      If I could leave no starts I would. They false advertise on their website (you dont get the product in the mail when they say you will). Even after you cancel the contract, they dont. They purposely leave it open so it keeps taking monthly payment (I have called twice to cancel, I never even connected the phone. .. because I never for it. ) they just take your money and dont try to help at all. They will lead you on for months my family member spent 6 months going back and forth with them) Yeah dont waste your time. They are crappy

      This company is awful. I called them about internet. I new it was in my city. They said it was not where I lived. They explained to me that I could get T-Mobile Lite. They asked what devices I would use it on. I said a tv, laptop, phone, and work laptop. They said I would have no problems at all. It would be-perfect. They said I would get on Tuesday, I didn't get until late Wednesday night. I plugged it in and it worked fine. Four days later I get an email that I used 80% and it would start getting slower. I called and cancelled it. They said I had to return to the store. I went store with package and they said you had to return to ***. I have *** receipt that is was received. I had a 15 day ***** period to try it. They charged for a full month even though they received it back. I was lied to by everyone I talked to at T-Mobile. I called again because they charged me it took a long time to find my account. Then they found and said yes you were charged but you shouldn't been. They said it would take 2 months for them to return my money. Don't ever use this company. They completely lie and steal money.

      I was told I would get a free 3rd line due to buying internet and 2 lines through TMobile and they lied to me for over a year. I have been getting charged for a 3rd line! Now they want to say there is nothing they can do, but I have screen shots from a *** stating otherwise. Worst company ever!!!

      This company lied and deceived me. I went in originally under the impression of the sales associate that I was purchasing internet for $70/month. He insisted I get a phone line for FREE. Turns out it was not actually free. Months later and I find this out. The money I was putting towards my phone was NOT ACTUALLY going where I thought. In addition, the customer service was not great at all when I was going in to purchase services. I feel robbed by this company.

      PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE CELL PHONE SERVICE HERE. THEY LIE AND LOCK YOU INTO CELL PHONE SERVICE THAT THEY MAKE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AWAY FROM. THEY OWED ME MONEY WHEN I DISCONTINUE MY SERVICE. THEY OWED ME MONEY, NEVER SENT IT, THEN CHARGED ME FRAUDULENTLY AND PUT IT ON MY CREDIT THOUGH ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!

      There was TV series where a man had to climb the telephone pole out his bedroom window. Thats me. With T-mobile I have pathetic call quality at my home on my cell. One bar, barely. If I go up the street I have 3-4 bars. I have called customer service every week since Feb. no improvement. They saw it is a tower problem and EarthLink and ********** have to do something to fix it. Was that a whiff of BS I smelled? My son-in-laws company has over 100 lines, 37 active lines. Knowing this T-Mobile blows me off politely, Try our competitors! Is their suggestion on todays weekly call. l

      BUYER BEWARE! Lied to by multiple customer service ***** Conned me out of 4 perfectly working phones, my military discount, my less expensive service, and new phones. Have recordings of phone calls with **** proving what I was sold and they do NOT care! Most frustrating and infuriating company Ive ever dealt with. Currently looking for way out of my contract. Wish I could give ZERO stars!

      Tried pouring over to a new carrier because of poor T-Mobile customer service and pricing before I could finish pouring over they canceled my number reactivated it then canceled it again and then when I tried to get it reactivated again because they were never supposed to cancel it the first two times they kept trying to text me a code, but since they canceled my number, I couldnt receive the code and then they refuse to help me. This is the biggest pain working with the company *** ever had in my life and it should be illegal to go without service for three days when Im still paying for it.

      I called and canceled one of my family's 3 lines on May 26, but T-Mobile does not cancel it in their system until a month later, so I will still be paying for that line with my June 17 bill. I won't see a lowered bill until JULY. In this digital age, they can't pro-rate? Sure they can, but they do themselves a little financial favor by making you pay for another month of service.

      Yes I sign up for tmobile home internet and I was supposed to get a 200 rebate i didn't get. I paided my bill on time for way more than the time to wait.. so I ended up changing my plan and waited again and I still have not gotten. I wanted to sue for 2500 col dru
