      Ive had **** of America and Wellsfargo for a long time without any issue, but they appeared with Capital 1. Im completely disappointed and I wont recommend this kind bank because they closed all my accounts, they blocked me without reason, they refused to give me an explanation about the details for which my accounts were blocked and they have my money internally because my accounts are empty, the money no longer appears nor has it been returned to me and when I call they send me to the mailbox. This is the worst experience I've ever had in my life and I hope to God that I don't have to start a legal process because several days have passed and I should have my money back.

      I been a customer of ********************** world elite (black card) for over 10 years and easily have spent over 6 figures. They are terrible at disputing charges and dealing with fraud. And on top of that running their own fraud scheme since their agents have 0 accountability when the voice is recorded! I called in 3 weeks before my annual fee was up to verify there wouldn't be an annual fee of $120. The agent was very confused on whether or not there would be a fee but after problem solving and speaking with his supervisor he advised there would NOT be a fee. I told him if there is a fee, I would cancel the card now so I don't get charged the fee because there are MUCH MUCH better reward cards out there and better customer service and its not worth the annual fee since there are no bonuses or any other perks offered for this card anymore. He advised if I did get charged a fee, I can call back and get re-imbursed since he made a note on my file and there's an audio recording! Well no suprise, new agent and the note stated that he advised me that my card is different than the other no fee card. I explained to the new agent, to pull up the audio recording instead because he assured me many times what I explained. Is there no accountability at all in this company? Isn't it the duty of the customer service/professionalism to know their products and know that I would NOT get an annual fee? Why would that be on me, when im calling in to ask what their policy is. I still cancelled the card after getting charged 120$, its crazy Capital One would nickel and dime a customer of over 10 years, they rather get your $120 instead of getting thousands of fee$ from me swiping their credit card. Avoid like the plague, you can easily ****** many other rewards cards with no fees or lower fees with 10x the rewards and perks!

      Yea what ever! you sent me an invitation to join your lil club keep it you guys are the weakest link anyway I found another company who has faith in me. I don't need you at all my business will make without you! **** off now you've lowered my score because you said there was a great chance to be approved and I believed you don't worry It won't happen again. And I will be informing some of my acquaintances that you have false advertising in your approach to attract victims! And I will be contacting the Bbb to file a complaint of false advertising!

      The fact that this bank even gets to still be in business is appalling. After 2 years, I have tried to update my name 5 times after getting married. I have mailed in my documents, faxed them in, and even used their "secure" portal. Every time, my name never gets updated. Today I was on the phone with 2 different reps and each of them "expressing their understanding" but clearly they don't understand the frustration. When I have been continually giving them my information for 2 years and I STILL cannot get it updated. I have to give my social security and answer personal questions to verify myself on the phone so please explain why the agent on the phone said I can see your paperwork and can verify its you but I still can't update your name because we have a 10 day wait policy. Excuse me? So you are looking at the paper work with your own eyes and I have CONFIRMED my identity and you can't update my account so I can deposit a check? Absolutely antiquated process for a "virtual" bank. It's 2022. Do better Capital One and if you can't support your customers virtually maybe don't call yourself a virtual bank. Promptly after getting off the phone when them I called Chase to set up an account and will have my money removed from Capital One by the end of the day and the accounts closed. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE. They clearly do not care about customer service.

      Horrible customer service. My card was had a fraudulent charge added to my account, but since it was through a merchant I had used before it needed to be marked as a dispute rather than fraud. Now I may or may not need to pay the fraudulent fee and was told to wait to see how the dispute goes.

      this is by far the worst company I have dealt with. Capital one is not a credit card I will recommend to anyone. Rude customer service, half of the time I can't even understand their accent. They don't try to help you even with the covid 19 situation years ago, they never helped me when I requested help. I was without a job and they didn't even try to work with me. I tell you, I regret the day I ever applied for this credit card, never again. I have closed my account and will never re-open one. There are so many other companies that help you when you need help and they simply do not care. If I can Give it 0 star I would,

      I have been trying to get my account cleared since June 23, 2022 and I get nothing but the run around I have been told it will take **** days and yet I am still waiting I have sent documents over time and time again then another **** days and 61 days later I am still waiting to get the hold taken off my accounts. This is not acceptable.

      Wow!!!!So many complaints in just the past couple of weeks Only can echo previous reviews.My credit card was frozen despite a zero balance and they want me to send documents from a closed account at another bank before they will release my account and the ****** miles I have accrued Will NEVER do business with this cluster f**k of a company again but I want my miles
