      OVER $600 TO DEINSTALL!!!! They know a violation (ex. Start car and says it detects alcohol, turn car off = violation. Now you have three days to do a remote download = approx $60. After remote download is completed you are charged another $90 for the violation from the ex.. So every violation is actually $150ish!! Once I asked, well can't I take it to the shop since you do not charge for calibrations at the shop? If I went to the shop, then how much would it cost? "Then it would be $90.". Oh, great so, a remote download is *****, so OK I will do the remote download. Obviously this was before I realized there would STILL be another charge of $90! They mislead me on PURPOSE, THAT is deplorable, they ARE CROOKS AS BAD AS THE SCAMMERS THAT PREY ON THE ELDERLY, except THESE CROOKS hide behind the cloak of WE ARE HELPING "BAD" PEOPLE, since we are only stuck with them because we are "criminals". I can sleep better at night knowing my addiction caused me to disobey the law and I have since changed and had lots of counseling to be were I am today. But I have NEVER been a thief and I have NEVER STOLEN FROM ANYONE. I can NOT say the same for Skyfine and I would never sleep if I had to work for a company where their ONLY GOAL IS TO TAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN FROM EACH "CLIENT". I imagine at this point they are also trying to cover their mountain of legal fees in ADDITION to making as much revenue as possible. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR IID!!!! They also about you by saying the can give you a rebate for your install, they don't charge a ship fee (approx. 30/month) and if you have no violations in your first month (they know this is highly unlikely and even if u pass this part they will blame you states DMV that it can't be done) you can do every other month calibrations.. You WILL SPEN OVER TENTHOUSAND $$s (YES, OR MORE!) WITHIN A YEAR JUST ON SKYFINE USA!! OR go with someone else and spend 1,000-1,500 in a YEAR!!! AT LEAST THEY TRIED BEING HONEST W/ NAME *********

      Stay far far away from this company. There equipment are faulty. They are extremely rude, and they take money from your account without even having authorization. They are crooks and need to be shut down!!!

      Skyline has the very best customer service people. They are very helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend them to anyone. Shouts out to the whole ************.

      Stay away from these crooks. This company charged my credit card multiple times for made up reasons. When I confronted them..their response was..we will send photos and an explanation...I never recieved even after many attempts. This is a corrupt business.

      Do not do business with this company. The unit installed had a crack in the mouthpiece and when the repair technician with the company on the phone was extremely aggressive in charging $300 for the replacement piece. The company representative told us to will be replace the part and recalibrate $1,600. To remove the starter and another $8,800 for the terminated contract and they will *** for the breach of contract.Now the other side. The mouthpiece did not affect the operation of the machine and the vehicle starts. The installer handed the phone over to the company representative and told us this was a recorded call and that payment is due today or the system will be removed. What type of business would us intimidation as way of business other than court ordered installs and their customer service turns into harassment? They yell at you on the phone, They even told us that they are an attorney and they will *** us immediately. These bill collector tactics should be against the law. The Result: We have the system removed so that they couldn't turn it off at any time especially when the children were in the car and we would be stranded. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from them as possible. No matter what location you use the company is corrupt system wide.If you need an Ignition interlock device and choose to go with Skyfine, you will be making a bad situation worse, way way worse.

      i am a newbe to this company, and on my 3rd day, i have been hung up on. wont explain any thing to me. chargeing me money for god knows what. wont answer my questions and **** told i have a violation cause i turned my car off when i got home. so sorry i went with them . and they keep telling me my number is invalid

      HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE... FIRST, THEY LOCK YOU INTO A 12 MONTH CONTRACT AND THEN THEY GAUGE WITH FEES. GO WITH INTOXALOCK OR SMART START! I WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND LIFSAVER IF YOU ARE ABLE TO BLOW/HUM WITHOUT ISSUES. I HAVE A LOT OF ANXIETY I just could not get the blow/him down and couldn't drive with it. I WISH I had gone with someone who didn't lock you into 12 month CONTRACT BECAUSE they have you by the ba##s and they know it!!!!! I didn't drive for ten years and that was SOOOO much better than dealing with this BS. IF AN HONEST COMPANY WHO MADE THEIR $$$ UPFRONT HAD THIS PRODUCT, IT WOULDN'T BE SO BAD. THE DEVICE ITSELF IS EASY TO USE, BUT IT IS Sensitive AND U CAN'T JUST HAVE A 5 MINUTE WAIT OR 30 MINUTE WAIT AND DECIDE TO TURN YOUR *** OFF AND GET AN UBER TO WORK SO YOU ARENT LATE FOR WORK BEVAUSE IF YOU DONT START THE *** WITH A RETEST ITS A VIOLATION... ABSOLUTE BS

      HORRIBLE! Instead of answering the phone and doing their jobs, representatives harass you and hang up on you making it impossible to tend to your account. Extremely RUDE employees!

      Do not, do not use this company!! I am at a loss as they want more money all the time for every little thing that I feel is not my fault, and the device is still not working properly. I am filing a complaint & opening up a case against them w/the ******* ************************ in ***********, they will assign me an investigator... **************** on every level. They are thieves.There's currently a Class Action Lawsuit against them in ****. I was forced to select a Star Rating in order to post my review, so I begrudgingly gave Skyfine USA, LLC one star.

      Absolute terrible experience. They said installer cancelled my appointment for installation. And I found out through the installer he said they cancelled. And they tried to charge me for problems they created.... Shame on you skyfine!!!
