      My package say delivered today but I was home all day and received nothing. Checked with neighbors and no one say ontrac on the property

      Horrible company. I ordered from two different places that unfortunately used this garbage shipping company. Both of the packages say delivered and I have neither of them. I have reached out to the company and they said they would get back to me and didn't. I am out a lot of money and never received the merchandise I paid for.

      By far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Long story short. My package said that it was delivered on Saturday ****, no packages were delivered I have multiple cameras in front of my house. I reached out to Ontrac on Sunday **** and they changed the status to investigating. Still did not hear anything back by Tuesday ****, where I then reached out to Ontrac again. Again was told it was being investigated customer service quickly pushed to close the chat window.Reached out again on Wednesday ****. Same thing as above. **************** ended the chat before anything was discussed.Today Thursday **** I reached out and at first was told investigating still. Then the chat agent said delivery driver returned to location but the package was not there Again.. multiple cameras in the front of the property and there was no delivery driver from Saturday to Today at any point at the house. It is extremely frustrating that it seems the company does not want to assist with lost/stolen(from employee)packages or are interested in resolving their own mistake by delivering to the wrong address.

      Absolutely the worst delivery company ever.
      U can’t speak to anyone. Continuously says “unable to deliver package” for 4 days in a row with no explanation.
      Received packages from them last week that all smelled of weed heavily. Then this week they say they can’t get to my house. Why? Are you too high? 4 days in a row.
      And they don’t o have capability for you to come to their location and pick up. Just all around sucks.

      I live local, but decided to have something delivered instead of store pick up. My biggest mistake. Bc lasership was shipping instead of normal routes from ordering from this place before. Laser ship lied about attempt delivery and delayed my shipping due to “needed delivery info”but I know there was no intent to deliver on time bc the order was delayed due to “driver complaint” after contacting them, they said they needed to know the gate code and etc. and that’s how I know they never even attempting to come here bc there’s only ONE entrance and no gate…. After confirming my address and “delivery instructions” they said they would reattempt delivery that day. If not it’ll arrive within 2 days. Here we are still no items, and they didn’t even response to dispatch to tell them my delivery is good to go out until TODAY. Which is the “max day it’ll arrive by” so sick of it. My goods are prob melting in the heat or being rummaged through by bored people. They wouldn’t even tell me where my item was located!

      If I could give zero stars to this company I would. They have been nothing with trouble. They come delivering items in unmarked personal vehicles, they have stated "business not open" when delivering to my home address. I have tried over and over to get ahold of them with no help whatsoever. I'm always disappointed when I see that lasership will be taking care of my packages, because I truly don't know if I will receive what I ordered. This is a sign- businesses - DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER! You can and should do better by your customers!

      We placed an order with Old Navy in May 2022. On May 29 we received an email that our order was returned to seller because our house number was not on our house. We are the ONLY house on this street and we have 3 signs that direct you to the house, and, GPS shows exactly where it is. Now, we are experiencing the same situation!

      The bevy of bad reviews don't lie. Lasership packages are always lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong place. I even doubt that the package was delivered. The delivery driver could have easily taken a picture of my package (at a house that is white but mine is red, sooo...) and then picked it up again and left. How can they use their own records to prove the delivery and just conclude the investigation when I am telling them the picture in their message is not my house? The message I received this time, after 5 days of waiting: "Our delivery records indicate this package was delivered, but we understand you have claimed the package as not received. Our facility has completed the investigation. If the package has not yet been received, please contact your seller for further assistance. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist." Seriously, don't count on getting your items if you see Lasership on your tracking. I really hope the original shipper can actually help me.

      WHYYYYYYYYYY and HOWW??!!!!! Is this company still able to receive and deliver packages? I’m pretty sure many companies have lost a lot of money due to having to replace or refund money from lasersh%t workers stealing packages. They are the worse deliver carrier.

      Absolutely the worst! The drivers are thieves. Nike and fashion nova uses them a lot and ironically that’s when my packages are delivered but not received. I have a doorbell camera and for my most recent delivery not only did the driver not even come to my house at all, he/she even forged my signature!
