      The service is good. The travel t mobile is garbage.. you guys need to work on your customer service or just don’t bother to offer deals. I am out $216 because I rented a car from you guys through travel and had a confirmation and everything. Called the rental place they have no info on my bookings. This makes me upset I want to drop the service. Literally worthless. Probably dropping the service in the next couple days cause I feel like I got scammed from

      We've been customers for over 15 years. We were told we had our rates for life. We even found out about a year ago they overcharged us by $10 for years and we didn't realize. They fixed it for the future but no money back for any past bills at all. A few months ago our rates which were to "never go up" went up. Each additional line was going to be $5/line plus a couple extra fee increases. We tried calling to ask about this, but couldn't remember the pin we apparently set up when we signed up over 15 years ago. So they wouldn't help us at all. Walked into the T-Mobile store, and they just said there's nothing they can do. The rates went up. That's a breach of contract. Our rates shouldn't have gone up. We were grandfathered in, we were told. Until they just decide to change it because they want to.

      They are a money hungry American corporation. Authorized users are allowed to add services, but only the main account holder can remove the services. How obvious do you have to be that you're just trying to take your customer's money??

      Chatted with a rep on Monday 6/16 at 9a and was advised tech support would call me back at 240p that afternoon, when I'm in my car to troubleshoot. They didn't call. I went out of town and called back on Monday 6/23 at 11a and was "assured" tech support would call me back. Well that was over 48hours ago and no call from T Mobile.

      TMobile should NEVER be accredited. I was trying to move my cell phone service over to them. I was bringing my own phone and numbers from another company that was on the same network Verizon. 4 days 8 hours of time I’ll never get back or compensated for trying to get it sorted. It was traumatizing to say the least. Security is set so that you can’t access your own account without a text that can only be sent on TMobile network…. I was porting my phone and number you locked me into an Tmobile number I could not access because I hadn’t ported my number yet. After they took all my info my credit card the expiration the 3 digit, my license info including date of expiration I was unable to verify my account until I waited for a call back an hour later and had to actually text a phone of my license. It was an awful experience Every representative had different information, either way nothing was turned on. It’s been 2 weeks and I got a bill for service today. When I called they said I don’t need a manager and she would deal with it. I asked for proof of a zero balance and she said it doesn’t exist at this point yall should give me a new iPhone and Apple Watch my 8 hours wasn’t yours to waste and my anxiety and stress my upset and annoyance wasn’t yours to disturb. Saying anything you think sounds good to get your scores up in sales is trash behavior and clearly shows why TMOBLE IS NOT the company to trust!!! Verizon makes themselves look bad associating with TMobile!!!

      This is the worst customer service you can ever deal with , you wait on the line for hours and when someone answer the phone you get disconnect , it seams like no one knows what to do , every time you call they give you the run around so your issue will never be resolved thats how bad the service is , i was trying to do transfer for some of my my accounts ,i take to the supervisor she told me to go to one of their stores to get it don and when i went to the store they told me we don't do transfer you have to call customer service , its a nightmare they are extremely horrible don't ever use their service , very very bad ,

      I left T-Mobile 3 months ago but they are still charging me for a service I dont receive. I have spoken several times with supervisors and they all say different things. I canceled my 2 lines and the watch before I got phone service from another company, but T-Mobile employees and supervisors left the watch line active just to continue charging me. T-Mobile IS THE WORST NIGHTMARE I EVER HAD.. They are still sending me bills, every time the amount is bigger and every time I call they say they will cancel the lines when I dont receive any service from them. One supervisor told me that I dont owe any money, but the bills still coming and when I called again a different supervisor tells me that I have to pay. They want to STEAL my money!!!!******

      I visited this T-Mobile store and was assisted by a representative, who offered me a promotion for two discounted phones. However, she only mentioned the phones available in stock, leaving out other eligible T-Mobile offers. She also said that some accessories were included, but they were actually charged on my bill. In addition, she claimed the $18 monthly insurance per phone was mandatory, which T-Mobile customer service later confirmed was not true.
      I returned the phones in less than 24 hours, but despite that, the only solution offered was to pay a $70 restocking fee per phone, plus activation charges. I lost nearly $180 and spent hours on calls and store visits.
      Please be cautious. Always ask to see all offers in writing and double-check charges before signing. This store should be more transparent with their sales practices.
