      I purchased a Hamilton Beach panini press & compact grill from ******* about a month ago. I opened the box and plugged it in, but it was not heating up. It lights up but has no heat. It was plugged in for 20 minutes, and still no heat. I emailed Hamilton Beach and they did respond the next day. But the resolution is absolutely horrible. They said the product is still covered under the limited warranty. They are happy to send a replacement product but I have to pay for the shipping and handling cost which is not covered under the terms of the limited warranty. The shipping cost is $29.98. This is ridiculous because I bought the grill on sale and it is $10 less than the shipping cost. What a joke! I told Hamilton Beach this and this is what they, "As outlined in the use and care guide, the shipping and handling charges for the appliance to be sent back to us as well as the shipping charges for the new appliance to be shipped are not covered. We are unable to reduce or waive the shipping costs associated with shipping the replacement appliance directly to you." Ok, this is fine. So I asked if I could take it to a repair shop myself. But, "Service centers can assist with minor repairs or a potential replacement. Visiting a service center is an alternative method for warranty assistance to avoid shipping costs; however, costs for repairs are up to the discretion of the **************** Seriously, what does it take to get some service???

      I purchased a Hamilton Beach ******** coffee maker and immediately had problems with the needle clogging up.I notified Hamilton Beach by e-mail and some guy named ****** told me to disassemble the needle section and use a bent paper clip to clean out the needle after each use.That was just like I was told by ********* when the rain blocked the signal on my TV dish, "climb on the roof and wipe it off." Needless to say, I will not in good conscience be purchasing anything from Hamilton Beach, nor promoting in anyway their products or service.

      I purchased the Hamilton Beach FlexBrew. Within 6 months it didn't work properly. Customer service via email replaced the item. Within 6 months I experienced the same issue. HB refused any further help. There is an inherent problem with the product and they refused any further assistance. There is no way to contact them via phone only through email.

      I ordered replacement parts Lid and food pusher on June 27th. I have not gotten a shipping email. I sent the company 2 messages with no reply. Found an 800 customer service number that is worthless because it tells you can't speak to anyone! Would have been better off buying a new food processor at this point. Done with them

      I ordered a Hamilton Beach slow cooker from Amazon and it refused to heat up after only two uses. I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement. The same thing happened after only one use!! They have some kind of faulty heating element that does not work correctly and they have refused to issue a refund. I will never recommend this brand or buy from them again. What a scam!

      I just want to say I think Hamilton Beach does a fantastic job to make their customers happy. I had a 1 month old slow cooker that died and after messaging Hamilton Beach they made it soooo easy to replace it and I had my new one within 3 days. Really FANTASTIC customer service!

      This company's customer service is terrible. They have several numbers to call yet no one answers any of them. I bought my first Hamilton Beach coffee maker, which was a mistake and will be my last. After paying over $100 for it, it started smoking and smelled wires burning. I had to contact the company online and was told they will not issue a refund.

The representative did offer following our warranty claim procedures.       I purchased a personal blender from Hamilton Beach and it is very poor quality. The lid just sits on top of the cup and IS NOT secure. When using this product it will pop off while using the blender and can be very dangerous and messy.. I did contact the company and they total me so sorry you are not happy with your purchase but there is nothing we can do for you. They refused to refund or replace the faulty product. The said it is not their problem once it is purchased.

      6 months ago I purchased a Hamilton Beach 6 Quart Programmable Slow Cooker With Flexible Easy Programming, 5 ************** Air Fry Lid with 4 Settings, Dishwasher-Safe Crock, Silver (33061)I purchased from the Hamilton Beach storefront on Amazon. Amazon fulfilled the order with a third party seller, OKB85.Hamilton Beach is refusing to honor their warranty because the purchase was fulfilled by a third party seller.I worked with ******** from Hamilton Beach customer service, who refused to help in any way other than to offer a 15% discount on a new purchase, as if I would ever purchase anything from Hamilton Beach ever again.

      Hamilton beach microwave are junk only lasted a year and a month, must have these things wired to malfunction after the warranty runs out
