      I'd never heard of this company so I wasted a day searching and searching for a package they had claimed was delivered. If I had read the online reviews first, I would have realized there was no point. I want my time back, including the 18 months I spent hunting for the second-hand item I bought, at a price I could afford. It can't just be reordered and it's unlikely I'll find another one at that price, so a refund won't help.

      Bruh I ordered a package through adidas and they unfortunately used this halfa$$ delivery service. I live in Michigan. Lasership shipped my package from NJ to the romulus MI location, then for some half brained reason to VA. *Insert confused Jackie Chan gif here* then they send me a email telling me it's been delayed. I pretty much had to "Karen" my way through adidas customer service chat to get an answer that I was half accepting of. Then l call lasership only for a rep to pick up the phone then say sorry were closed for the evening and to call back in the am....are you kidding me!!!
      Deaf any company that uses this company. Hold your shipping companies to the standards you expect or don't use them at all. This company either needs to get it's policy and procedures in order or just shut it the hell down. You have too many bad reviews to still be In good standing with any multi million dollar company. Stick to the little man companies.

      Always have issues with this company. On one occasion they claimed to have delivered and even had photo proof (of which this supposed proof was never forwarded to me). When asked to describe this supposed proof, they mentioned a black door, yet my own apartment door is red. On the latest delivery from them, they claimed to have had delivered it in person and received a signature - I was the only one home and the signature did not even match my name.

      I have never once gotten a package from them on time. Once, they marked a package as delivered but I live in an apartment and was able to fact check that with management and it never was. They then didn't take responsibility for it and left it to the clothing brand to refund my item. I've also called their customer service and left a message to never hear back. This time, they attempted to deliver my package on a Sunday night at 8 PM when the building was locked. They surprisingly called me to say they were outside. I wasn't home to let them in so they said they would deliver it the next day. Well Monday and Tuesday passed by and still no package. You can't trust a word they say.

      Worst company ever. So many packages got stolen by this bs company.

      Today I caught on video african-american who works for lasership stole a package delivered by FedEx. He delivered his package, took a photo of it and while leaving got my Adidas Yeezy box which was on an edge of the table in a building's lobby. Reaally???? Your employees are real gh*tto!
      I got yeezy sliders for myself, they were 70$ and right now they are sold out and cost $280!!!

      I called the company, filed the complaint and waiting for their response. I have a video of that criminal where you can see his *gly face.

      This company should go bankrupt. 10+ packages got stolen or weren't delivered by lASERsHIP

      If I could give this Lasership 0 stars I would! Worst delivery service ever! Everytime I see a package of mine is being delivered by this company I almost cry... because I know it will never arrive to my house or something will happen...they are the worst! I don't know why companies still use them and how this is legal. Worst delivery service company ever!

      Like many others on this feed, Laser Ship failed to deliver my merchandise three times in the past three weeks. The first two times, was at my place of residence. I falsely accused my neighbors until I did not receive my items the third time. I had my items shipped to another address and it still did not arrive. This time, I documented all call activity and tracing of my package and discovered they are indeed lying and stealing packages. Their data contradicts and conflicts with my initial records. When I reached out to the company, all they offered was an apology but, there isn't any follow up or disciplinary actions on their workers. This leave the door open for more theft and no accountability. I would strongly suggest that before you order online, make certain the company does not use Laser Ship, seek alternative delivery services or see if you can pick up merchandise from the store. Companies will respond when customers force them to change. This company should be further investigated by the DA's office for stealing millions of dollars of merchandise from customers.

      So, I ordered 5 pairs of shoes from Under Armour and they chose to ship in 3 separate boxes with Laser Ship. Well I got 2/3 packages delivered to my door. The 3rd package was delivered to a random address in my apartment complex and all I had was a photo of a door mat to go off of. Needless to say I spent 2 hours going up and down stairs searching for the door mat in the photo. Thankfully the people were kind and returned my package to me. But ridiculous is an understatement. How can you deliver 1 box to the right door literally 3 mins after you drop one at a random door when they have the same name and same address on the packages. Is reading a label that difficult? Insane how much time was wasted today climbing every set of stairs in my complex in Florida heat. All the driver had to do was bring them both to the correct address. I didn't need a scavenger hunt to find my package.

      Absolutely the worst shipping company ever! I never get my packages in a timely manner with this company. At midnight tonight we get home from being out of town and find 2 packages from two different companies sitting at the road in the grass by my mailbox which is at the end of my long driveway.. not to mention it had been pouring rain all day and night. The whole bottom of the box was soaked. I'm just about to the point of not purchasing from any company that uses this company to deliver their goods.
