      We signed a contract with BLUE RAVEN SOLAR *****- 24 . Was told work should be done within 2 weeks no longer than 6 weeks at the very most. The work was started and a inspection was called for the inspection did not pass! the worker showed up again fixed the problem the inspection was called for again. AGAIN WE DID not pass .We still do not have a working system. IT is now 03-28-2025, We still are waiting for the install to be finished correctly.I have talked and talked and talked to the people at Blue Raven and promises are all I get . the work is not finished the inspection is not done and still we wait . I have ask to speak to someone who can at least tell me the truth as to when it will be finished.Even if you say next YEAR! .JUST ASKING FOR SOME HONEST TRUTH AND WORK.A question for you how did they get a a+ with the bbb? I am sorry I dont know how to upload things to you . BUT I am sure they know me and our contract. I got tired and told them I would not call again . I WOULD CONTACT YOU. So I hope someone can help .       The customer's inspection did not pass due to required corrections related to wire management. We are currently coordinating closely with both our Inspections and Crew leadership teams to ensure that all necessary correction work is completed promptly and to standard. Our Field Manager has attempted to contact the customer to provide an update on the scheduling of the correction work. We are taking all necessary steps to ensure that the scheduled technicians are thoroughly prepared and properly equipped to complete the work efficiently. Additionally, feedback regarding this situation has been communicated to the appropriate teams to help prevent similar issues moving forward.

      In January 2025, I entered into a solar agreement with Blue Raven Solar. The sales representative, arrived late to our appointment and rushed through the signing process, repeatedly assuring me that there would be no financial obligation until installation. At no point was I told there would be a $1,215 cancellation penalty.Over the following 10 days, there were multiple delays, revisions, and paperwork changes. I signed a change order in good faith on January 16, 2025. Then, on February 14, I was told via text that my solar loan had prematurely expired due to an issue with the lender (Mosaic). I was told this was "nothing on Blue Ravens end" and that we would need to reinitiate financing if I wanted to proceed.I later discovered, through public BBB complaints, that Blue Raven's parent company had filed for bankruptcy, which caused the loan termination a material fact that was never disclosed to me and instead blamed on the ********* that point, I chose not to proceed with the project. No installation had occurred and the financing had lapsed. Still, I was charged a $1,215 cancellation fee. When I disputed it, Blue Raven admitted that the only actual incurred cost was $408.24 (permit fees) yet they continue to pursue payment and refuse to waive it.This fee was never disclosed at signing or upon cancellation. I acted in good faith based on the information provided which turned out to be inaccurate or incomplete. Im requesting a full waiver of the cancellation fee based on this misrepresentation and lack of transparency.

      I purchased solar from Blue Raven April 2023. Around May 2024 my panels stopped working. It took over 9 months for blue raven to come out and fix any problems. December 2024, blue raven sent a technician to look at the panels. The problem isnt solved, the panels are not producing the right amount of energy they should be producing. ****** **** who I was talking to the whole time trying to fix the panels, stated I will be compensating for the lost power that was not produced. After 8 months of lost energy, he only quoted me for $550. That was back in December 2024. As to this day March 18th, no check was produced or sent out. I believe the amount he quoted should be incorrect and much higher. Every time I call and ask about the check Im missing, he stated that it will be 2 more weeks for the check to be distributed. 2 weeks have gone on 5 months now. I have emails of him stating I will be compensated for the lost power the panels did not produced.

While we are unable to confirm an exact execution/delivery date at this time, we will notify the customer as soon as a date is established. Our ********************** carefully calculates lost production using a variety of factors. To ensure accuracy, the calculated amount will be reviewed. If any discrepancies are identified, we will promptly revise the amount and provide the customer with an updated quote. If the original calculation is confirmed to be accurate, they will receive communication to that effect.

      I bought solar panels from Blue Raven in late 2018 and by 2020 I having issues. One after another, with the system being down. It always took weeks for a tech to come out, always telling me that the electrical was not done right. Over the years the system has been up and down and it has been a battle. The company has never figured out what was creating constant issue. Now as of late the breakers are tripping and after multiple visits it is still an issue. AND they want to start charging me a $350.00 fee to come out to look at/possibly fix this ongoing issue. They think it will be fixed , if not and they have to come back out, it is another fee -??? ridiculous. The supervisor refused to escalate my case any higher. My system has been down now 5 months. I am disgusted. I want it fixed permanently or all my money returned.

