      This company doesnt deserve any stars due to the garbage service they give! Their customer service and delivery sector is a total joke! I wish the supplier I bought my items through would stop using them for higher priced items! I would pay for the shipping, if they used anyone else but OnTrac!

      Terrible. Claimed they delivered a package from JCPenny but I never got it. I got one from JCPenny that was shipped with UPS the day they claimed they delivered it. Reached out and all they said was they conducted an "investigation". " Our delivery records indicate this package was delivered, but we understand you have claimed the package as not received. Our facility has completed the investigation. If the package has not yet been received, please contact your seller for further assistance." I have no doubt that the driver stole my package. Clearly this company has absolutely terrible reviews so I don't understand why companies keep using them.

      They Stole my package, it arrived on Saturday, to Charlotte NC and now there is an exception on exception on my package , the can’t tell me why, but base on the reviews the stole my package, I worked hard to buy thing this were Jean for work, I’m not rich, this company need to be such down, customer service are aware of the thieves, as soon I asked for the reason of the exception the ended the chat this was my 3Rd time I contact them, they should not be able to be on business

      Lasership is a SCAM. They hire thieves to deliver your packages! They fake signatures and claim that your package has been delivered and they're NEVER delivered. When you contact them, their representatives lie, too! Nobody follows up on any claims and when you contact them multiple times, they say contact seller, repeatedly, knowing that their minions have stolen the goods.
      I REFUSE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY MERCHANTS WHO USE LASERSHIP.
      Lasership needs to be SHUT DOWN!!

      Total scum of a carrier! They consistently stealing packages, forge signatures, claimed bogus delivery status and push your complaints to merchants. Why is this criminal of a business allowed to keep on operating?

      I received a text stating package was delivered to my front door. My daughter was home and no one had even showed up with the package that was supposedly delivered. She checked all over the outside of the house no package anywhere. I contacted JCPENNEY they wouldn’t even bother to call lasership to check on this for me. They had no solution for me either, other than to wait 48 hours to see if it miraculously shows up. Needless to say I will never buy from a company that uses this shipping company again!

      Lasership delivered a package to my home that was obviously opened and resealed with a single piece of tape, and the two expensive jewelry items inside had been stolen. This happened on September 19th. A phone number is not listed for them, you can only reach them by email, and you get an email response saying a 24-48 hour response. Numerous follow up emails from me, not a single peep from them. Beware of their shady practices!! There is apparently no accountability for their employees.

      This is the worst delivery company I have had to deal with. I have an order that should have been delivered last week on Wednesday. The updated information now says delivery tomorrow, Tuesday. This is the third time that OnTrac has been almost a week late. I should wait to make this review until they decide not to deliver the package tomorrow. I am beyond frustrated with them.

      I ordered from two different stores that shipped through this company and now nearly a month later I still have not received either package. They finally responded to my email and said they couldn't locate my packages. Based on other reviews it looks like this is a common issue so I will not be buying from any companies again that use this place for shipping.

      I was home with my doors and windows open when Lasership claimed they delivered my package. The driver even forged my initials. I also have cameras and no one came up to my home before or after this supposed delivery time. I contacted Lasership and explained everything to which they replied that their records indicated this item was delivered and I should contact the shipper. I will file a police report for the theft and forgery. I will never order from a business that uses Lasership again.
