      Claims to have delivered my package, but did not. Shows a picture of someone else's front door on their website. In 2022 I am skeptical that anyone could be confused about their location. Contacted them, they said they would check things out and get back in contact with me, never did.

      Worst delivery service. Driver tossed my fragile package to my front door and drove away at a fast speed. On multiple occasions had delivered packages at different locations, and customer service implies that customer is lying. Worst service ever.

      Sorry, but also have to add a poor review to LaserShip. Similar to some of the reviews below, I received a notice on 8/27 that a Package was 'Delivered' to me 'in Person' and also had an image of a Signature which wasn't mine. Nothing was delivered and I definitely did not sign anything, so I let them know via their site.
      It was eventually delivered later on on 8/27 and I did get my package. Their site does have an odd stipulation that even though you'll get a notice saying 'Delivered', it 'may or may not' actually be delivered yet. I did let that slide, as well as the 'signature' issue, and I replied back saying 'Thanks' and that I did get it.
      This is where it gets sort of 'punkish' on their end, they replied back with: "Our delivery records indicate this package was delivered, but we understand you have claimed the package as not received. Our facility has completed the investigation. If the package has not yet been received, please contact your seller for further assistance. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist".
      I told them that I did get it, they replied back with the same msg above. I told them again that I DID get it, they replied with the same msg, AGAIN. No acknowledgement of the msgs that they clearly have been receiving.
      Just unprofessional behavior, they're definitely receiving my replies and it's stored in their system. Last I left I got fed up, while knowing they'll send the same reply back again (which they did). I replied 9/2 and told them to do not mark 'Delivered' unless you truly deliver, as well as reminding them the signature wasn't mine and also to please 'behave' this Labor Day Weekend (in anticipation of the same reply again).
      If you don't like the way your life turned out, and so you get your rocks off sending back the same replies, all while already knowing the outcome, that's how you lose your job. It has nothing with me though, you can change your life path!

      I will never order from any company that uses LaserShip to deliver their products again - it is a frustrating waste of time and money. I paid $20 for expedited shipping on a package that I urgently needed. At 7:59 pm the package was marked "Package received by your local LaserShip facility and is processing for delivery" and at 8:00 pm the package was marked "Delivered." When I contacted LaserShip, they said they would open an "investigation" but did not get back to me. When I asked for a follow-up, they said that their investigation was concluded and that I was merely "claiming" that the package had never been delivered even though it would be evident to anyone that their own records make this scenario impossible. If you order anything that will be sent via LaserShip, you should have zero confidence that it will ever actually arrive. Merchants should take note that they will lose business by working with LaserShip.

      I need a package of clothes urgently for vacation because I lost some clothes due to a major disaster at home. I had to pay $25 to have it expedited. The West Depford, NJ facility was to delivery it Friday, before the long weekend. Dont they " delay " the package saying I need to provide additional delivery instructions. There are no ADDITIONAL Delivery instructions. They have delivered here MANY TIMES (albeit often with "exceptions" I.E. later than promised.
      This is a house and packages are left at the door! MANAGEMENT NEEDS A OVER HAUL AND QUALITY CONTROL. WHAT AN OBVIOUS WAY TO AVOID MAKING DELIVERY AND LEAVING EARLY TO START THE LONG WEEKEND. THEY ARE NOTORIOUS FOR DELAYING PACKAGES. IF SOMETHING IS BEING SHIP THROUGH THIS COMPANY DONT BANK ON IT GETTING TO YOU ON TIME. THERE IS NO RECOURSE, I JUST OUT OF LUCK.

      This company steals packages from consumers! I had the same package stolen by the driver TWICE within a two-week period. The driver will reported the packages as delivered to the front desk and uploaded a picture of the package room rather than the actual package. DO NOT order from a company that uses this AWFUL service. When I reported the issue to my building manager, he asked me to pull up the name of the company and he said LaserShip's package are frequently reported as not arriving. He said it's clear the drivers are stealing the packages. This company needs to be investigated and prosecuted!

      This business should be investigated. My order never got delivered even though they marked the tracking as delivered on my front porch. When I tried to contact them, they don’t answer calls and the person by text said - I'm so sorry! I'm opening an investigation with the facility. If no updates or package arrival in 2 business days, please contact your seller for assistance.” Shein won’t return my money bc they already shipped the package. WORSt shipping company ever that should not be allowed to steal people’s purchases and money.

      I just recieved a package from LaserShip, delayed one day , -only because my location closes at 5pm. The Delivery driver, a female seemed very positive,and professional and made delivery with time to spare.
      I would be okay with LaserShip on future transactions.

      My package was recorded as "delivered," but was nowhere around my home. I checked LaserShip's delivery photo, which showed the package had been delivered to some other house—with the same house number but on some totally different street. It was impossible to figure out the location from the photo.
      I filed a customer service request with LaserShip, offering all this information. A couple days later, I got this email message from LaserShip:
      >>Our delivery records indicate this package was delivered, but we understand you have claimed the package as not received. Our facility has completed the investigation. If the package has not yet been received, please contact your seller for further assistance.<<
      They offered no further advice or offer of compensation—and encouraged me to go hassle the seller over something that was clearly LaserShip's mistake. (What was the seller supposed to do about a package LaserShip had dropped on the wrong doorstep??)
      Fortunately, the people who got my package by mistake were kind enough to drop it off at my home. It turned out they live on another street in my town that is not at all easy to confuse with my street. (Think "15 Smith Street" instead of "15 Mulberry Ave.") If these nice folks hadn't been so helpful, or had just decided to keep my package, I would've been simply out of luck.
      In short: LaserShip dropped my package on a basically random doorstep and offered no useful options for assisting or compensating me. Ridiculous.

      I order some baby clothing item from gap. It was scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday 30th Ausguat 2022, to my surprise when I check the teaching number giving by gap for the laser ship the package was schedule to arrive on Sunday 28th August 2022. I was sitting on my porch from around 3:30 pm on the 28th and did not go back inside my house until a little after 7pm that night , I was hanging out with my neighbors. Around 4:21 pm I got a email stating package delivered and left at from door . A delivery person neve pulled up. I contacted Lasership and gap about the email and let him know the item was never delivered Lasser ship sent me email say that they did a investigation and the package was delivered they have a picture of the delivery on their website which I have yet to see . I have contacted gap and is still waiting on a refund or e redelivery of my items . This is not the first time I experience ghost which package being shipped from merchant I have purchase with that use the laseship service . This company is fraudulent so I made this report about laser ship to inform others off their bad service and scam services.