      Blue Raven provides a two-year service warranty for our customers. Beyond this period, any service requiring a technician visit will incur a fee. Our work orders team determined breaker issues did not start until after our service warranty had expired. 
      Our service fees are determined based on multiple factors, carefully considered to ensure a fair and reasonable price for the expertise and work required. This fee, however, will be waived so the customer will not be required to pay. This has been communicated to the team involved.

      Blue Raven will not be charging for the repairs to the customers system. This has been communicated to the appropriate department and they should be in touch with the customer this week to discuss steps moving forward. To amend this specific issue Blue Raven will not be charging until it is cleared up and no longer causing problems.

      There hole spiel is finding what your average power bill is and led you to believe they are going to setup solar panels that will generate electricity to cover that average. Just got of the phone with Idaho Power trying to find out why my power bills are still so high. He upped up my place looked at it asked me how many panels I have told him 16 he said that is not enough to do what they told me they would do. So now Im making a payment for the solar panels and making allmost average payment to the power company. Bottom line making twice the power bill payments. I have noticed online a lot of complaints similar or same. And yet they claim a BBB rating as very high. Someone be it you guys or AG needs to look into this solar scam BS.

      The customer's ********************** system was designed based on the energy usage data provided to us. The reported annual usage was ****** kWh, and the system was engineered to produce ***** kWh per year. This design was reviewed and approved by the customer.
      As outlined in the Home Improvement Contract signed by each customer, ********************** does not guarantee a specific energy offset but does guarantee the system's production. According to ******* reports, the customer's system is currently producing 102% of the estimated output, exceeding our performance guarantees. Customers interested in increasing their energy offset have additional options available, which can be explored in consultation with our Support Team.

      Contract Breach.They were supposed to withdraw a certain amount of money from my bank account and then reimburse me by sandig check for the same amount, but they missed at least 4 payments.

      We had Blue Raven install solar panels on our house. The contract we signed with them would have them send us checks to offset the cost for several years. We have paid of the Solar panels and completed our end of the contract. They still own us roughly $1400 in checks. They have stopped paying us. We called and asked them and they gave us a story about a parent company and that they are struggling and not able to pay at this time. They said payments would resume in ***** days. 60 days have passed and no payments. We called again and it was much different tone. We were told only one person is manually doing checks. We were not on the list to receive our money. You cannot talk to a manager. We have no other information for you. You may get your money when ever business improves. We upheld our end of the contract, this business has not. They refuse to pay us what they owe.

      They're supposed to pay me back monthly and refuse to inform me they aren't even going to pay me. I've paid them on time since the beginning.

      Blue Raven was recently acquired by a new company after our previous parent company declared bankruptcy. This acquisition caused our funds to be halted for a short time which didn't allow us to send checks to our customers. We needed to set up a new bank and when we did we found out they didn't have the capacity to send the checks our customers needed. This caused us to find a new bank which we are in the tail end of finalizing so we can get these checks sent regularly to our customers again. The obligation blue ********************** has with the customer will be upheld, a check will be issues in the coming weeks with a tracking number for the customer to monitor. this check will include all missed checks as well as any checks left to be sent to alleviate any stress in the future.

      Blue Raven technician has drilled a whole into my outside wall resulting in damage to electrical wire inside my Sun Room, I am without power in Sunroom and dinette for over a month.

      I made the mistake of getting Solar through them in 2023. The company is untrustworthy. My contract has a provision where ***, as a condition of the contract, would cover the first 18 months of solar loan payments. First payment received Jan/2024 - Payments ceased being reliable in Jul/2024.. Currently I have not recieved the agreed payment since end of November/2024... with several missing in between. Based on CALENDER, I should have recieved 14 payments to date (Feb/2025), to day I have only recieved nine (9). I call and the company lies that checks were processed.. then two weeks later say they were delayed in the mail. Calling **************** only continues to aggravate because they are incompetent and will have the accounting department contact you - which I have never received a call back.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! I WISH I HAD NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM. I AM FILING COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB AND *******************************.

      Blue Raven has encountered challenges in issuing checks following the bankruptcy of our previous parent company. We are in the final stages of establishing a banking partnership that will enable us to resume timely payments to our customers. While this process has taken longer than anticipated, we are committed to resolving the issue.
