      Terrible! I order from nuts.com regularly. This time they shipped with LaserShip. They had my address wrong. Fine, I corrected it. Three days later they are still asking me to confirm my address. My order confirmation had the correct address so I have no idea how they got it wrong. I'm disappointed with Nuts.com for using this carrier!

      I spend almost a month trying to get an order. My order was out for delivery and later that night the status was updated to say that delivery driver “needed more information”. I called them the next day (by the time the status had updated customer service was closed) and verified my address. During that call I also gave them my phone number to give the driver in case there were more issues and the cs representative assured me that they would pass the information along. Next day same issue, and no one called me. I called again the next day and they told me that someone would deliver it today. Repeated issue.
      A few days and attempts later I was actually at home outside most of the day cleaning my garage and the status had said there mas an attempted delivery…I did not see anyone approach the house. I called customer service again and they told me that I needed to not call for 3 day in order for them to stop attempting to deliver the package. I waited 3 days, and called to cancel the delivery which they then told me the package had been lost and to go contact the vendor for a new order. I then called the vendor to replace my order and of course by that time a lot of the things I had ordered were out of stock so I had to find a replacement. I finally received the new package via Fed-Ex 3 days after placing the new order.
      This whole ordeal took almost exactly a month. I really wish retailers would stop using Lasership to deliver their goods.

      72 hours "investigation" into my missing delivery to just say they delivered it. End of investigation.
      They did not deliver it to the secured mail room, they did not offer any proof of delivery whatsoever.
      Will absolutely never order from a company that utilizes Lasership again.

      I was supposed receive a package shipped via LaserShip on 9/9/22. I work from home and was home whole week when the package was supposed to arrive. In fact I received a delivery notification on 9/10/22 while I was working in my driveway. Unfortunately no package was delivered. The status even stated that the package was "Left at Front Door". I walked to my next door neighbors' houses to ensure they did not accidentally deliver to them. Nothing. Opened a case with the customer support; after few days got a generic response stating that their facility completed the investigation and to contact the seller instead. The whole experience felt like scam.
      Contacted the seller and was notified by their customer service representative that this was 4th complaint he received regarding LaserShip service not delivering packages. Seems that LaserShip steals your orders instead of delivery them!

      Horrible!!!! Delivered an order from Kohl's at 9:00 at night (dark outside) and threw it in the driveway in front of the garage door. I have a yard light and the package was clearly visible to anyone passing by. Their delivery notification said they left it on the front porch. Not even close.

      Lasership is unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional. My package was NEVER delivered. I work from home in my living room, have ring camera on the front porch and my neighbors are my landlord (upstairs) and bestfriend (directly next door). My ring footage shows the package was never delivered. My landlord and bestfriend both did not receive my package, yet lasership says the package arrived despite my proof it didnt. Instead of extending customer service they gave me the run around. I hope your driver enjoys my birthday trip outfits. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

      Driver never delivered pkg. marked delivered and now I have to file police report. Do not use this company! Buyer beware. You will not get your pkg.

      There is a clear and present sign posted on the front of our gate not to throw packages over the gate. Tracking number: C(confidential) was received damaged. I contacted the shipper as Ontrac suggests on their web site. ******* made notes for future Ontrac deliveries to my residence to respect the signage.Tracking number: C(cofidential) was a replacement for the first item received damaged. This replacement item was also received damaged in the same fashion. The driver did not respect the signage. I reached out to **** on Ontrac instant chat. He disconnected from the chat before I could finish explaining the issue. 1.Educate your customer service to stay responsive online until issue is resolved. I reached out again, this time to ***. He said he put notes under my address for future shipments and said the driver probably didnt see the sign:2.I didnt reach out to *** to argue the quality of the sign posted on my gate.This is especially disconcerting to me because OnTrac delivered an earlier package a few months ago and rammed over one of our seedling trees on the way out. I should have complained then. Little did I realize what was to come with future OnTrac deliveries.I am no longer able to order online from this shipper because the deliveries to my area are through OnTrac and they dont respect property, signage or the customers packages. I went online to find their contact information and was surprised to see the plethora of similar complaints. I emailed Ontrac. They replied their mailbox is no longer being monitored. I went online again and tried to submit my experience using my tracking number and an error message persistently pops up. I have not had any issues with ********** or **** deliveries. None.

      If I could leave zero stars I would! I have a large sign on my door saying to leave delivery packages inside the cooler. The driver tossed it on my porch and a dog who wonders the area chewed it up. The seller graciously replaced my order and Lasership returned a few days later to deliver my package. Again the driver obviously cannot read! My package was left on top of the roof of my husband's car! Seriously! Who leaves packages on the roof of a car?!?!? I called Lasership and complained. I also called the sellerscustomer service dept and complained about them using Lasership! I will stop buying from any seller who uses them! Absolutely unacceptable!
