      This company needs to be shut down! I have had my items stolen from me many times now. Packages say they are delivered but there are no packages to be found. Other packages have clearly been opened, items stolen, or “replaced” by cheap piece of trash items! And customer service is absolutely deplorable. No answer. How can a company be in business when it is run like this? SHUT LaserShip DOWN!!!!

      I placed an order with Amazon on Saturday 8/6/22 and was promised same day delivery. The courier is Lasership. It is now 8/8/22 9:27PM and my package has NOT been delivered. I live on Staten Island, and the package was being sent from Maspeth, NY. Lasership brushed me off and told me to contact the seller. The seller isn’t the issue, Lasership is. I have a Ring door bell and no one came to my door. This is unacceptable.
      I want what I paid for. Amazon plans to issue a refund. I want to know WHAT happened to my package that I PAID for.

      I placed an order buying clothing and accessories for myself and my son to wear to my birthday party 7/30/22. The package was scheduled for delivery Thursday 7/28/22. To my surprise, according to my email, it had arrived early on Monday 7/25/22. Imagine my face when there’s no package outside. Not by the garage. Not on my porch. Not on my patio. I live in a one family home.

      I immediately contacted the Seller for help. Fast forward a few days after they received a tracking link from LaserShip. It showed a delivery picture of a two family home on a different street with a different house number. Wow, what a huge mistake.

      I send a picture of my house calling them out on their error. I go to the address they supposedly delivered my package to & ask that homeowner about my missing package. They claim no one at the home has my package. Ok….so I’m clearly out of the money I spent. You wouldn’t believe that I had to fight the seller for a refund but they finally said ok.

      I feel bad for the Seller & I’m still not satisfied. Lasership needs to deal with this & they need to pay for it. Too many reviews telling this same scenario & not just at this Lasership facility, but many across the US.

      I rated 1 star because I had to but they deserve a 0. They ignored my email until I threatened to file this complaint. I feel bad for the employees in their Call Center. They were professional & easy to work with unlike the delivery driver and people monitoring the emails.

      This company needs to be shut down & I hope a class action lawsuit is initiated based on the amount of reviewers with experiences like mine. How are so many packages missing or stolen by Lasership staff yet companies are still doing business with them!?

      Never received my package. Phone call to company has only a recorded message that directs me to contact seller, ie no accountability for my package being delivered to wrong address (their photo proof was NOT my house).
      Not an isolated incidence. Search Google and see the reviews. 17 out of the most recent 20 reviews were ONE STAR.

      How many of us needs to complain about lasership STEALING our packages before anyone does anything. Just look at all 800 reviews right now not including google and yelps. This company is a joke. I’m not sure why any business would choose to ship through them besides it probably costing very cheap to ship. And it shows that during the shipment. It makes me not want to order online since I can’t trust or know who will be shipping it. Just absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I hate going all Karen but geez it’s not the first time, it’s been 4 times now. First time they couldn’t deliver it for some reason, I just said whatever it was $10 I’m not driving for 1 hour there and then back for a package. 2nd time, my box came in half open. I wish I took a pic I was so upset. 3rd time again it said it was undeliverable. And now 4th time just straight up said delivered but never got it. Seems weird huh !!? Checked out with neighbors no one got my package. This is making me want to get cameras in my driveway and front door to get these lazy workers in trouble for stealing my packages or whatever they are doing. Don’t accept work delivering packages if you can’t do the work of actually delivering the packages to the right door or mailbox. Look at Amazon!! They get probably 1028482 times more orders then lasership will ever get and look, Amazon always deliveres correctly and no thieves at Amazon.

      Twice ordered from big retail company. Twice shipped w Lasership. Twice never showed up and conveniently "unable to locate packages". Obvious this company is sketchy.

      First time having my package delivered by LaserShip. Package was not delivered. My experience with their (nonexistent) customer service left me hoping that I will never have to see the words 'LaserShip' in my life ever again.
      Also, please make zero stars a thing. They deserve zero stars.

      Three Patagonia packages sent from lasership. Two said attempted but never arrived and basically went missing. One arrived but with a hole in the package. I wouldn't be surprised they took a look of what's inside and decided not to their likes.
      I never had any problems with my packages until lasership is used.

      OnTrac has to be the worst shipping company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I have never received a shipment on time. **************** is horrible, why do I need to go to the shipper to get accurate updates or to get changes made to the address when I am the recipient. When I see something is being sent through OnTrack I know what I need isn't going to arrive at all and fear that it might not arrive at all. It is very apparent that OnTrac doesn't care about customer satisfaction as there are many many negative reviews online and it seems like nothing is ever done to resolve these issues. Their phone service is glitchy, if you happen to get someone on the line they might not even know how to look up your tracking number and need your first and last name to find the tracking number. When I saw they have been in business for 30 years it blew my mind they perform like they opened last week.
