      Ive banked with them for about a year now. I have checking savings and I had a credit card. They closed my credit card acoount. It sucked but I didnt really care I just wanted my money back. My account was closed in 02/01/2025 I have yet to receive my refund. I changed my address on the app but they sent my check to my old house! How or why is beyond me when I can see its been changed on my account. I call talk to a supervisor and its been a whole week still nothing. I am so sick of them. First they allowed something to happened where we couldnt get out money for a couple of days now this. I have numerous complaints. I thought I was doing something good having Capital one banking they suck! Period!!!

      Trying to close account of deceased person...faxed them everything they need..with a copy of death certificate also notarized what they need...cant tell me if they received a fax for 6 to 10 days!!! bank estate people tell me to call everyday..I do , then then are rude and try to talk over me, instead of being tactful with a customer of theirs...I have 3 more accounts in Capital One and just want to close them all because of this

      Subject: Feedback on Online Customer Support ExperienceI would like to share my recent experience with the online customer support team at ********************. Unfortunately, the assistance I received from two representatives did not meet my expectations, and the support provided by the manager, Gi, was also not helpful in resolving my concerns. It appears that the support team, which I understand is based outside of the ***** may not be fully attentive to the needs of long-standing customers like myself. As a loyal ******************** customer for many years, I was disappointed by the lack of effective support and genuine effort to resolve my issue.I hope this feedback will be taken constructively and help improve the level of service for all customers in the future.

      Warning: Spark Unlimited Is Anything But Do not use Spark Unlimited for your business. Despite being advertised as unlimited, my limit was cut from unlimited to under $3,000 in a single daywithout notice. The reason? A simple typo when entering my bank info. I caught the error the next day, corrected it immediately, and paid the card off weeks early. Still, they flagged it as a creditworthiness issue and permanently slashed my limit. If your business depends on consistent access to credit, this kind of volatility is dangerous. A small, honest mistake shouldnt have the power to derail your cash flowbut with Spark, it can.

      They have held my money hostage for almost a month now because they wanted details of how I was spending my money only because I was transferring back and forth between my wife and I's accounts whenever we used each other's accounts and thought this was suspicious. I refused to share with them all the details or give them permission to talk to my other banking institution and despite multiple attempts to get them to return my money so I can pay bills, they are refusing to return it in a timely manner.

      I opened my Capital One 360 checking account in early 2016. I enjoyed many good years of service with the checking account. No fees, no overdraft fees, no fees ever! The ************************** were pretty much flawless. Sometime later, I'm sorry I do not know exactly when, they did process a direct deposit from my employer late, however, they explained and rectified that particular event in a reasonable time. They admitted fault and even credited my account $25! It was some kind of system outage that did not affect only my account & did affect other customers. I can remember that even when I called them, their customer service was excellent and apparently, it seemed, U.S. based. The last year or so, that level of service has diminished. On 09/21/2024 an automatic debit of $64.98 was due to process from a loan I had through another company. On 09/26/2024 that payment was returned to loan company by Capital One for insufficient funds. My account was not overdrawn and maintained sufficient funds to cover that payment all throughout Sept 24. Now back to direct deposits. Cap One has processed direct dep early except for the afore mentioned. I get paid a day early when pay day lands on a holiday. Thanksgiving 2024 was this situation. Capital One processed that direct deposit late and was not credited until day after Thanksgiving. No apologies, no explanation, nothing. I receive a small pension of $137.10 on the first of every month. Generally Capital One either processes it early or exactly on the 1st. On 05/01/2025 this was not the case. That $137.10 did not show up. On 05/06/2025 I filed an investigative claim. Pension issuer advised sent to Capital One account ending in x 05/01. May 7th I received an email which stated "We got your request to withdraw your dispute". I *did not* withdraw my claim! On 05/12/2025 I received a letter from pension processor stating CP says account closed. Account is still active & not closed. Needless to say will be closing accounts. FYI readers.

      **************** is awful Been a card holder for 16 years and I thought my Venture card was eligible for reimbursement for Global Entry. They didn't even try to help. They said you are not getting reimbursed, end of story

      I was approved for a secured card. I made the deposit and waited for a card. One day Im notified they restricted a card that I never even received or activated. I was told I would receive my deposit back after 2 billing cycles. Makes absolutely no sense to hold my money as collateral for a card they initially approved me for and took my money. Yet changed their mind after receiving my money and are now holding my money for 2 months!?

      I deposited a check in my checking account and 6 days later it's still not showing. Called customer service and was informed they could usually push them thru. I gave them the number of the company that wrote it, and they claimed they couldn't get a hold 9f anyone. My old bank is a small town bank called first ***********. They deposited or denied any checks in 3 days. I may have made a mistake and had my ssdi direct deposited into capital one checking. Tonight they informed me it may take 8 days to deposit as well. If it does, ill cancel both savings, checking and auto loan accounts.
