "give them a shot" and see how effective their treatment was. This was all a lie. After getting to read the contract (which the salesman didn't let me do, insisting I was just signing a "receipt"), I realized I was only getting "general" pest services that did not include termite protection or any of the other services promised and that he had also signed me up for a 1-year contract with a $200 cancellation fee! The technician that came out and sprayed said there was no such thing as a "transfer department" and I would need to cancel out my services with my old provider and that we were not covered for termite protection.I am now trying to cancel this service agreement as I was lied to and signed an agreement without being given the option to review it in full and will be telling all my neighbors to avoid this company like the plague!Hawx Services, LLC

I have been trying to cancel my contract for weeks now before my renewal date an can not get in contact with no one I am one the phone for hours listening to a repeated recording and when someone do answer they put you on hold again and the wait starts all over again! This is very frustrating an unprofessional as a business. I would not recommend this company to anyone. And i didn't receive my service for this month as scheduled 7/1/23. I have screen shots of text conversations with hawx of trying to cancel my account. So can someone PLEASE tell me how yo actually speak to someone to cancel my account without getting the run around.Hawx Services, LLC

I was badgered into getting this service, as they found I am home alone and my husband is away at work. Thus seeking the opportunity to persuade me into getting this service. After repeatedly been told NO. He kept on saying "okay ill discount it to such and such" well I did not want the service. I felt pressured, intimidated, obligated to do. It was a very hot day, i didn't want to be out there no more then needed. As I know nothing is for certain once my husband found out he called and chewed them out, demanded to cancel the service altogether. Whether our services is truly canceled or not is why I am here. Unprofessional, not consumer centrix and not dependable. I have a contract with this company to come quarterly to treat my home for spiders, silver fish and general house bugs. I have requested that they show up several times for follow up treatments becasue I'm seeing cobwebs and some spider activity in my home. They did not show. They were supposed to come in **** they not only didn't show up, they didn't communicate that they were not going to come. Today I spent 2 hours and 38 mintues on the phone 32 minutes of hold time, spoke with the local office manager who could do notheing to help and continued to transfer to represensatives to that hung up on me. No responsbility has been taken on their end and no resolution. I got a nice represensative who advised she would call me back but still have no phone call. If you ware trying to deal with Hawx save your money, they maybe cheaper but they are absolutely not dependable and are always dropping the ball to the consumer because they simply do not have enough qualified staff. Very disappointed in the company since February no one has been willing to help me.Hawx Services, LLC

Buyer beware. This is a bad company. The salesman says no contract. But it is. After I agreed to pay for the service thru the contract. I called several time to confirm the contract was done. Confirmed! The company continued to come after I asked them not to. They charged me again so I made several more attempts to stop the service. It is harder to get out from this company then a time share. It representatives have brought me to tears. All I want is it to stop! Stay away this is not a good company!Hawx Services, LLC

my mother has a bug problem, she sees anything on the floor and thinks it's bugs and blames me, she met them and she wanted their service, so I signed up. They came and I thought it was ok, but the flys we have are everywhere. I have seen reviews where they will send the person again to do the job, if they can't get it right the first time, why would the second work. I saw the reviews on how hard it is to cancel the contract. This is so wrong. I cancelled my credit card, I am not paying them. I am not sure what's going to happen, is my credit going to be ruined because of this.Hawx Services, LLC

Very horrible company and I would not recommend anyone to do business with Hawx. Bad service and I had to keep making payment and wait 1 year for my contract to end. My Contract did end in March 2023, and I did call to make sure it wasnt going to renew. Today, I received a bill and called to be told I needed to make a payment before they could send me to the cancellation department to close my account, and note that no other service was performed after my contract ended and that Billing lady trying to call me a lier just to find in her notes that I did call and spoke with a sales rep and sales reps dont close account. Like lady, how am I supposed to know your internal processes? And why the rep ensured me that the account will closed since I dont want my contract renewed? Seriously ??Hawx Services, LLC

Same complaints as all recent complaints below. They do NOT answer the phone. Held on for an hour to cancel service. Were billing me quarterly, then twice it happened that they switched my billing to monthly without notice. Monthly bill increased by $15 a month with no notice. When I called to cancel the rude customer service agent argued over and over with me. Would not refund my money of $50 for the new monthly billing with no service provided.
