      Hello,First let's take a second to review Skyfine USA Customer Review Rating; 1 Star- 1.25/******, lets scroll down and read the comments.They average almost 3-4 complaints per month for unforeseen charges and poor customer service.I should have done my homework before I took their referral.Shame on me.ATTENTION NEW CUSTOMERS!Please read my post before considering Skyfine USA.- I woke up at 7am to a fraud alert charge from my bank at 3 am notifying me Skyline was trying to make a transaction of $8 to my account. So they DENIED the attempt. Which I thought was odd because I originally signed up for automatic payments for $84 a month. Why just charged $8, seems so they can scam the bank into thinking its fraud, so later down the line they could charge their customer a DECLINED PAYMENT FEE. (Which did happen, stay tuned) After reading that 3am fraud alert message, I called SkyfineUSA to gain some details about this situation. I spoke to a man named ****** or *********. At this point I am confused and in need of help. After explaining my circumstances to ********* he was very short in his answers and kept repeating "the invoice must post in order for to retry payment which will take 24 hours", and he suggest I should contact my back to give permission to SkyfineUSA. I kept asking questions for clarification about late fees/decline fees and he kept repeating " you must wait for the invoice to post, and that takes 24 hours". I didn't know what that meant. It was only after I asked if I view the invoice on the app, will it give me an option to pay. He then said yes, that it will. My main point with ******** is that I am a confused customer wanting information, and he did not provide the upmost service regarding informational tools I can use to help me resolve my situation. He was dismissive and unempathetic. Worse customer service ever.Long story short, my monthly service charge of $84 tuned into a $200 charged they automatically pulled from my account. Shame

      Skyfine USA is a complete scam, they lied about installing prices, usage prices per month and have also charged me multiple false charges totalling over $500 in one month. Also *******, the only person you are ever allowed to talk to is extremely rude and will not explain charges. Also the device goes off every 2 minutes which is a hazard to not only my well being but other drivers on the road.

      Currently dealing this company as we speak. Signed up for 9 months they put 12 on my contract. Been charging me $8 for an app per month. Their device is cheap and flimsy and crack at the slightest friction and they’ll charge $1600 for it. They customer service is horrible and they’re nonchalant attitude towards their customers doesn’t make it any better. They stated i have to schedule an appt every 60 days and locked my car the day before my date. Now they’re charging me $50 for a lock out code to unlock my vehicle that they purposely locked prior to my date stating that i didn’t schedule an appointment correctly…THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

      We are so sorry you feel this way. SkyFineUSA has certain rules and regulations we have to follow, that are set forth by the State ordering your interlock device. If you would like some additional training on how to properly use the device we would be more than happy to provide that to you, so you don't continue to get violations on your court ordered ignition interlock device. We also provide all clients brand new devices, and when you damage those devices due to negligence, you are responsible for the damages. This is the same with any lease.

      This company is a SCAM!! First month of use I was locked out. I assumed it was because I had just brushed my teeth. They seemed pleasant during this time, resetting my device. Even waiving the reset fee. Less than 3 weeks later at 7am I couldn't start my car while it read 0000. When I called after work at 330pm they told me they would get with a tech and return my call. An hour later when they phoned back. They informed me I had mistest charges of $292!! A total of 5 mistest. I objected. Insisted their device must be malfunctioning. They continued to tell me I had these mistest. So, I would then need to pay $292 plus reset fee. I was livid!! Very next day I noticed they had made 3 different withdraws from my card on file without my consent. I phoned them. They told me they would again reset my device once I pay my fees of $292!! What!? I wanted an explanation of how they did that math. However, I continued to get the same run around. I owed $292! Day3 of being locked out. The number I was contacting them through was just a busy signal. Couldn't get through. Day 4 I called the 888 number and there are 3 extensions. Extension 1 for new customers, extension 2 for current customers and extension 3 for attorneys. So, I pressed 2 for current and call was dropped!! I continued to call, the other extensions worked just fine!! I tried to log into the website. No luck! I messaged them with my questions. Why couldn't I log into my account, They sent me a text back with email and password. The email was NOT the email I enrolled with! A 123 was added to my email address!! Day 5, I completely lost it!! I phoned the shop where it was installed. They contacted them and less than 30 minutes later I was phoned back by ********. They left me a voice-mail. Telling me to call back at that number using extension 3!! That's not for current customers!! I phoned them back. I told them I wanted this thing removed!! Again, I hear how I have to pay these fees before removal!!

      I needed some technical support and got lucky and spoke with ***** and he worked his magic and everything is back up and working the way it should be! ***** is very professional, very knowledgeable and willing to help and work with you.

      I promise you they are completely thieves. You would believe this company will progress you into resolving the interlock device program. That is a complete lie. You think paying it monthly and not doing what got you into this, which is the reason you signed up for this company thinking it will lead you to resolve the situation. They did the complete opposite with huge lies to take more money and they did not stop. Now with all the money I paid in the one month I was in, I fought my way to get out before they took more money, getting out was very close to a 5-digit number but compared to the triple 5-digit number for my 1st month, I was gladly leaving cause if I stayed the rest of the 5 months they would've taken much, much more. My suggestion is to stay so far away from this company for it will steal all your money. Reasons I will take them to court telling the Judge to shut the company down, so others can join a company that leads to the resolution of the issues without all the problems SkyFine did with huge amount of payments for no true reason.

      This company is HORRIBLE. Do not use them. They are fraudulent, lying, mean people. They told me $100 installation fee, $89 monthly charge and $129 to have the device removed. I havent drank since I got my dui and every time Ive had a calibration I have been charged a violation fee which is an extra $60. On top of that I have received 4x declined card charges which is complete lies. My card has worked just fine everywhere else, why is it getting declined for them? They refuse to take any of the charges off, their customer service reps are useless and very aggressive. Im due to get the pos machine out of my vehicle in March and they sent me an invoice for $659 to remove the device once my year is up. They originally told me $129. ********. They are just choosing an Amount to charge me now because I have told them their company is not fair and lies. This company needs to be shut down. Class action law suit needs to happen!

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I don't even want to give any stars, they deserve NO STARS!! I find it completely unbelievable that they ever received 5 stars as I saw below. This is a HORRIBLE & CORRUPT company, THEY ARE SCAMMERS & CROOKS! I had to deal with them for my daughter & they automatically lock you into a 12 month contract even if you don't need it. If you can actually get through without being hung up on while on hold after 30 minutes & manage to speak to a person you will find that the customer service people are extremely rude and they lie, we have been laughed for our frustrations, have hung up on while speaking and they will charge for anything they possibly can and probably program the device to fail so they can charge more!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! RUN AWAY & find a different one! When the handset quit working, they kept arguing that it was the car and not their device & wanted to charge us to come see why it wasn't working. After a week the service technician finally came and said the handset was malfunctioning, duh, that is what we told them! You will probably spend 4 times more money if you use this company! I wish we looked for reviews before we went with Skyfiine USA, it taught me a lesson to never go with any company unless I look them up first! THEY ****!!!!
