      One day tracking said my package was out for delivery. The next day tracking said it was in a different state! Still haven’t receive it! I will never order from retailers who use LaserShip again!

      These people are incompetent **. They've attempted to deliver my package from the Charlotte NC location, 3 times to my home, 45 minutes away right off interstate 85 since last Thursday. Today is Monday. My package is in Ashburn VA this morning. What idiots work there?!

      I have had 5 online orders through OnTrac and only one of them has been delivered to my residence. The one that was delivered smelled so strongly of cigarettes that I couldnt bring it inside. Another I paid $25 overnight shipping for my sons temperature sensitive medication and it was delivered to the wrong address to sit outside in the sun so I lost $75 in medication and shipping. The other 3 were never delivered. I called OnTrac and they claim the vehicle was tracked by gps and was where they said they were when it was delivered but that is 100% false because I was here all day. Those 3 businesses have refunded my missing merchandise but where is it all going?!

      Consistently horrible. No customer support. Last year you could at least call someone to help you find your lost package, but now everything is done virtually. They have repeatedly lost my packages, the drivers are either stupid, lazy, or both. They lie about everything because their customer service is like the Wild West, there are no supervisors, no accountability the only thing they tell you is to contact the merchant when you package is missing or delayed. I really hope merchants stop using this company. It costs them money to reship lost merchandise and creates unhappy customers. There is nothing more frustrating than knowing your package is a few towns over in the hands of these bumbling clowns and knowing that it is never going to make it to your door.

      Ordered twice through Adidas.com, and each time LaserShip lost my delivery. It took nearly 20 days for them to admit it was lost on each order. I can't believe Adidas uses this carrier. For people searching, Adidas will give you a message that says "Some of the items weren't delivered. Your item(s) couldn’t be delivered and it's unclear why. We're sorry. We’ll process the package as a return, and we’ll update you about your refund."
      The LaserShip "updates" will say "Package received by your local LaserShip facility and is processing for delivery, see Estimated Delivery Date" and "We're working hard to deliver your package soon. Please continue to check your tracking for real time updates"
      Finally, after weeks, expect the message "We're sorry. We are unable to locate your package. Please contact the seller for further information"
      Trash customer service. Terrible delivery record. Adidas, please switch carriers.

      If I could give a zero star I would. I ordered some items from ******* and the products were shipped in two separate packages. One package was shipped through *** and the other through Lasership (not sure why ******* did this). I recieved the package via *** with no issues on the expected delivery date but at 1:39 pm on the day of delivery via lasership the update said it was out for delivery. At 8:30 pm another update said, delivery attempted we need additional information which is an address verification in 3 business days. I don't understand why this is, when ******* shipped both packages using the same address. If my package was delivered with no issues via *** to my address why the need for an address verification via lasership. Secondly, it is a lie, we were home all day, so don't say, delivery attempted. Such bad service!! Now it is saying I have to wait until 9/25 to get the package, when it was to be delivered 9/23. Unacceptable!!

      Total scam delivery service! Tracking showed that pkg was given to a person and listed my name. TOTAL LIE. I was not even home when they claimed it was delivered. Looking at the other reviews, it sounds like this company is stealing merchandise and trying to resell it! Deplorable

      They are always stealing my package and signing my name to it. I do not sign my name the way they have it on the receipt saying it was delivered. This is the most unofficial trustworthy delivery company ever. Horrible customer service. This place needs to be shut down. About to see what my next options are because I am sick of getting scammed by them

      HORRIBLE!!!!! They stole my shoes. My package arrived to their facility only to sit there for 2 days before it said my shoes couldn’t be located. They are the worst!!!!!
