      On the 6 of May they charged me a 13 dollar charge for mobile gas and I don't even use that I take it in to the tech.now trying to charge me 170 for lock out always over charging for different things and there was never a lock out fee.

      I cannot say it strongly enough, do not do business with this company! They charge bogus fees, they talk over you on the phone, before they hang up on you. They are crooks.In a nut shell, my son had a DUI and got the ignition interlock device from **********************. He drove a Jetta, he was going to buy a different Jetta so I paid in advance, in good faith ****** for the vehicle swap. Well the deal fell through and he never purchased the second Jetta. I called skyfine to cancel and was assured I would get a refund in 7 -10 business days. That was January 5th 2023.My son purchased a ***** the next day, he called skyfine, and he paid an additional ****** for the vehicle swap.I have Called skyfine, I have sent them copies of the invoices they generated, copies of my credit card statement showing the charges.asking for my refund I get absolutely no response from them.Lucky In march he was able to get it removed, time was up. So I called today and was told the account is inactive I can't access it. I t can take up to 6 months to process refunds, and since I haven't received a response from the accounting **** in regards to my emails my refund was denied. How can they deny a refund for a service that was never performed?When he was able to get the device removed he told the installer about all the bogus claims issued to other customers that the device was broken and the huge sums they have changed people. My son and the installer took a video of the unit functioning properly before it was removed. Then he and I both called our banks and issued stop payment on any amount from zero up in case they tried to debit the account.Please please please do not use this company. They will rob you. One star is way to high for these crooks.

      False advertising, rude and condescending customer service. I was told that since they don’t like my “attitude” (due to terrible customer service) that they would not allow me to speak to a supervisor… I’ve been told “no” when asking for an explanation.. they trumped up false charges and they gave me false violation charges when my truck was worked on… I was denied a removal multiple times… last but not least the devise is faulty and DOES NOT DETECT ALCOHOL unless alcohol is literally in the mouth! This company is another atrocious scammer, tyrant organization… shut them down and start a class action lawsuit please

      Do not use this company. It is a scam!!! They charged me twice in one month for the ridiculous monthly over priced device. They're not giving me back a refund for the double payment. And the costumer service is really, really awful. *** costumer service.! Don't recommend to anyone... They won't even let me speak to a supervisor ??. You think that's good costumer service?

      Stay away from this company 100%. They charge you for every little thing and don’t give you any notice of it. The worst part of it is their customer service. I’ve never dealt with a customer service so awful as this one. If possible please stay away from this company and go somewhere else. Based on other reviews I’ve read, I have a feeling they are going to find a way to keep on charging me even after I’m thru with this ****. I’ve used an interlock company before and they way easier to work with. SkyFineUSA might seem like one of the most economical companies out there but they really aren’t. It sucks having companies like this.

      The worst scam of a company . They lie, overcharge, more than once Ive been asked to write a positive review in exchange for a discount on their made up fees.

      These people are theives! They are trying to charge me more than 300 for their own mistake! Then when I call they threaten me with police and towing my vehicle. I have never had an experience like this calling any customer service before. Please stay away for your own good
