Where is our cash back credit going to not your bill. This company has been committing fraud for the longest time and needs to be investigated and shutdown. I have seems where my cash back is going to especially if you cant even redeem your cash for your bill or anything else.

I had a credit card with capital one for many years. For the past 3 years I have only used my capital one card because they allowed you to make multiple payments a month and the available credit became available immediately. I have seen a lot of fraud, which is why I only used my credit card. I never use my debit card to make purchases. I made a payment of over $700.00 recently and capital one put a restriction on my card. I called them only to be transferred to the fraud department. Here they are accusing me of fraud because I use(D) my credit card to avoid my card being scammed. The representive stated they needed to confirm my payments, which I did but they also had to call the two banks I made payments from to confirm I was an account holder on this account. The bank I used for all but 1 payment verified I was on the bank account. However, calling as a 3rd party with me one the line my other bank would not speak to capital one without Capital One signing and sending a form allowing permission to speak to them. Capital One refused to do this. My only other option was to upload a bank statement to Capital One verifying my name was on the account. Once ******************** received the statement I uploaded they did not even have the decency to call me. When I called them they stated because the bank account is a joint account with my husband they said they had to speak to him to get approval to talk to me. At this point I use so beyond mad. I closed my account with Capotal One. I also just recently read an article about an elderly lady who's son opened a Capital One bank account restricted her bank account stating the $3200.00 bank check that was used to open the account was fraud. This lady was not allowed access to her money but, CapitAL One had no problem accepting her social security deposits, holding that money from her as well. Capital One is a horrible company. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM CAPITAL ONE AND GO WITH A COMPANY THAT USES HUMAN INTELLIGENCE NOT AI !

Capital One Quicksilver card refused to reverse a $688 from a scam "hotel booking" company, who got the card number from my wife through fraud and deceit. Oddly they continue to support and take charges from this scam company. The room was never reserved, the charges never paid. Capital One's response?? "hey, not our fault they got your card number". The **** company is called ********************. Steer clear. Unfortunate Capital one is in cahoots with this type of scam operation.

Beware of Capital one auto finance! while yes they will extend initial auto loan, the monthly payment, and interest rate is going to be outrageous. capital one does not have a good will clause, also if someone does get behind in payments, they require customers to have checking acct to take advantage of offered payment arrangements and they do not offer extensions until the account gets past certain point. They are also very aggressive with reporting hard pulls on credit when the account is past due but does not seem to report when account is in good standing. If you have to go through Capital one to get an auto loan do so but asap move to another creditor that offers good will clauses........I also find it concerning that there are so many different addresses and they don't communicate with one another the following is the address copied directly from Capital One auto finance website Auto Finance:Capital One Auto Finance ***********************************************************************

I received a pre-approval offer from Capital One, applied, and was approved for a credit card. After receiving the card, I was required to verify my identity with a photo ID and selfie, which I submitted successfully.Soon after, my account was restricted and I was asked to re-submit the same documents. This happened again with an added request for the front and back of my Social Security card. I complied each time, yet Capital One ultimately claimed they couldnt verify my identity.Despite this, they continue to expect payment and are reporting the account to ********************** bureaus, which is negatively affecting my credit even though I cannot access or use the account. This appears to violate KYC and USA PATRIOT Act requirements, as identity should have been verified before approval. Instead, the account was opened, restricted multiple times, and now Im being held financially responsible without access.?What I want Capital One to do:Either complete verification and restore account access,Or close the account, discharge any balance, and remove negative credit reporting.

I wish i could give this mf capital one no stars.. As of tonight I'll be cancelling my capital one credit card effectively after 6 years. Capital one is a rouge company.. No interest and support for their customers, all they are out for is to make money. You will never know this with all their stupid TV commercials until you'll have to deal with some issues with them .. I was duped by a merchant for over $2600. Capital one has repeatedly sided with merchant over me. For every documents they have asked me to provide, when provided, then they have changed the post and game rules. The customer service are also very rude, you will never get any where with them. Almost you can feel it's more of a corporate cultural that they are just following. They put you in a loop. This is really frustrating. I have never seen anything like this. Please don't sign up for this credit card company. h

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Capital One, which led to my decision to cancel my credit card. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a *************************** primary issue stems from Capital One's inexplicable decision to flag my account after two years of consistent payment history. The reason given was that I made three payments in a week. This is absurd. I was managing my finances responsibly, yet this was treated as suspicious.Subsequently, I was subjected to unreasonable verification requests. I complied, but was then told to contact my bank and provide my account number over a recorded line. This was unacceptable. Capital One has processed payments from this account for two years. This redundant verification, after I confirmed my information, is insulting. This process was inconvenient, frustrating, and damaged my trust in Capital One.I am also dissatisfied with my credit limit increase. After a year of responsible use, I received a mere $100 increase. This is egregious, given that I receive offers for new cards with limits of $2500, $4000, and $5000. It seems Capital One prioritizes new customers over rewarding loyal ones.Due to these issues the illogical account flagging, unreasonable verification, and inadequate credit limit increase I have closed my account. I will not recommend Capital One, and I will not open any new accounts. You have lost a customer due to poor policies and service.

We paid this credit card off and canceled it. They are trying to charge us monthly for interest. So I paid the interest and called them to make sure the account was, in fact, canceled. He proceeded to tell me it cant be canceled until the charge goes through. (Which may take up to 60 days) So until then were just building up interest each month because of their process!

Used my capital one venture card to pay for *** and clear fees, where it clearly says online that capital one pays for those charges only to find out that specific venture cards only pay for the charges. I had other options to pay these fees and Im now being told they will not be covered by capital one. Wont be using capital one any longer for business or personal charges.
