      I ordered two items from Fashion Nova. The package was delivered to the wrong address (they uploaded the picture in the Fashion Nova portal). I sent the picture to Lasership to show proof it wasn't delivered to MY address. I was informed they are NOT responsible for the item being delivered to the wrong address after 2 days it's been delivered. They were not accommodating nor friendly. Horrible customer service! Their 2 day policy is designed so they don't have to take accountability for their mediocre service. I will no longer purchase anything from Fashion Nova because they use this horrible company.

      LASERSHIP IS horrible delivery company. Amazon uses them among others and when my package is to be delivered by Lasership , there are always problems and ridiculous faulse reasons why they were not able to deliver. This company needs to be investigated for frauds and customer abuse

      Want to leave 0 stars. They delivered my package from adidas to the wrong place and it's absolutely awful to get in contact with anyone.

      Wish I could give 0 stars. Tracking says package was delivered and it never was. I am so upset because the items ordered were limited and I will never have them again. a huge scam

      Lasership is a scam. I have had six orders from two different vendors, Nike and StockX, that have been marked as delivered, but were not. They offer no customer service. If you have any choice, please PLEASE save yourself the trouble and frustration by using another carrier.

      if i could give zero stars i would. they never get me my packages. i think they steal them. how is nobody getting any of their packages with this company. why are they in business?

      I was waiting for my order from nike. 7/27 says its delivered but I never received what I ordered. Then when I looked at the tracking from their website it says it was delivered on 7/26. The leasing office checked all the cameras and nothing was delivered from 7/26-7/27. NIKE PLEASE NEVER USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY AGAIN!

      Tracking info shows pkg arrived locally in time to be delivered by estimated delivery date. EVERYDAY, the "date of delivery" was changed to reflect the following day, which meant the pkg just sat there at the LaserShip warehouse. I was at the house, sitting in my home office that looks out onto my front door the afternoon they changed the delivery status to "delivered". There was NO delivery and NO pkg. The security cameras show that NO ONE approached the house or even drove by on the street when the company claims the pkg was "delivered". When I called the company, they claimed it was "probably scanned incorrectly" and that I should wait another 2 DAYS to file any kind of complaint. When I contacted the vendor "Bath and Body Works" as to getting a refund on $100 worth of merchandise that was ordered AND PAID for OVER a week prior to the misstated "delivery date", they stood behind the shipper claiming that they were unable to issue a refund for at least "another few days". The reviews for this shipper are TERRIBLE and ALL of the recipients have the SAME STORY about pkgs that NEVER ARRIVE despite the company claiming that they were "delivered". WHY would these vendors continue to use this unreliable company with such a horrendous record is beyond belief.

      I received a message saying my package from Nike was delivered on Saturday July 30th. Lasership posted a photo of a Nike box inside my front porch/hallway area. There were multiple packages inside my porch that had been delivered from UPS about 20 minutes prior to Lasership showing up. I went downstairs immediately after getting a text saying a package was delivered and all my packages EXCEPT the Nike box were there. Again, this is inside my front door/hallway, not just sitting outside. I've checked with all my neighbors, etc. and nobody has the package. Have lived at this location for 4 years and this is the first package to go missing.
      This is the 1st time I've ever had a package shipped from Nike via lasership and it appears that it was stolen, potentially by the person who delivered it. The delivery person took the photo, marked it as delivered, then picked it up and got back in their vehicle.
      I called Lasership's customer service, and was told I won a giftcard because it's 45 years lasership has been in business today. Was told to stay on the line and give some info then I would be transferred to a manger to speak about my package. This process went on for over 20 minutes and I received fraud charges on my credit card. After saying I'm not interested and just need to speak with someone about my package, I was told "I'm wasting the rep's time"... Seriously, exact words. Then was told they cannot transfer me to speak to someone about my package & I need to hang up and call back. After trying to call back and being hung up on repeatedly, I used a different phone line/number and got through. Was then told to call elsewhere to speak about my package. The new number tried to sell me something else and hung up on me.
      Clearly a thief working at this location with all the various complaints all stemming back to high end/valuable sneakers being stolen consistently. Speaking with Nike customer service confirmed this is a constant issue specifically with Lasership.

      After having a package marked as delivered while I was away for the weekend on a trip, I returned home on Sunday night to find my package was not at my apartment. I sent Lasership an email that night, and did not get a response from them until 8 days later with contradictory information. One said since so much time had passed an investigation would not be useful, and in a follow-up email, it was mentioned the investigation was completed. I understand staff may be limited, but 8 days for a response with no acknowledgement it was being worked on is unacceptable. The delivery even had a photo attached to it of the place where it was delivered which was a house not even in my town as my street does not have numbers that go that low. On a separate occasion, drivers couldn't even be bothered to climb the 8 steps of my house, and when asking the employee if they threw a package up the stairs, they simply responded with yes. This is absolutely garbage service not even worthy of a 1-star review. Avoid if you can
