  Lasership is by far the worst delivery service I’ve ever have dealt with. I have had items through other delivery services that were delivered to the wrong address. Although this rarely happens, the other delivery companies owned up to the fact that my items were delivered to the wrong address. The items were eventually delivered. I contacted Lasership and was told that they have to do a two day investigation. They emailed me back and said the package was delivered. I never received my package and Lasership either delivered it to the wrong address or it was stolen by one of their employees. They either don’t deliver the packages to the right address or they claim it was undeliverable. I will never order anything from any company that uses Lasership as their delivery service. They won’t send you a picture of where they claimed the package was delivered. When I talked to someone at Lasership they said it was probably delivered to the wrong address. I live in a senior apartment building and the representative at Lasership claimed the picture taken by the driver showed that the package was dropped off at a screen door and then changed the location to a white door. There is no screen or white door at my apartment building. The company I ordered from is sending me another package, but I will never order from them again because they constantly use Lasership for their deliveries. I was lucky this time, but would more than likely lose my money because the company and any other company that uses Lasership would in all probability believe Lasership when they claim the packages were delivered. Lasership should be put out of business as soon as possible!

  LASERSHIP doesn’t deliver your packages the drivers signed your name and cancel your order in the system… your driver are liar they signed my name put just the letter T and came at 2:33pm when I get off at 6:00pm freaking liars no worries I have reported you to the BBB AND WILL POST ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA ON HOW YOUR DRIVER STEAL CUSTOMER PACKAGES AND SIGN THERE NAMES

  This is the worst shipping company out them all. Each time I get a delivery this company leaves the package out in the elements at the bottom of the stairs or the bottom. I even talk to them on my intercom and they just stand there and look not comprehending the words Please leave the package on the porch. I call customer service and I get disconnected, Call back get disconnected again, do the txting chat sending video and I get no reply back after someone asking how they can help me. Seriously? The package says it's delivered to my front door yet it's delivered to my steps Not my front door. Unprofessional to say the least. Be accountable of your errors and correct them. Send the driver back to the house and correct the issue.

  Please don’t use this company , I ordered shoes from
  Under armour , they said delivered around 9 am . I checked cameras , I didn’t see anybody front of my door at 9 am , big scam this company is joke .

  This delivery company sucks!!!! Their drivers are thieves and are stealing packages. On August 7, 2022 their website claimed to have delivered my package at 9:56am. That was a lie. August 7th was a Sunday morning and I was sitting on my front porch from 9:30am until at least 12pm talking to my neighbor. I am quite sure I would have noticed a delivery person dropping off a package. This company is pathetic and I urge all businesses and consumers to not use them. If they do use them I will not be purchasing from their businesses.

  If I could give less than 1 star I would. I cringe when I find a business uses LaserShip as a shipping option because I know I will have an issue. I have never received a package from them on time. I am talking weeks late. They lose packages, say they have been delivered when they haven’t, delivered my package on a porch two streets over. Or just say the package has been lost and contact the shipper. The packages that have been delivered smell like smoke or have been torn. If I know there is a chance I am getting them as a delivery company I will not shop with that business.

  This company is trash!!! I have had 4 orders screwed up in the past 2 months. One was delivered to wrong address and returned before I knew anything, i.e, no delivery notification. The only way I found out is the sender issued a refund that I never requested. On one order, I received a text message that item could not be delivered. Had to call to find out issue. They needed a gate code which I gave. Another delivery attempt was made only to have same issue occur resulting in item returned to sender. Two other deliveries were returned and the tracking information never gave any information of a problem - only that the shipment was delayed. Once again, while I was waiting, the shipments were returned to sender and I got a notification of a refund. In every instance, by the time I found out anything, the merchandise that I had previously ordered was now out-of-stock. UNBELIEVABLE.

  This company delivered my package to the wrong house and has done nothing about it. They keep telling me to contact the seller. The seller has nothing to do with it. These people gave my package to someone else so I feel this is their responsibility and they should be the one refunding my money. The picture the driver took of the delivered package isn't my front door. How can you not be able to match numbers correctly?

  Lasership is theeeee worse my package stated it was delivered to my front door on 8/1 my ring camera doesn’t show any delivers..I requested proof of delivery and received nothing to date..I’m out of $82.97 Fashionova is just as bad they offered a $15 gift card nothing else Sad I will never order from them again

  Received an email from LaserShip that my package was delivered. Went outside immediately and it was not where they said it was, nor was it anywhere outside my home. I kept watch the rest of the day as I was home, and my desk overlooks the street. It was never delivered. When I contacted them, they said their records indicate it was delivered and that they have completed the investigation, I will have to start checking and not purchase from online vendors that use LaserShip. No accountability, no customer service. Terrible experience. Would leave zero stars if I could!
