      For the second time they left my package sitting at the community mailboxes just out in the open. This company is terrible !!!!!!!!

      Had 3 packages in the month of August that said they were delivered at my door but my ring showed no one at my door and the picture they took at one of the deliveries was not my front door. When I called they advised that they would investigate and that all the trucks had gps. I got an email 2 days later for all three stating that they investigated it and that they show that the packages were delivered. If I had not received it I was to call the company that I purchased it from. They never attempted to find the package. With so many of the same reviews it makes you wonder what is happening to all these packages.

      This is a fraudulent company. They steal packages out of the mail in the Pittsburgh area, as well as surrounding areas. They target high value packages like adidas, shein, fasionova, ect.
      Companies that decide to work with Lasership are responsible as well. This company was even featured in the local news here for stealing so many packages, as well as North Carolina.

      This is the WORST delivery service I’ve EVER used… On two different orders I never received my package but marked as delivered. NO it wasn’t, after doing an inquiry they sent an generic email stating it was… NO it wasn’t, I work at home nothing was ever left at my door. Finally I found a customer service # -Mr John ( wish I had his damn ID #) would NOT let me speak to a supervisor AND HUNG UP on me…. Never again will I order from any other company that uses this awful delivery service. I think they stole my packages… Fire your entire staff and hire new or just close down completely. They don’t even deserve this one star rating… ughhh

      Awful. Said they attempted to deliver my package. That’s a lie…I was home and I have cameras. I called 4 days in a row and every one of their customer service reps lied. They said my package would be delivered the next day…it wasn’t. They said someone would call me back…they didn’t. Said someone would contact me by Email…they didn’t. Ultimately, they lost my package containing 17 items!

      I ordered from a this month and I had no clue they used Lasership. My ordered was split into two deliveries. I received the second package: however, they claimed they delivered my package at 11:36 AM on 8/25/22 and there was absolutely no page!!!! This package was in limbo for days in New Jersey! How can it stay in one place when the package was supposed to be delivered to New York City? From NJ to NYC does not take weeks! This company hires thieves and it is a SCAM! Lasership needs to be shut down!!!!!!!! I strongly despise this company! I refuse to shop online with any merchant who uses Lasership!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Lasership is Trash and retailers need to stop using them. I have packages sitting in the Romulus, MI site and all are lost. That can’t be!! They are stealing packages and feel confident in telling you to call the seller instead of looking for your packages! That’s because they have them wearing our stuff this is unacceptable! They should be sued! I Will be looking into it!

      They admitted they did not deliver to my door, claimed package was delivered to my building. I never received my package. Unable to get refunded for my purchases over $200. Highly dissatisfied with Fabletics merchant and Ontrac delivery. If you can get into the building, you can get to my door where the package was to be delivered.

      It should be a crime how many packages disappear at the Lasership Smyrna location in Georgia. I pleaded with Nike to not ship through this company because I knew it wouldn’t make it. If anyone I know wins a raffle through Nike and they shipped through Lasership, there’s a 99.9% guarantee they lost it. After waiting a couple days wondering why it didn’t update after it was checked in, it finally said delivered Sunday night 8/21/22 at 8:14pm. I checked the lockers where they put our packages and the front of the building, even though I knew the outcome. I called the next morning and they told me it got lost after they checked it in and to contact Nike. This is occurring to often and nothing is getting done. This issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
