      We started with T-Mobile under the impression that wed actually save money. When we signed up, the sales lady walked us through our billing which was supposed to be less than what we were paying with ***** however that was a lie. We were paying MORE at T-Mobile than we previously were with ***** Now that weve moved, T-Mobile claims to be a great service carrier with exceptional customer service but thats not the case. We had no service and when Id go in person or call on the phone, I would not receive any help or solution other than you have to update to a different plan. We just switched from this c*** show to Xfinity, paid off our devices and are STILL being charged by T-Mobile for services we no longer have. When I call to inquire of the balance, they say my pin is wrong when I havent reset or changed pins meaning either someone on their end changed my pin or they just dont want to do their job. This company is an absolute scam that claims to be everything they are not.

      Horrible to many dead spots and never no service,Customer service is horrible they can never help or answer my questions the only solution they give me is to lower my plan thats it

      Not a happy customer. Im paying for services that does not work. My phone is is awful now. Ive been a loyal customer for some time now. And Im paying but the services are not working. I have to pay regardless. But I we dont get reimbursed for the time we cant use the service. I was not able to use the service for over 10days. And was credited $23 dollars. That was an insult. Im switching back to spectrum. 1y free cell service and the WiFi works perfect. I should not have to pay for services Im not utilizing.

      I made the mistake of changing to T-Mobile 5 months ago.T-Mobile is terrible and getting worse.Cellular reception is horrific and customer service is a bad *************************** and **** both are void of customer service.Trying now to decide what cellular company to change to.

      I went down to have my T-Mobile shut down due to health issues. They said no problem then charged me for another month. So I called them they said the can do nothing because it was after the date. That lady pulled a fast one at the store. No one is accountable for their actions and the app they want me to use doesn't work properly and is definitely not user friendly. The only way to deal with a company like this is to band together with a lawyer. I'm very upset and distraught. Terrible behaviors toward long paying customers.

      To sum it up, they are thefts and liars. They take advantage of elderly people. The office I dealt with was in the town of ***********, ***They should be shut down and someone needs to go to jail for fraud.

      I upgraded my phone through T-Mobile over the phone under the $800 trade-in promotion. The *** who placed the order forgot to include the trade-in promotion. I received the new phone as agreed, and when I went in-store to drop off my trade-in device, I was told the promotion wasnt attached. Now T-Mobile is saying the only way to fix it is to send the phone back, wait for a new one, and re-do the entire process which is a burden caused by their error, not mine.I am now being charged the full price of the phone over a two-year payment plan due to their oversight. This is a clear billing error and mis***resentation of terms I agreed to. I am requesting that T-Mobile apply the $800 credit to my account as originally intended and correct the payment plan accordingly. I should not be penalized for an internal mistake.

      **** helped me today with getting my phone service back. And he was just incredible. Many times Ive been frustrated with these type of situations . Not with him. Immediately fixed my headache of the day and really made me happy. Got to keep my same number which I never thought could be possible again. Guy even seems motivated to help others while working with T-Mobile. Great employee. I suggest a raise

      I was with this company (T-Mobile) for over 19 years, before switching to a new provider I contacted the customer service line and also walked into a store to ask when I would be receiving my last bill, I was told that the bill that was currently showing that was due would be my last bill. Apparently this is was false information, today I receive a bill of over $300, I called the customer service line and of course they told me I was responsible of paying the entire bill. Extremely frustrating, I was never given the correct information, but as a customer you take their word, right!? I would NEVER recommend anyone to do business with this company.

      I purchase a phone from t ***** online and paid all fees and taxes and they sent me several emails stating that my phone will get deliver by *** on Tuesday 6th of May, I come to find out that *** will be delivering my phone on Wednesday the 7. I called t ***** customer service and they were no help. I told them that I took the day off from work because I went off there emails they sent me that the phone was going to be deliver today, not true and all they could say is the only thing they can do is for me to purchase another phone and pay all fees again, thats not looking out for your customer they were not able to help me at all after I took the day off from work because I went based on what they emails me as to when my package was going to be delivered which was today. Im changing to **** hopefully they treat he better. *** said that they would attempt to deliver the package tomorrow and if there isnt anyone to sign for it they would attempt on Thursday I told them there wont be no one here on Thursday and I told T ***** what they said and they didnt care. Please if you have service with T ***** change they dont care about you they only care about MONEY. T ***** *****..
