So I go to make a payment on my app like I have done for the last few years. The next day I looked on my app they returned my payment for no reason I had enough money to cover funds and now I called back to customer service and they want my bank to send them my checking information to be verified after *** had an account open for over four years, this is a huge and total inconvenience to everybody. I dont know if I can trust an institution that can lose my banking information and I already am a victim of identity theft this puts me on edge.

Hi, I'm a current Capital One customer. I'm writing this review in hopes that someone else will read this before getting insecure debit card through this company. Paying your deposit in your fees doesn't give you access to using your money so in my humble opinion, you're better off just saving your money at home or putting it in the bank. When you pay capital one they somehow find a way to accuse you of some kind of fraud on your account in order to hold your funds for more than 10 days before releasing them back for your available credit balance to be used by you as the customer this process has happened to me Twice in the very nucleus of me getting my car with no fraud found on my end. It just seems to me that it's another way to gain interest in capital off the money that you give them in order for them to make more money unfairly while you suffer. Now if you have savings and using your money right away isn't a priority or you don't have any emergencies that pop up during the time frames of you making your payments then this may not happen to you, but for some reason, I'm just a regular American saving $300 in this economy is really hard for me to use this company in order to try to build my credit in order to try to have a better credit life and for them to constantly accuse me of fraud my first payment to disappeared with no trace and I'm hoping that the second one doesn't have the same effect that's why I'm writing this review. I think we as Americans need to have better control over with the credit cards or eliminated less over. This is a truly unfair practice of them hiding your money. You have no way of seeing where it is in their bank account because they show no record of it and it's taking out of your bank account so at least on one end you can track where it went, but you have no visual way to track the availability of it nor the physical placement of it until they release it to you so with that being said, don't do itThank you very much.

I got the Credit Card though Credit Karma has a 3000 credit limit. I used it once to buy a car battery then it was restricted. They said they needed verification. I sent them the information but they didn't accept it. I lost my debit card and oder a new one but it didn't arrive in time so I called to add my new card number but they didn't want my debit card they wanted my bank account information. I refused to give them bank details so now they keep charging me interest every month. I have called 5 or 5 times they just won't accept my payment. Don't know what to do??

Received a Savor credit card & used it once. I called to make telephone payment in full before it was due (7/1/25) & received a confirmation #. I called later to confirm my balance was $0 & was told there was a glitch between their ********************* payment didnt go thru. I made the payment again, this time with a $25 late fee plus interest & received another confirmation #. I thought the matter was done. I didnt use the card again, but on 6/8/25 I called to confirm my $0 balance & found out there was another glitch between their ********************* payment never went thru. Speaking to a live age i gave them my bank info again, I was told this time their system accepted it. I had them reverse the latest late fee & interest. On 6/10 I called back & confirmed my account had been ************************ for the late fee & interest, so I made payment in full & received yet another confirmation #. I called 6/12 to confirm my payment was received & a robot told me it had been recieved, my balance was $0 & my account was closed. I spoke to a live agent who told me the account had been closed back on 7/11 (which I never knew until 6/12) & that it wasnt their policy to inform customers that their accounts have been closed. Further, I was told that I was still accruing interest until my bank confirmed the payment. I told her that was bad customer service & a deceptive ********************** ************ want any further interest revered. I also want any negative info about my payment they may have sent to the credit reporting agencies to be removed & an apology. I checked with my bank who confirmed that the funds had been removed form my account. So, theres no reason for any more accrued interest.

NEVER do business with this company! They purposely reject payments to cause your account to go delinquent and then permanently restrict your account along with tanking your credit score. Consumer beware. This company is a scam!

I had a 0 balance and I asked for a credit card because I lost mine. They wouldn't send me a card and kept charging me every month, like like 30 bucks or something. Still still never got a card. And my bill got over a $100. But they told. Me. It was $85 so I paid the $85 off and told them. I no longer want your credit card now. I have another $31 bill and they're still charging fees. Even though i'm not a customer

bought a motorcycle battery 6/7/25 tried to return it today. Right off there was a problem with the staff. They needed to call someone. When I bought the battery it never came in a box nor did it come with the hardware to mount the cables. Turns out the battery I originally had in the bike was good, I had a ground ******** I am at the store they get someone on the phone video chat, she state ya I sold him the battery. The she said I showed you the date on the battery,I in turn said you only showed me the test that proved the battery is good.I said bring up your cameras lets see and hear what transpired. She then says it was mounted, if it was I bought it that way. My fault for not making sure it was in a box with the hardware. I do some business at Advance, I am not a mechanic in any form. To be treated this way was unacceptable.Lack of customer service is truly disappointing.
