      I have been with Capital One since 2012, I went to use my card at the end of ************************************************************************************************************************************************ I never received it. So I called in March of 2025 to notify them that I never received the card so they sent another card changing the number and sent it fedX. I received it in March 2025. Today 6/11/2025 they cancelled my card stating that it had not been used in 2 years also in February 2025 they said they sent me a email stating they were going to cancel the card if it was not used. Somehow I never received that email not even in my spam stating they were going to close my account. I have been a good customer for a very long time. They don't care about their customers, the bottom line is their not making money on you, they don't care if it messes with your credit. Be very careful who you get your cards with. ***** has been a better credit card company hands down.

      We've tried to cancel our card 3x now because of fraudulent charges and capital one refuses to listen to us... Steer clear of capital one at all costs

      This is the second time I am trying to dispute a charge on my account with ******************** and they're refusing to help me. This is the reason I close out my account with them. Who needs a card from Capital One when **************** will help you no matter what. I was scammed twice, and I tried to dispute the charges, but Capital One Credit Card is making it very difficult for me to dispute the charge. I have written letters and back *** to my claims and sent in to Capital One, but they are refusing to help me with this company.

      I've been making my auto payment through the app for 15 months with no issues, my last payment was declined, not by my bank, they never submitted it to the bank. I verified that with a phone call to my bank today. The "representative" I talked to said there was something wrong with my account, which there wasn't, I haven't changed anything on the app for payments and every one went through. Now he's saying magically my account number was wrong in the app even though there was never an issue for almost a year and a half. So now they want to charge me a late fee, and if they try putting the other payment through that they declined, I will be talking with an attorney.

      If I could leave no stars I would. How awful of a credit card system and customer service they have. Professionally leave a review regarding how upset I am with capital one and their customer service and how they aren't reporting to experian.If I could leave zero stars, I would. My experience with Capital One has been incredibly disappointing. Their customer service has been consistently unhelpful and, at times, dismissive. Despite repeated attempts to resolve my concerns, particularly regarding their failure to report to Experian, I have received little to no meaningful ********** a customer, I expect transparency, accuracy, and accountabilityespecially when it comes to credit reporting. Unfortunately, Capital One has failed to meet those expectations. The lack of reporting to one of the three major credit bureaus not only impacts my credit profile but also raises serious concerns about the reliability of their credit practices.I sincerely hope they take feedback like this seriously and begin to prioritize both accuracy and customer care moving forward.

      Anti-Semitic comments directed by management. Upon completing my transaction, as I was exiting was referred to as being an American Jew by a religious manager wearing a hijab. For starters, other than birthing location, I have no clue what that comment means. Additionally, she appeared unfriendly towards her staff. Furthermore, Im not Jewish, but found her comments defensive. I know plenty of Jewish people and what she said was just inappropriate. Whatever she assumed in me wasnt for her openly discuss on a place of business. Sadly, it poorly reflects the bank, even if such behavior isnt supported. Initially, I offered feedback to customer service, but felt like I was reprimanded, rather than the source. Well see if they retaliate. I now know what people go through when on a daily basis, when once I assumed incorrectly that there was added drama involved.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a pretty large ********************** balance on my card due to a refund so I was using that credit for purchases. Without my consent or knowledge they issued a refund that I never received. I wasnt checking my statements because I knew I had money to use. When I finally checked it had been 2 months and I received a $25 late fee and then a $40 late fee. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with someone who continuously put me on hold, did not transfer me to a supervisor even though I requested one, told me that he could waive both fees but then only waived the $40 one. So I just spent another 45 minutes on the phone to be told they cant waive it even though I was already told it was being waived and they still cannot provide a reason for anything. The only thing Im guilty of here is not checking my email and yet my credit score has now been hit and I will be affected for years. They are unapologetic and did not care one bit that I closed my account on the spot. I will never use them again for anything and I will be sure that this review is posted wherever I can.

      One of the most difficult companies Ive ever been a customer of. They were so incompetent I could not even close my account without getting frustrated sent around the world put through a horribly s***** phone system and just general treated really like theyd rather lose a customer than change anything about anything they do for the better. Truly a world class s*** show.

      Ive never been treated worse by a banking institution.I bought concert tickets thru a ******* advertisement to a show that never existed. Complete fraud. I expected help from my credit card company. They did not investigate, I had to do everything, provide 12 pages of documents, spend time and money to give them everything they kept asking for which took months. I had everything documented from day 1. They stalled and stalled, kept asking for something different every time i asked for an update to my case. Then they finally said too much time has passed and closed the case. Im out over 400 dollars and they did nothing to help me or defend the fraud!
