We have told their **** no soliciting many times and they refuse to stop coming to our house and being incredibly disrespectful and pushy, not leaving the property when we ask them to and continuously knocking on our door. They come weekly and we do NOT want them soliciting.Business Response

This company continues to aggressively solicit sales when I have asked repeatedly for them to stop coming to my property. This has become a huge issue in our neighborhood that is full of families and small children. I am scared for my children playing outside as these Aptive representatives come to our property in plain clothes and on scooters. I also have a no soliciting sign that is being ignored.Business Response

We signed a contract with Aptive for pest control services in September 2023. Our first issue started in summer 2024 when we were being billed every ***** days when our contract agreement was for every ***** days. When we brought it to their attention, their billing department had no explanation as to what happened. Our agreement is set up where we are to be charged AFTER the service has been completed. On March 20, 2025 we were billed $145 and no service was completed. I called Aptive and they scheduled us for April 1, and I was told I would NOT be billed again. The service was completed and on April 2, 2025 we were billed another $125 (Aptive applied a $20 credit to our account). I have called Aptive and talked to their customer service department 5 times between April and now. They stated a refund had been issued and we would receive it within 30 days and when I called yesterday, June 3, 2025 I was told although they understand we were double charged for our April 1 pest control treatment, the refund request has been denied. **************** went over every treatment we've had completed, and the billing date following and everything matches up except for what happened in March/April 2025. All we want is a refund for being overcharged and they are refusing. The customer service **** won't ever connect me to a Supervisor when I call and have told me they will email me and would have a supervisor call me back and nothing ever happens. It seems their billing department is taking advantage of paying customers.Business Response

We canceled this service last year and paid whatever prices we needed to pay to complete their service. This year we are receiving bills for $89 a month and $199 if we want to cancel. This is totally unacceptable. We have tried to call them and they will not help us in any wayBusiness Response

I signed up for service on May 14 after a visit by a salesperson. I was offered a promotional rate through the end of the year. I am trying to cancel my service and being informed I signed a contract which includes a $199 cancellation fee. The reality is I never signed a contract so I am completely bewildered by my experience. Please cancel my policy and waive the cancellation fee. I do not have a copy of the contract that I didn't sign and I don't even have an online account with this company.Business Response

Adaptiv- i canceled the service as they failed to do a second treatment, i payed the penalty fee but since then Ive had two different people (young people) com to my door to solicit their service once again. I repeatedly tell them im not interested and yet they continue, I ask them to leave and they become argumentative and tell me they are doing their job when they are trespassing and being told to leave but refuse to leave as they seem to be entitled to do so. A sales *** came to my front door and began talking about all the lawn care services for roughly 15 minutes. I told him that he would have to talk to my husband at a later time. He then proceeded to tell me multiple times to call him and that he would wait. My husband eventually got onto our security camera and asked him to leave the property. It made us feel very unsafe and that this was some sort of scheme into property assessment for breaking in as he began to ask personal questions about our family and work schedules.Business Response
