It's the same sad story as everyone else. A pushy door to door salesman soliciting in an HOA neighborhood with "no solicitation" signs. I was ready to change pest services anyways, so I figured why not. When I read the contract, all of the add-ons that were promised were not included. Immediately tried to cancel. I finally got back in touch with the salesman who claims that it's been canceled, but I haven't received any official confirmation of the cancellation. My card has been charged (promised a refund, but again no actual confirmation) despite not receiving any services. After waiting on hold with the ***** number for an hour, I just gave up. I have all of the screenshots of the conversations, I have the chat box (which is useless) conversation screenshots as well. All I can get is that my "account is marked for cancellation" and that someone will outreach me soon. I'll certainly be filling a formal complain with the BBB if this is not resolved (refund plus cancellation confirmation very soon) as well of the ********** of *********** who licenses them. I've emailed the cancellation form (supposedly free cancellation without penalty within 72 hours) within an hour of signing up for this scam, and I've put a physical copy in the mail (again I have photographic proof).

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company has the audacity to send solicitors out to knock on and ring people's doorbells at 9pm! Are you kidding me?!? Thank you for waking **************** and disturbing my dog! I will NEVER use a company that tries to promote business in this manner! You're lucky I didn't answer my door and give you a piece of my mind you low life! Go find another job that actually is worth doing instead of harassing families late at night.Hawx Services, LLC

Horrible Company! Do NOT do any business with them. I have been trying to cancel my service for 4 days because their tech didnt show up for a scheduled appointment. The salesman blocked my calls and the office phone number listed just places you on hold without ever picking up the line. I was on hold for 40 minutes before hanging up twice. Still havent gotten my issue resolved after sending multiple text, hundreds of calls and text to communicate on their website.Hawx Services, LLC

This company is trying to scam people! Last month one guy came to knock our door told me they are doing pest control for a neighbor, since they already out so they can give me a special rate for only $60 dollars to do ours. He didnt explain to me thats a recurring charge, so I thought its a one time service. This month when I check my bank account, I found they charge me again, so I contacted them, their phone is always busy so I chatted, they told me I should read before I signed them, I asked them to send me the contract by email, plus they dont have my correct email address which means I never received contract before. And the so called contract has some forms I never saw on there! The person on the chat told me I have to cancel by phone but you couldnt get somebody to pick up the phone.Hawx Services, LLC

Had a door to door salesman come through and I listened to the spiel. Was told about getting a great discount for potential services and that I was ************ them fill out their slots in my area. Provided payment info but specifically confirmed with the guy that if, after discussing the services further with my wife, we changed our minds, I would be refunded immediately and no harm, no foul. I called repeatedly the following day and spent HOURS on the phone just trying to cancel things. I got no satisfaction hunting online, doing their fake chat option, leaving my number for callback multiple times, or otherwise. Finally managed to get a human on the phone after trying repeatedly throughout the day by calling an office in my state. Was able to get removed from their schedule but was told that I wouldnt be getting my initial payment back. So Ive paid to tentatively get on a schedule, was told if I changed my mind and did so before they did anything, Id get reimbursed, and now Im getting charged for basically listening to a sales pitch?! Ive continued to call and try reaching someone online and have had no luck. I literally got transferred after speaking to the human and his supervisor to get off the list to the same old BS recording cycle I could practically recite by heart. I dont care how good these people claim they or their services are, Ill never do business with them. I just want my money back and to never have to worry with this business again. So the so-called business had a rep post a message so I (they) can help me out. I responded directly to them that day with all the necessary information for them to make things right. And since then. CRICKETS. Ive heard nothing from them and have not seen my initial payment refunded. So I guess I just have to chalk it up as a loss and know that Ive been swindled. Hopefully, this doesnt happen to anyone else. I will NEVER offer a recommendation for this business. Total rip-off artists.Review fromLeeanna S

Stay away from this company. The sales person made me extremly uncomfortable with his pressure, sleazy, fake friendly, begging type approach that was not ok and I regret not listening to my instincts that this was a scam. I don't believe that they "service my whole neighborhood" either. I've been trying to cancel my account / service for 2 weeks now, staying on hold for over an hour and using their call back feature but never get a call back. I call BS on the "we are very busy during high season" as the reason for the "delays" as I've called other pest control services and they respond immediately. At this point, I'm finding other means to cancel my account. Buyer beware!Hawx Services, LLC

Hawx pest control of ************ has been charging me monthly and no one has been here in several months. They say they will send someone out to service my home in the next two days. They actually owe me 3-4 months of free service. They are full of double talk when you want to discontinue the service and said I have to call back again after my free treatments are over. I really dont trust this business. Maybe its better run in other states than it is here. I had to call my bank to stop payments, which also cost me.Hawx Services, LLC

Horrible company. Never answers their phones. Need additional service? Wait over a week to get some one out. Never had some much trouble trying to cancel an account. After waiting over an hour on hold, they switched me to call back, which they have never called back in the past. Put us on hold to talk with a SUPERVISOR! Never answered.Hawx Services, LLC

************* Will not answer phone after being on wait over an hour after picking option to cancel service, but will answer phone if you are acquiring about service. Hawx responded to BBB telling me to respond to the emailand somebody would get in contact with me. The only reaponse i got was a text message telling me to call the same number. The same day a technician called me to schedule a visit and right after letting him know i was going to cancel he hung up on me.Review fromPeter D

Exactly what everyone else is saying. They said four treatments. Nine months later and I am finally realized I was being charged repeatedly once a month. They won't let me cancel! Really immoral company.Hawx Services, LLC
