      Worst delivery service ever. I hope to never have anything shipped by them again. The driver backed into my garage door causing me $400+ in repairs for the door, but the company wouldn't take responsibility for it.

      I echo the sentiments of everyone else here. I ordered from **** *** **** ***** and it's been 3.5 weeks. Was supposed to be delivered by 8/31. It's 9/8. Lasership kept changing the due date. Last status update said it was in town on 9/4. 9/5 was a holiday. Should be here 9/7. It said that it was "on its way" for that date up until 11 pm. Then it changed to just "on its way." Still says that. **** is being great about it, but I hope that they terminate their contract. I know that in not the only one with this issue.

      Horrible drivers and service. We get multiple shipments weekly. The company started using LS. They drove through the front yard to get to the porch, but there's no driveway in the front yard. Just drove right through our grass. Other times they drop the package out the window beside the busy road. The delivery lady actually was fussing with us about our boxes and told us she would never deliver to our address again. (This is weeks and weeks of horrible delivery service).

      THIS THIEVING ASS COMPANY STOLE MY BABY SHOES SHOES WERE SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE AND ALL THE SUDDEN THEY WERE LOST NO THE EMPLOYEES STOLE THEM AND NIKE IS NOT DOING ANYTHING TO HELP DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM I AM FURIOUS

      Why are your drivers disrespectful? Why do they think it makes sense to fling/throw packages at peoples doors? Dont they think its possible to damage packages or peoples property? I dont understand if you train your drivers or not!

      Never received items that were shipped through company. Said they did an investigation but was just told that they couldn't find my package that they originally told me they delivered. Will never use this company again or buy from anyone that uses them.

      Terrible company to deal with! For five days tracking kept saying recipient requested reattempt at later point. I didn’t. And finally on the fifth day, it said package was delivered. It wasn’t. I contacted company and they did “investigation” and said package was delivered. I will not order from any company that uses Lasership for delivery ever again.

      I ordered crocs and they sent order via lasership. I received email that package was delivered literally 10 minutes prior. I was at table the whole time. Nobody pulled in the driveway. Looked all over. Nothing. Emailed company basically said after a week package was delivered. No picture to prove. Called company. They said package was signed by doorman ?? uuhh hello I live in the woods.
      there is no freakin doorman. Said GPS confirms delivery... said not our problem contact crocs. Now crocs resent my order via ups. I keep calling lasership they don't seem to care I can't get anywhere .

      Three different packages delivered to an 100 unit apartment complex and left outside for anyone to take. I never received. A 4th package was left with a photo of a place I didn't know. 5th package left in the outside in the back of my building...all shipped by Nordstrom Rack.....Worst delivert company ever!!!!!!!

      LaserShip is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with, ever! Reading through other reviews, I see that I am definitely not alone. I order from Nespresso frequently, they use laser ship so more than 75% of my orders never get to me when there are supposed to or at all. Many have been marked delivered, and of course they are not. Their customer service is a joke at best. Never once have they ever helped me or told the truth about anything. My last shipment from nespresso ended up marked as an exception because they said they needed me to verify my address. Keep in mind, I have received some orders so they have found my address before. We live on a main street, the house number is clearly marked, and easily found with GPS. I don’t know if their drivers are lazy, stupid, or thieves. I will no longer buy from Nespresso I will order from Amazon, where I always get my packages.
