Horrible people! T-Mobile lied to us and said they had coverage in our area. Their coverage was very limited at best. We are business owners and would drop calls four miles from our home, on the highway, in the grocery store, around our home etc. . Also text messaging wouldnt work correctly. We called them immediately to tell them this was not going to work for us. They kept telling us that they were aware of an issue in our area and it should be resolved in a couple of weeks. We would call back and they would say the same thing. We called again and told them we were tired of waiting and had to move our phone service elsewhere. They agreed to let us out of our contract and still pay them for the phones. We were told by their retention department that our payment would be a total of $51/month for all devices and detailed notes would be made in our file to reflect this. That was all a lie. They are now charging us $148/month for our phones and say that since we left them our promotional phone prices left too. I hope they go out of business or someone sues them.

Decided to take up the switch lines and have the company pay for your service promotion but i never received the E-Sim for the service and decided not to move forward with this but t mobile is charging me monthly for something I didnt receive and havent been able to use. Contacted them to cancel and they refuse to cancel my account saying I dont have an account with them. Phone has been out of service for a good while now.

We have cell service and home internet. Our internet goes out every single night at 11pm and does not return until 3 to 4am. According to them we are not having any issues. They are telling us its the device we are using. But we use thier cell phones and thier router they provided us. Phones, *** and gaming systems will not connect. Highly recommend any other service but them.

We wanted to try internet service with a deal for 2 free weeks trial, picked it up at t-mobile store. Brought home, plugged it in and speed was slow so we brought it back in one week (earlier than trial period) store associate said all was done and it was cancelled. About 3 weeks later I got a bill for a month service, how since I returned equipment?? I called and spent an hour on phone with customer service, tons of excuses why including the main office only got equipment 3 weeks later, they got it on time at the store. Said it would take another billing cycle to clear it up. Then about a week later I got a call from a collection company because they had the nerve to send an invalid bill to collections, going to ruin my credit too. And today I get a collection notice in the mail, seriously worst service company *** ever delt with . They made me realize I would never do business with T-Mobile ever again, and I suggest you dont either.

T-Mobile in general. Promises you a plan for a specific price and then charges you $50 to $60 more for the service. No add one, no extra value or benefit added. Their internal investigation comes up with "everything is correct on your bill." Classic bait and switch scam

I canceled service with them due to being way overcharged and still having crappy service. I canceled 04/08, my bill wasnt due until 04/17. You would think they would subtract the difference from my final payment, right? ****! Charged full price. And then they tried to convince me that in order to make my final payment, I had to go into the store with my ID, otherwise I would be charged $10 extra. So glad I left them. Save yourself the trouble and get with Spectrum!

I want to file a complaint about false advertisement and providing me with bad services and when I cancelled the services they were still charging me and taking it out of my bank account. The company refused to help me and refused to refund my money for their mistakes and bad service and negligence

I was with tmobile for over 10 years the prices went up and in the end of October and being of November i decided to move to att for cheaper bill, I called tmobile while I was in att store switching my numbers and I asked for my accounts to be closed at tmobile and because I got locked out of the website so I thought they did it in february they charged me 800 so I called this *** tells me it was over a device I didn't have and it was to be reviewed and he was going to call me back he didn't I get a new bill for ******************************************************************** and then the next ****** still acted like it was a valid charge and so is the one i just got.. what sense is it for me not to cancel my account when I'm paying a different company? Plus I didn't even use data? And they charged me full price even tho my phones are at att and they resue to fix there mistakes I understand why they are getting sued even the manager didn't want to fix it and was very rude and didn't let me talk and didn't care to even try to fix anything

I bought 2 devices in full 2 years ago for my wife and I. The trade-in devices were credited at ~$500 each. Turns out they only applied a ~$400 credit each to the account, also split up over 24 months. Somehow that missing CREDIT was divided between the 24 months AS A BILL. So not only did T-mobile de-value the trade in, the difference was charged to me, effectively making the trade-in value of the devices $300 each, which is a steep difference from what the promotion would claim. Not only that, but when I switched carriers, this week, I was charged AGAIN. Another $198 to pay off the already paid off devices, so they could unlock the sim to port to the new carrier. It is absolutely insane how they get away with this. Absolutely scummy.
