  Terrible customer service. Claimed a package was delivered that I never received, sent them an email which they took days to reply. When they replied they basically said they could do nothing and to contact the place you purchased the item. Never tried to resolve any issue. Horrible customer service

  Very disappointed with the service. I was home all day when I received notification my shipment arrived. Nothing was left by my door, went to the parcel lockers and mail room and there was no package. Contacted ONTRAC to find out exact location of the delivery. ******** service agent stated item was delivered and I should contact the shipper. I asked again, because maybe she didnt understand what I was asking. I just received notification it was delivered and was inquiring where exactly did the driver leave my package b/c Im home and its nothing here. Asked if she could contact the driver, or assist me in any way and all she told me to do was contact the shipper. It was like she was reading a script because she was not answering my question at all. I contacted the shipper to verify the package was sent, and they informed me ONTRAC was the delivering company. Long story short I received notification of my package as delivered and never received it. No valuable help from the customer service representative. VERY DISAPPOINTED. This company is not deserving of one star.

  The WORST. They never had any information on my package--and after waiting for 2 weeks, I gave up and re-ordered items. Hopefully, the retailer will NOT use Lasership again, otherwise, I"ll probably not receive the re-ordered items either!

  Literally THE WORST delivery company. Why anybody would chose them is beyond me. Package I ordered shows delivered but never received it. Filed a claim, their response "Oh sorry, but our system says it was delivered". Useless customer service.

  Package marked delivered and noted as received by me, but was actually never delivered nor received by me. It appears the delivery person marked it as deliver, or at the very least did not check the ID of the person they handed the package to.
  Would avoid shopping/shipping anywhere that uses LaserShip.

  will never order from a website that uses lasership. They are known to mark packages as delivered and steal them. They need to be shut down or investigated it’s a shame whenever I see lasership is responsible for my package I know for a fact it won’t be delivered.

  How does this company get contracted, they lie about their delivery attempts. I got a text from their system saying that my business closure did not allowed them to deliver my package… kind of funny when I live in a house. Then contacting customer service was a waste of time did not get anything solved.

  Avoid at all costs. Package was marked delivered, no package, nothing on cameras to show the package was delivered. Lasership told me to wait two days since packages are sometimes marked as delivered when they are not, that doesn't even make sense. I filed a complaint with Lasership and was told an investigation was being opened. A week later they told me to contact the seller, what was the point then? Company told me it was my fault since the package was "stolen" after delivery, it was never delivered though! Magically however, with a little persistence, my package was sent back to the company and my address as undeliverable even though I just ordered through the same company, and many other companies, last week. This company is a joke and any business using it has no regard for their customers

  It just so happens that both my two separate packages have similar messages that their was an attempt made to deliver. Meanwhile I was home all day. And this is not the first time they do this to me!!!! Lasership delivery drivers are extremely lazy. Period!!! They should not be in business!!! If I could either give zero or negative stars I would!!!
